Detailed Description
The following is a preferred embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications are also considered as the protection scope of the present application.
Before the technical solutions of the present application are introduced, the technical problems in the related art will be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic partial structure diagram of an electronic device in the related art. The electronic apparatus 1 generally includes a first camera module 3 and a flash module 4. The first camera module 3 is used to enable the electronic device 1 to have a shooting function, such as taking a picture or taking a video. The flash lamp module 4 is used for emitting light, carries out the light filling for first camera module 3, improves the shooting performance of first camera module 3. In the related art, the first camera module 3 and the flash module 4 are usually installed in the decoration 11, and the decoration 11 may include several parts, such as a first decoration part 6 and a second decoration part 8, wherein the flash module 4 is usually installed in the first decoration part 6, and the first camera module 3 and other camera modules are usually installed in the second decoration part 8. Decoration 11, flash light module 4 and first camera module 3 all install on electronic equipment 1's center 2 to add first sealing member 5 usually between first decoration portion 6 and center 2 and prevent that water or dust from getting into first camera module 3 from flash light module 4, thereby prevent that the dust from falling into on the camera lens of first camera module 3 influence the shooting effect.
At present, the flash lamp module 4 includes the flash lamp 42 and the flash lamp lens 41, the first decoration portion 6 includes the body 66 and the extension 67 that is connected with the body 66 peripheral bending, the first decoration portion 6 generally includes the first via hole 63 and the second via hole 64 that communicate with each other, wherein the aperture of the first via hole 63 is smaller than the aperture of the second via hole 64, the first via hole 63 is opened on the body 66, the extension 67 encloses and establishes the second via hole 64, namely the first via hole 63 is arranged far away from the center 2 compared with the second via hole 64. Therefore, the side of the body 66 close to the second through hole 64 comprises a supporting surface 65, and the flash lens 41 is connected with the supporting surface 65, so that the flash lens 41 can be better fixed from the inside of the first decoration part 6, and the connection performance of the flash lens 41 is improved. However, just because a larger support surface 65 is required to fix the flash lens 41 from the inside of the first decoration portion 6, that is, the aperture of the first through hole 63 is smaller than that of the second through hole 64, it can also be understood that the width of the extension portion 67 is reduced, so that the orthographic projection of the extension portion 67 on the seal member is located inside the first seal member 5, that is, the extension portion 67 does not completely cover the first seal member 5. As shown in fig. 1, an end of the first sealing member 5 away from the first camera module 3 is not covered by the extending portion 67, so that the uncovered portion of the first sealing member 5 may tilt under the pressure applied by the first decorative portion 6 to the first sealing member 5, that is, a gap may be generated between the first sealing member 5 and the middle frame 2, and the first sealing member 5 may not be sealed and dustproof effectively, thereby reducing the sealing performance of the electronic device. Dust can enter the first camera module 3 from the gap and fall onto the lens, which reduces the shooting performance of the electronic device 1.
In view of this, the present application provides an electronic device 1, wherein the first decorative part 6 includes a first sub decorative part 61 and a second sub decorative part 62, and the orthographic projection of the second sub decorative part 62 on the first sealing member 5 covers the sealing member, so that the first sealing member 5 can be effectively sealed and dustproof, and the sealing performance of the electronic device 1 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic partial structure diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment provides an electronic device 1, and the electronic device 1 comprises a middle frame 2, a decoration 11, a flash lamp module 4, a first camera module 3 and a first sealing piece 5. The decoration 11 is mounted on the middle frame 2. The decoration 11 includes first decoration portion 6 and second decoration portion 8, second decoration portion 8 surrounds the periphery setting of first decoration portion 6, flash light module 4 is located in the first decoration portion 6, first camera module 3 is located in the second decoration portion 8. The first decorative portion 6 includes a first sub decorative portion 61 and a second sub decorative portion 62, and the first sub decorative portion 61 is disposed away from the middle frame 2 than the second sub decorative portion 62. The flash module 4 includes a flash lens 41 and a flash 42, the flash lens 41 is disposed in the first decorative sub-portion 61, and the flash 42 is disposed in the second decorative sub-portion 62. The first seal 5 is disposed between the second decorative portion 62 and the middle frame 2, and an orthographic projection of the second decorative portion 62 on the first seal 5 covers the first seal 5.
