Abstract
本申请提供了一种影像传感***(10),包括多个飞时测距像素单元(11),每一飞时测距像素单元包括第一像素电路(PX1),包括第一感光元件(PD1)及第一传输闸(TG1),所述第一传输闸接收第一传输信号(TX1)并输出第一像素输出信号(Pout1);以及第二像素电路(PX2),包括第二感光元件(PD2)及第二传输闸(PD2),所述第二传输闸接收第二传输信号(TX2)并输出第二像素输出信号(Pout2);控制单元(14),产生第一传输信号及所述第二传输信号;以及深度计算单元(16),根据所述第一像素输出信号及所述第二像素输出信号,计算飞时深度值。
