Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a double torsion spring 10 includes a first spring body 11, a first U-shaped connecting rod 12, a second spring body 13, and a second U-shaped connecting rod 14, which are connected end to end in sequence, wherein an included angle between two torsion arms of the first spring body 11 is smaller than 90 degrees, and an included angle between two torsion arms of the second spring body 13 is smaller than 90 degrees. Namely, one torsion arm of the first spring body 11 is connected with one torsion arm of the second spring body 13 through the first U-shaped connecting rod 12, and the other torsion arm of the second spring body 13 is connected with the other torsion arm of the second spring body 13 through the second U-shaped connecting rod 14, so that the two torsion springs 10 are formed. The included angle between the two torsion arms of the first spring body 11 is smaller than 90 degrees, and the included angle between the two torsion arms of the second spring body 13 is smaller than 90 degrees so as to enable the included angle between the plane where the first U-shaped connecting rod 12 is located and the plane where the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 is located to be smaller than 90 degrees under the unstressed state, thus being convenient for the first U-shaped connecting rod 12 and the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 to swing and being convenient for stress. When the shoe is used, the first U-shaped connecting rod 12 of the double torsion spring 10 is attached to the sole 20, the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 jacks up the top of the rear upper 22, when the shoe is worn, a person can step on the rear upper 22, the upper end of the rear upper 22 descends, the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 of the double torsion spring 10 descends, the first spring body 11 and the second spring body 13 store force, and then the front sole extends into the shoe; when the heel moves to the inner side of the rear upper 22, the heel will not tread the rear upper 22, the double torsion spring 10 will reset, the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 will turn upwards, the rear upper 22 will return to the original shape, the shoe wearing action can be completed without hooking the rear upper 22 by hands, the purpose of automatically wearing shoes is achieved, people can wear shoes without bending down when wearing the shoes, and shoes are convenient to wear. The shape of the first U-shaped link 12 and the second U-shaped link 14 matches the shape of the rear upper 22. The first U-shaped connecting rod 12, the second U-shaped connecting rod 14, the first spring body 11 and the second spring body 13 are formed by winding a wire rod and then are connected end to end. The connection mode can be realized by cloth and leather connection or direct welding and knotting.
In some embodiments, the torsion arm on the inner side of the first spring body 11 is connected to the torsion arm on the inner side of the second spring body 13 through the first U-shaped connecting rod 12. Thus, the length of the first U-shaped connecting rod 12 is smaller than that of the second U-shaped connecting rod 14, the stress area is smaller, the sole 20 can be better fitted, and the installation and the stress are convenient.
In some embodiments, the angle between the two torsion arms of the first spring body 11 is equal to the angle between the two torsion arms of the second spring body 13. This arrangement allows for easier adjustment of the first and second U-shaped links 12, 14 and ease of manufacture. Moreover, in some embodiments, the central axes of the first spring 11 and the second spring 13 may be on the same straight line, so as to facilitate the swinging of the second U-shaped link 14, and then facilitate the lowering and raising of the rear upper 22.
In some specific embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first spring body 11 and the second spring body 13 are spiral spring bodies in the shape of a disc mosquito-repellent incense. Namely, the shape of the first spring body 11 and the second spring body 13 is like a disc-type mosquito-repellent incense, and the thickness of the spring body can be greatly reduced, so that the first spring body 11 and the second spring body 13 can be better plugged into the rear upper 22, the thickness of the rear upper 22 is reduced, and the whole is more attractive.
Referring to fig. 6, an automatic wearing shoe comprises the double torsion spring 10, a sole 20, a front upper 21 and a rear upper 22 which are arranged on the sole 20, wherein the first U-shaped connecting rod 12 is propped against the sole 20, and the upper part of the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 is propped against the upper part of the rear upper 22. That is, in the embodiment of the double torsion spring 10 applied to the shoe, the first U-shaped connecting rod 12 is abutted against the sole 20, the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 is abutted against the upper portion of the rear upper 22, when the user wears the shoe, the user steps on the rear upper 22 with the foot, the rear upper 22 descends, the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 descends, then the sole of the foot stretches into the shoe until the heel reaches the sole 20, and after the foot does not step on the rear upper 22, the upper end of the rear upper 22 rises to the initial position along with the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 under the elasticity of the double torsion spring 10, so that the user can complete the shoe wearing action without bending over and hooking the rear upper 22 with the hand, and the shoe wearing action is convenient to use.
In some specific embodiments, the rear upper 22 is provided with an interior cavity for receiving the double torsion spring 10. The double torsion spring 10 is installed in the inner cavity of the rear upper 22, so that the first U-shaped connecting rod 12 can be supported to the sole 20, the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 can be supported to the upper end of the rear upper 22, the rear upper 22 is provided with a steel wire framework, the rear upper 22 is not easy to deform when being stepped on, and the sole can rebound conveniently when fully extending into the shoe, so that the wearing action is completed.
In some embodiments, to make the stress of the double torsion spring 10 better, the first U-shaped link 12 is fixed to the sole 20. And the second U-shaped connecting rod 14 can also be directly fixed with the rear upper 22, so that the upper is convenient to lift and fall together, and is convenient to use.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