The electronic device 1 provided by the present application includes, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet Computer, a notebook Computer, a palmtop Computer, a Personal Computer (PC), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Portable Media Player (PMP), a navigation device, a wearable device, a smart band, a pedometer, and a fixed terminal such as a Digital TV, a desktop Computer, and the like.
The decoration 11 of this application is used for installing flash light module 4 and first camera module 3, makes flash light module 4 and first camera module 3 and other structures in the electronic equipment 1 separate. The decoration 11 can include a first decoration part 6 and a second decoration part 8, the flash lamp module 4 is arranged in the first decoration part 6, the first camera module 3 is arranged in the second decoration part 8, and therefore the flash lamp module 4 is separated from the first camera module 3, and the shooting performance of the first camera module 3 is prevented from being affected by light emitted by the flash lamp module 4. The middle frame 2 of the present application is a "stand" of the electronic device 1, and the middle frame 2 can be used to mount various structural members, such as a battery, a main board, the first camera module 3, the flash module 4, and the first decoration portion 6.
As can be seen from the above, since the diameter of the first via hole 63 is smaller than that of the second via hole 64, that is, the width of the extension portion 67 is smaller, in order to mount the flash lens 41 from the inside of the first decorative portion 6 in the related art, the extension portion 67 cannot completely cover the first sealing member 5, resulting in a decrease in the sealing effect of the first sealing member 5. And the first decorative portion 6 of the present application includes a first sub decorative portion 61 and a second sub decorative portion 62. The present application divides the first decorative portion 6 into two parts: a first decorative sub-portion 61 far from the middle frame 2 and a second decorative sub-portion 62 near the middle frame 2. The first decorative sub-portion 61 is used for installing the flash lens 41, the second decorative sub-portion 62 is used for installing the flash 42 in the flash module 4, and the second decorative sub-portion 62 is also used for matching with the first sealing member 5 to seal with the middle frame 2. Optionally, the first seal 5 comprises a sealing foam or a sealing silicone or the like.
In addition, the first seal 5 is arranged between the second sub decoration part 62 and the middle frame 2, the first seal 5 can be in a compression state, and the orthographic projection of the second sub decoration part 62 on the first seal 5 covers the first seal 5. It can also be understood that the first decorative secondary portion 61 includes a substrate 616 and a first sidewall 611 connected to the substrate 616 in a bending manner, the first sidewall 611 surrounds to form a first through hole 612, the second decorative secondary portion 8 includes a second sidewall 621, the second sidewall 621 surrounds to form a second through hole 622, and the first sidewall 611 connects to the second sidewall 621. The orthographic projection of the second decorative portion 62 on the first sealing member 5 thus covers the first sealing member 5, it can be understood that the orthographic projection of the second side wall 621 on the first sealing member 5 covers the first sealing member 5, i.e. the width of the second side wall 621 is greater than or equal to the width of the first sealing member 5. Fig. 2 of the present application shows that the width of the second sidewall 621 is equal to the width of the first sealing member 5, that is, the orthographic projection of the second sidewall 621 on the first sealing member 5 completely covers the first sealing member 5. Therefore, the first sealing element 5 cannot be warped, the first sealing element 5 can be completely covered by the second sub decoration part 62, one side of the first sealing element 5 can be tightly attached to the middle frame 2, the other side of the first sealing element can be tightly attached to the second sub decoration part 62, dust or water is prevented from flowing into the first camera module 3 from the space between the first decoration part 6 and the middle frame 2 and then falling onto the lens, and the sealing performance and the shooting performance of the electronic device 1 are improved. In addition, since the first sealing member 5 is in a compressed state, the first sealing member 5 generates a repulsive force in the direction of the center frame 2 and the direction of the second decorative sub-portion 62, and further closely contacts the center frame 2 and the second decorative sub-portion 62, thereby improving the photographing performance of the electronic apparatus 1.
