Energy conservation and emission reduction are important measures for relieving resource and environmental constraints, the sustainable development of the industry is realized, and the inevitable way for changing the economic growth mode of the industry is realized, wherein resource recycling is the basis for improving the resource utilization rate and the output benefit, is one of the important fields for implementing circular economy in the textile printing and dyeing industry, can greatly reduce COD load, and can also reduce the difficulty in wastewater treatment.
In recent years, the printing and dyeing industry is actively researching and developing various resource recycling technologies, particularly a circular dyeing technology, and making positive progress, but most of the existing circular dyeing technologies only recycle the wastewater of the dyeing process, however, in the actual industrial production, a plurality of washing processes after dyeing are the places with the largest water consumption, however, the existing technologies mostly collect and carry out subsequent treatment uniformly the regeneration cycles of the subsequent washing processes, the treatment difficulty is increased to a great extent, and especially, the loss of various auxiliary agents which can be recycled respectively in the washing residual liquid not only causes resource waste, but also increases the sewage treatment cost.
Therefore, the technical personnel in the field need to solve the problem of how to provide a full-flow cyclic dyeing system and a process thereof, which have the advantages of low comprehensive cost, high wastewater cyclic utilization rate and simple treatment method.
