The invention discloses a system for checking attendance in a factory by software, which comprises a park attendance terminal, a factory work attendance terminal, a mobile attendance terminal, an attendance statistical system, a management terminal, an information storage terminal and a user terminal, wherein attendance data are transmitted to the attendance statistical system through the park attendance terminal, the factory work attendance terminal and the mobile attendance terminal; the park attendance terminal is used for collecting the time of personnel entering the park and sending the data to the attendance statistical system; the factory building attendance terminal is used for collecting the time of personnel entering a factory building and sending the data to the attendance statistical system; the mobile attendance terminal is used for receiving the data sent by the attendance statistical system, moving in the park and feeding back the acquired personnel information to the attendance statistical system.