The above discusses the positional size relationship of the second decorative sub portion 62 and the first sealing member 5, as for the positional size relationship of the first side wall 611 in the first decorative sub portion 61 and the second side wall 621 in the second decorative sub portion 62, please refer to fig. 2 again. The orthographic projection of the first side wall 611 on the second side wall 621 is located inside the second side wall 621. In the present application, in order to improve the sealing performance of the first sealing member 5, the orthographic projection of the second side wall 621 on the first sealing member 5 covers the first sealing member 5, but the size of the first side wall 611 does not affect the size of the second side wall 621. The present application thus makes the orthographic projection of the first sidewall 611 on the second sidewall 621 located within the second sidewall 621, i.e. the width of the first sidewall 611 is smaller than the width of the second sidewall 621, and the first sidewall 611 is "narrower" than the second sidewall 621. Alternatively, it is also understood that the aperture of the first through hole 612 is larger than that of the second through hole 622. This arrangement enables the flash lens 41 to be mounted more easily from the inside of the first sub decorative portion 61.
Please refer to fig. 3, wherein fig. 3 is a partial schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. The structure of the electronic device 1 provided in the further embodiment of the present application is substantially the same as the structure of the electronic device 1 provided in the first embodiment of the present application, except that in the present embodiment, the first decorative portion 6 is an integral structure or a split structure, and when the first decorative portion 6 is a split structure, a sealing layer 7 is further disposed between the first sub decorative portion 61 and the second sub decorative portion 62.
The first decorative portion 6 may be an integral structure or a split structure. When the first decorative portion 6 is an integral structure, namely the first decorative portion 61 and the second decorative portion 62 are integrally prepared, no gap is formed between the first decorative portion 61 and the second decorative portion 62, so that the difficulty in preparing the first decorative portion 6 can be reduced. When the first decorative portion 6 is a split structure, i.e., the first decorative portion 61 and the second decorative portion 62 are separately prepared, the first decorative portion 61 and the second decorative portion 62 are assembled together. For example, the flash lens 41 may be first installed in the first decorative portion 61, and then the first decorative portion 61 and the second decorative portion 62 may be assembled. In addition, when the first decorative part 6 is a split structure, a gap may exist between the first sub decorative part 61 and the second sub decorative part 62, so in the present application, a sealing layer 7 is further provided between the first sub decorative part 61 and the second sub decorative part 62, and the sealing layer 7 can not only seal the first sub decorative part 61 and the second sub decorative part 62, further improve the sealing performance of the electronic device 1, but also fixedly connect the first sub decorative part 61 to the second sub decorative part 62. Optionally, the sealing layer 7 comprises a sealant.
Please refer to fig. 4 and 5 together, fig. 4 is a partially exploded view of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 is an exploded view of a portion of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. The structure of the electronic device 1 provided in another embodiment of the present application is substantially the same as the structure of the electronic device 1 provided in the first embodiment of the present application, except that in this embodiment, when the first decorative portion 6 is a split structure, a first positioning portion 71 is provided on the first sub decorative portion 61, a second positioning portion 72 is provided on the second sub decorative portion 62, and the first positioning portion 71 is used for cooperating with the second positioning portion 72 to connect the first sub decorative portion 61 to the second sub decorative portion 62.

The structure of the electronic device 1 provided in another embodiment of the present application is substantially the same as the structure of the electronic device 1 provided in an embodiment of the present application, except that in this embodiment, the first sealing member 5 includes a first portion 51 close to the first camera module 3 and a second portion 52 far from the first camera module 3, and in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the middle frame 2 where the decoration 11 is installed, the thickness of the first portion 51 is greater than that of the second portion 52.
