  9. The system for realizing video call and security monitoring through the smart televisions according to claim 8, wherein two or more smart televisions realize video mutual transmission through a cloud server or directly through network addresses of the smart televisions.
  10. A method for realizing video call and security monitoring through an intelligent television is characterized by comprising the following steps:
    a signal processing unit of the intelligent television is activated by a control signal sent by a user or a controller;
    triggering the intelligent television and at least one network camera mutually through a network;
    receiving a request signal sent by a user or a controller, and sending the request signal to a display unit of the intelligent television; and
    the request signal is prompted on a screen of the intelligent television in a form of characters and/or sound,
    and only one network camera is a default network camera, and the user can arbitrarily designate the default network camera by setting the intelligent television.
