Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in the medical treatment bed, a reset mechanism 803 is arranged between a handle 804 and a sleeve 802, and the function of the reset mechanism 803 can be summarized into two points, one of which is that when the crank device 8 is kept in an initial state, the reset mechanism 803 can ensure that one end of a sucker 801 of the handle 804 is always close to the sleeve 802, and at the moment, the handle 804 and a crank arm are in a zigzag shape, and the handle 804 and the sleeve 802 can rotate relatively so as to facilitate the handle 804 to be held by hand for shaking; secondly, after the suction cup 801 sucks the upper side of the isolation pad 5, the reset mechanism 803 can apply a stable acting force to the handle part 804 to drive the suction cup 801 to suck the isolation film 12 to move upwards, so that manual operation is reduced, and the stability of upward movement of the suction cup 801 is ensured; due to the above-mentioned function of the reset mechanism 803, it has various embodiments using the prior art. Meanwhile, the invention provides a more preferable implementation mode, and the specific structure is as follows:
as shown in fig. 9, the handle 804 is hollow, a sliding groove 809 is formed in a side wall of the handle 804, a sliding ring 808 is sleeved outside the handle 804, the sliding ring 808 and the suction cup 801 are respectively located at two sides of the sleeve 802, a sliding column 811 slidably fitted with the sliding groove 809 is fixed on the sliding ring 808, the sliding column 811 extends into an inner cavity of the handle 804, and a thrust spring 810 for pushing the sliding column 811 to push the sliding ring 808 against the sleeve 802 is placed in the inner cavity of the handle 804; after the reset mechanism 803 adopts the above structure, when the crank device 8 is kept in the initial state, the reset mechanism 803 can ensure that one end of the suction cup 801 of the handle 804 is always close to the sleeve 802, and the handle 804 and the sleeve 802 can rotate relatively, so that the handle 804 can be held by hand to shake; when the handle device 8 is needed to separate the isolation diaphragm 12, when the handle 804 is manually driven to move to separate the suction cup 801 from the sleeve 802, the sliding ring 808 abuts against the sleeve 802 and cannot move, the thrust spring 810 is compressed along with the movement of the handle 804, and when the handle 804 is not subjected to an external force, the thrust provided by the thrust spring 810 can drive one end of the suction cup 801 of the handle 804 to approach the sleeve 802, that is, the suction cup 801 moves upwards.
As shown in figure 1, in the medical treatment bed, the corner part of the isolation diaphragm 12 which is adsorbed by the sucker 801 is provided with an adsorption part 7 which is thickened and hardened, and when the adsorption part 7 is adsorbed by the sucker 801, excessive deformation is not generated, so that the sucker 801 can generate stable and sufficient adsorption force on the isolation diaphragm 12; in addition, by properly improving the sucker 801 or selecting the porous vacuum sucker 801 in the prior art, the isolation film 12 and the sucker 801 can be ensured to be stably and tightly contacted, so that the adsorption effect of the sucker 801 on the isolation film 12 is improved.
Referring to fig. 10, in the medical treatment bed, a tension spring 18 is arranged between the input shaft 9 and the crank device 8, one end of the tension spring 18 is fixed on the outer side of the input shaft 9, and the other end of the tension spring 18 is fixed on the outer side of the crank arm; when the long arm 806 is in the same direction as the input shaft 9, the tension spring 18 can drive the long arm 806 to move towards the input shaft 9 until the guide post 807 reaches the rear end of the guide groove 902; when the long arm 806 is perpendicular to the input shaft 9, the long arm 806, the input shaft 9 and the tension spring 18 are distributed in a triangle, and the tension spring 18 is in a tension state. Based on the above structure, when the crank device 8 is used to separate the isolation film 12, after the crank device 8 is pulled forward and rotated upward to a certain angle, the tension spring 18 can automatically drive the long arm 806 to rotate to be perpendicular to the input shaft 9, and the tension spring 18 can make the long arm 806 and the input shaft 9 more stably maintain the perpendicular state, so as to facilitate the operation; when the crank device 8 is adjusted to the initial state, the long arm 806 is rotated to the same direction as the input shaft 9, the tension spring 18 can drive the long arm 806 to automatically move towards the input shaft 9, so that the crank device 8 is reset to the initial state, and when the crank device 8 is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the movable bed plate 3, the tension spring 18 can prevent the long arm 806 and the input shaft 9 from axially moving, so that the operation is more convenient and faster.