This application is because will block that the dust gets into first camera module 3 from first decoration portion 6, therefore this application can make the thickness of first part 51 be greater than the thickness of second part 52, like this when first decoration portion 6, first sealing member 5, and center 2 assemble, because the thickness of first part 51 that is close to first camera module 3 is thicker, consequently when one side that first sealing member 5 deviates from center 2 is leveled, first part 51 will receive bigger pressure, thereby produce to center 2 and the bigger resilience force of second sub decoration portion 62, and then make first part 51 can hug closely center 2 and second sub decoration portion 62 more, further improve electronic equipment 1's sealing performance. In addition, the direction of the present application perpendicular to the surface of the center frame 2 to which the garnish 11 is attached can be regarded as the vertical direction in fig. 6, that is, the thickness direction.
Please refer to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a partial schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. The structure of the electronic device 1 provided in another embodiment of the present application is substantially the same as the structure of the electronic device 1 provided in an embodiment of the present application, except that in this embodiment, the decoration 11 is a split structure, the first sub decoration portion 61 is connected to the second decoration portion 8, and a sealing layer 7 is further disposed between the first sub decoration portion 61 and the second decoration portion 8.
When the decoration 11 is a split structure, the first decoration part 6 and the second decoration part 8 are separately prepared and assembled together, and the second decoration part 8 is connected to the first sub decoration part 61 in the first decoration part 6. Therefore, the sealing layer 7 is additionally arranged between the first sub decoration part 61 and the second decoration part 8, so that the sealing layer 7 can seal the first sub decoration part 61 and the second decoration part 8, the sealing performance of the electronic device 1 is further improved, water or dust is prevented from entering the electronic device 1 from the space between the first sub decoration part 61 and the second decoration part 8 to fall on the lens to influence the shooting performance, the first sub decoration part 61 can be further fixedly connected onto the second decoration part 8, and the connection performance of the decoration 11 is improved. Optionally, the sealing layer 7 comprises a sealant.
Please refer to fig. 8 and 9 together, fig. 8 is a partially exploded view of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. Fig. 9 is an exploded view of a portion of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. The structure of the electronic device 1 provided in another embodiment of the present application is substantially the same as the structure of the electronic device 1 provided in fig. 7 of the present application, except that in this embodiment, a third positioning portion 73 is provided on the first decorative sub-portion 61, a fourth positioning portion 74 is provided on the second decorative sub-portion 8, and the third positioning portion 73 is used for cooperating with the fourth positioning portion 74 to connect the first decorative sub-portion 61 to the second decorative sub-portion 8.
The first decorative sub portion 61 needs to be fitted to the second decorative portion 8, and there may be a gap between the first decorative sub portion 61 and the second decorative portion 8 to degrade sealing performance. Therefore, the third positioning portion 73 can be arranged on the first sub decoration portion 61, the fourth positioning portion 74 is arranged on the second decoration portion 8, and the third positioning portion 73 is used for being matched with the fourth positioning portion 74 to connect the first sub decoration portion 61 to the second decoration portion 8, so that the fixed connection effect of the first sub decoration portion 61 and the second decoration portion 8 can be improved, and the third positioning portion 73 and the fourth positioning portion 74 can effectively prevent dust from entering the interior of the electronic device 1 and entering the first camera module 3, and the sealing performance of the electronic device 1 is improved. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the third positioning portion 73 may be a convex column, and the fourth positioning portion 74 may be a groove. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the third positioning portion 73 may be a groove, and the fourth positioning portion 74 may be a convex pillar. In addition, the third positioning portion 73 and the fourth positioning portion may be independent from each other, and do not need to be supported by the first positioning portion 71 and the second positioning portion. That is, the present application may include the first localization part and the second localization part 72 separately, or the present application may include the third localization part and the fourth localization part 74 separately, or the present application may have the first localization part, the second localization part 72, the third localization part 73, and the fourth localization part 74 at the same time.
