Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pipeline connector which can be used for connecting pipelines with different diameters, is convenient to disassemble and reliable in sealing, and can connect the output end of one device with a plurality of devices.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pipe connector comprising:
the connecting part comprises a first connecting ring, a second connecting ring and a plurality of screws, the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are arranged concentrically, a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the outer ring of the first connecting ring, a plurality of second threaded holes are formed in the outer ring of the second connecting ring, the first threaded holes correspond to the second threaded holes one by one, each screw connects the first connecting ring with the second connecting ring through one first threaded hole and one second threaded hole, and the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring can be close to each other by rotating the screws;
the sealing part is arranged between the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring, and comprises a support ring and a pressing ring, one end of the support ring is fixedly connected with the second connecting ring, the pressing ring is arranged at the other end of the support ring and can rotate relative to the support ring, a sealing ring clamping groove is formed in the pressing ring, the hourglass-shaped sealing ring is arranged inside the support ring and comprises a first edge and a second edge, the first edge is fixed between the support ring and the second connecting ring, and the second edge is fixed in the sealing ring clamping groove in the pressing ring, so that the hourglass-shaped sealing ring can be twisted or loosened along with the rotation of the pressing ring;
the reposition of redundant personnel portion, reposition of redundant personnel portion includes round platform type cavity and a plurality of shunt tubes, the top surface of round platform type cavity is equipped with the opening, the top surface with the terminal surface fixed connection of second go-between, be equipped with a plurality of diffluence holes on the round platform type cavity bottom surface, every the shunt tubes is connected in one the diffluence hole.
Preferably, the first connecting ring is an open ring and comprises a first half ring and a second half ring, wherein clamping portions are respectively arranged at two ends of the first half ring, clamping ports are respectively arranged at two ends of the second half ring, and the clamping portions are matched with the clamping ports;
and a plurality of bolt holes are formed in the side wall of the first connecting ring along the radial direction of the first connecting ring, and fastening bolts are arranged in the bolt holes and used for fixing a pipeline inserted into the first connecting ring.
Preferably, the support ring includes an inner ring and an outer ring, the outer ring is sleeved on the inner ring, a first L-shaped groove is arranged at the outer edge of the inner ring along the circumferential direction of the inner ring, a second L-shaped groove is arranged at the inner edge of the outer ring along the circumferential direction of the outer ring, and the first L-shaped groove and the second L-shaped groove form a T-shaped sliding groove.
Preferably, a T-shaped sliding block is arranged on the compression ring along the circumferential direction of the compression ring, the T-shaped sliding block is matched with the T-shaped sliding groove, and the compression ring is rotationally connected with the support ring through the matching of the T-shaped sliding block and the T-shaped sliding groove.
Preferably, a first annular sealing ring is arranged between the second connecting rings of the support ring.
Preferably, a second annular sealing ring is arranged between the truncated cone-shaped cavity and the second connecting ring.
Preferably, the shunt part further comprises a plurality of blocking caps, each of which is used for blocking one shunt tube.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the output pipeline of an equipment is inserted into the first connecting ring, the first connecting ring is close to the second connecting ring by rotating the screw rod, the pipeline of the equipment is inserted into the hourglass-shaped sealing ring, then the hourglass-shaped sealing ring is tightly twisted by rotating the pressing ring, the hourglass-shaped sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer wall of the pipeline to realize sealing, then the pipelines of other equipment are connected with the shunt tubes, the output end of the equipment is connected with multiple equipment, sealing is reliable, and disassembly is convenient.
2. The first connecting ring is an open ring, the first half ring and the second half ring are separated firstly, then the first half ring is buckled on the pipeline, the second half ring and the first half ring are clamped together, then the fastening bolt is rotated, the pipeline is tightly jacked and fixed, the pipeline is conveniently inserted and fixed, and the pipeline is convenient to disassemble.

the connecting part comprises a first connecting ring, a second connecting ring and a plurality of screws, the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring are concentrically arranged, a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the outer ring of the first connecting ring, a plurality of second threaded holes are formed in the outer ring of the second connecting ring, the first threaded holes correspond to the second threaded holes one to one, each screw connects the first connecting ring with the second connecting ring through one first threaded hole and one second threaded hole, and the screws can be rotated to enable the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring to be close to each other;
the sealing part is arranged between the first connecting ring and the second connecting ring and comprises a support ring and a pressing ring, one end of the support ring is fixedly connected with the second connecting ring, the pressing ring is arranged at the other end of the support ring and can rotate relative to the support ring, a sealing ring clamping groove is formed in the pressing ring, the hourglass-shaped sealing ring is arranged in the support ring and comprises a first edge and a second edge, the first edge is fixed between the support ring and the second connecting ring, and the second edge is fixed in the sealing ring clamping groove in the pressing ring, so that the hourglass-shaped sealing ring can be screwed or loosened along with the rotation of the pressing ring;

the first connecting ring 1 and the second connecting ring 12 are concentrically arranged, the outer ring of the first connecting ring 1 is provided with 3 first threaded holes 4, the outer ring of the second connecting ring 12 is provided with 3 second threaded holes 5, the first threaded holes 4 correspond to the second threaded holes 5 one by one, each rotating screw 3 connects the first connecting ring 1 with the second connecting ring 12 through one first threaded hole 4 and one second threaded hole 5, the rotating screws 3 can enable the first connecting ring 1 and the second connecting ring 12 to approach each other, wherein, the first connecting ring 1 is an open ring and comprises a first half ring 18 and a second half ring 19, two ends of the first half ring 18 are respectively provided with a clamping part 20, two ends of the second half ring 19 are respectively provided with a clamping opening 21, the clamping parts 20 are matched with the clamping openings 21, four bolt holes are evenly distributed along the radial direction of the first connecting ring 1 on the side wall of the first connecting ring 1, and fastening bolts 2 are arranged in the bolt holes, for fixing a pipe inserted into the first connection ring 1;