Claims (8)

1. A medical treatment bed comprises a bed body, wherein a fixed bed plate and a movable bed plate which are arranged in the front and at the back are arranged on the bed body, an angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting the inclination angle of the movable bed plate is arranged at the lower side of the movable bed plate, and the angle adjusting mechanism is powered by a crank device through an input shaft; the method is characterized in that: the fixed bed board and the movable bed board are paved with an isolation pad, the isolation pad is formed by sequentially laminating a plurality of layers of isolation films with the same shape, and the upper and lower adjacent isolation films are tightly attached; the input shaft is supported by the front part of the bed body and is in transmission connection with the angle adjusting mechanism, wherein the front part is tubular, two opposite sides of the front part are provided with guide grooves, and the side wall of the front end part is provided with a notch; the crank device comprises a crank arm, a handle part and a sucker; the crank arm is L-shaped and consists of a long arm and a short arm; the long arm is inserted into the input shaft, guide posts matched with the guide grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the long arm, when the two guide posts are not positioned at the front ends of the two guide grooves, the long arm and the input shaft can only move axially relative to each other, and only when the two guide posts are positioned at the front ends of the two guide grooves, the long arm can be driven to rotate around the guide posts to the gap so that the long arm is perpendicular to the input shaft; the end part of the short arm is fixed with a sleeve parallel to the long arm; the sleeve is sleeved outside the handle part, the handle part and the sleeve can rotate relatively and slide relatively in the axial direction but cannot be separated, a sucking disc is fixed at one end of the handle part close to the long arm, and a reset mechanism for driving the sucking disc to approach the sleeve is arranged between the handle part and the sleeve; the crank device is positioned at the rear ends of the two guide grooves in an initial state, and the crank device can be used for driving the input shaft to rotate; when the long arm rotates upwards to be perpendicular to the input shaft and the long arm is located in the vertical direction, the sucker is located right above one corner of the front end of the isolation pad, the sucker can adsorb the isolation pad by artificially driving the handle to move downwards, and the handle drives the upward movement process at the reset mechanism, so that one corner of the isolation film on the uppermost layer can be separated from the isolation pad by the sucker.

A medical treatment couch according to claim 1 wherein: the movable bed plate is provided with a headrest portion protruding upwards, the fixed bed plate is provided with an oval breathing counter bore, and the isolation pad is prefabricated with a bulge portion matched with the headrest portion and a hole matched with the hole.

A medical treatment couch according to claim 1 wherein: the front end of the bed body is provided with a clamping seat, and the clamping seat is provided with a U-shaped groove; and when the long arm is rotated upwards to the notch, the long arm is perpendicular to the input shaft and is positioned in the vertical direction, and the long arm is just clamped into the U-shaped groove of the clamping seat.

A medical treatment couch according to claim 1 wherein: the input shaft is supported by a shaft seat fixed on the bed body, a spring plunger is arranged in the shaft seat, and a positioning pit matched with a ball head of the spring plunger is formed in the side wall of the input shaft; when the input shaft rotates until the ball head of the spring plunger falls into the positioning pit, the notch of the input shaft is just positioned at the upper side.

A medical treatment couch according to claim 1 wherein: a bearing arm which extends leftwards and rightwards and can only slide forwards and backwards is limited in the bed body, the bearing arm is hinged with two inclined supporting rods which are distributed leftwards and rightwards, and the other ends of the two inclined supporting rods are respectively connected with two hinged supports fixed on the lower side of the bed plate; a screw rod mechanism which consists of a screw rod and a threaded sleeve and can feed forwards and backwards is arranged in the bed body, one of the screw rod and the threaded sleeve is fixedly connected with the middle part of the bearing arm, and the other one is connected with the input shaft through a transmission part.

A medical treatment couch according to claim 1 wherein: the handle is hollow inside and the side wall of the handle is provided with a sliding groove, the handle is sleeved with a sliding ring, the sliding ring and the sucker are respectively positioned on two sides of the sleeve, a sliding column in sliding fit with the sliding groove is fixed on the sliding ring, the sliding column extends into an inner cavity of the handle, and a thrust spring for applying thrust to the sliding column to enable the sliding ring to abut against the sleeve is placed in the inner cavity of the handle.
7. A medical treatment couch according to claim 1 wherein: the corner part of the isolation film, which is adsorbed by the sucker, is provided with an adsorption part which is thickened and hardened.

A medical treatment couch according to claim 1 wherein: a tension spring is arranged between the input shaft and the crank device, one end of the tension spring is fixed on the outer side of the input shaft, and the other end of the tension spring is fixed on the outer side of the crank arm; when the long arm and the input shaft keep the same direction, the tension spring can drive the long arm to move towards the input shaft until the guide post reaches the rear end of the guide groove; when the long arm is perpendicular to the input shaft, the long arm, the input shaft and the tension spring are distributed in a triangular shape and the tension spring is in a tension state.
