Abstract

Background
With the development and popularization of online shopping, the commodity display of the home page or the commodity recommendation page of each large e-commerce platform is more humanized. In order to meet the purchase demand of users and improve the commodity transaction efficiency, various large e-commerce platforms often recommend commodities for the large e-commerce platforms through commodity posters selectively according to the purchase habits and preferences of the current users on a home page or a commodity recommendation page. In the prior art, when a commodity picture poster is generated, poster content is mainly drawn manually by designers, or the poster content is generated intelligently according to a preset template through application software. In the two methods, the former method needs manual operation of professionals and is time-consuming and labor-consuming; the latter must be generated by preset templates, and poster contents cannot be automatically generated in large batches.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an image processing method, an image processing device and electronic equipment, which can generate poster contents rapidly in large batch and have low labor cost.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In many commercial scenarios, in order to meet the purchase demand of users and improve the efficiency of commodity transaction, many e-commerce platforms and merchants often display commodities for consumers through commodity posters. Generally, the original pictures which are provided by the merchant in advance and mainly contain the goods to be displayed can be processed by professional image designers or image processing software with preset templates to generate the goods posters. The embodiment of the invention can generate the target images rapidly in large batch, and has lower labor cost.
The invention shows a solution for automatically generating a target image containing the existing image content based on the existing image content in the similar scene, and the core idea is that in the process of forming the target image containing the image content based on the existing image content, the existing image content is automatically identified and processed to form the background in the target image, and then the target image is generated by combining the existing image content. The method comprises the steps of processing acquired image content, extracting main colors in the image content, and forming background colors of a target image based on the main colors; and then automatically generating a target image containing the existing image content.
For example, in an exemplary scenario in which a poster is generated with a clothing-type commodity as an image content to be displayed, a commodity poster having a customized effect can be automatically generated by the above-described idea of automatically generating a target image including an existing image content based on the existing image content. As shown in fig. 1, a logic diagram schematically illustrating an image processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is an application scenario in which a clothing commodity is used as a commodity content to be displayed to generate a commodity poster, and as shown in fig. 1, the image processing logic includes the following processes: firstly, image content to be processed is obtained, and the image content can be image content which is provided by a merchant and takes a commodity as a display subject in an original picture, such as clothes shown in fig. 1. According to the specific display requirements of merchants and the display requirements of different commodities, the range contained in the image content can contain the commodities and auxiliary factors necessary for highlighting the characteristics of the commodities. For example, the image content to be processed corresponding to the clothing type goods may include the clothing itself, or may also include a model with a display clothing. In an exemplary scenario, a merchant would like to sell a blue jacket as shown in fig. 1 and produce a commercial poster for the commercial product. The corresponding image content to be processed can be set as the blue coat or a model wearing the blue coat and black trousers.
It should be noted that, because the complexity of the content included in the original picture of the product provided by the merchant is different, the specific operation method for obtaining the image content correspondingly also has a difference. For example, when the background pattern of the original picture of the commodity provided by the merchant is complex, the acquisition of the designated image content can be completed through operation methods such as matting and the like; when the main content of the original picture of the commodity provided by the merchant is clear and the background pattern is single (such as shown in fig. 1), there is no redundancy except the image content, so that the content of the original picture can be directly used as the image content to be acquired, or a picture with a smaller range including the commodity to be displayed is intercepted and used as the image content to be acquired for subsequent operations.
Then, the main color of the image content is extracted. In the scene illustrated in fig. 1, the acquired image content includes several colors, such as black, blue, brown, skin color, and the like. And obtaining the maximum proportion of blue in the colors through a processing algorithm such as a color quantization algorithm or a clustering algorithm, so as to determine that the blue is the main color in the image content, and extracting the main color.
The background color of the target image (background color of the poster) is formed based on the main color. When the background color is formed, the main color can be directly used as the background color, and the main color can be processed according to a preset rule to form the background color. As shown in fig. 1, after superimposing white with 50% transparency on the extracted main color, a background color as shown in the lower right in fig. 1 is formed. The selection of the background color highlights the commodity from a visual angle, and can achieve a customized aesthetic feeling effect.
When two or more main colors are obtained by a color quantization algorithm or the like, the colors may be processed by various methods to obtain a background color. For example, the main colors may be fused to generate a single background color, and multiple main colors may be combined or spliced according to regions or shapes to form the background color.
Finally, the background color is used as the background of the commodity poster as the target image, and the commodity poster including the image content (blue jacket) is generated. In addition, as shown in fig. 1, text or picture content can be added to the generated target image, i.e., the commodity poster, so that a more humanized commodity display effect with perfect information is achieved.
The technical solution of the present application is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example one
Based on the above-mentioned image processing concept, as shown in fig. 2, it is a flowchart of a first image processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and an execution subject of the method is an image processing application or an image processing plug-in provided in the application. As shown in fig. 2, the image processing method includes the steps of:

Specifically, the image content can be obtained from the original picture, and the image content obtained from the original picture should be the subject content to be shown by the target image. Due to the different complexity of the original pictures, the acquisition mode of the image content is different. When the original picture only contains the image content to be acquired, the content of the original picture can be directly used as the image content to be acquired; when the original picture contains more complex content, certain operations, such as matting, are required to select and obtain the image content to be displayed in the target image. The dominant color in the image content refers to a color having a large area proportion among all colors of the image content, and the dominant color may be one or more colors, and may be extracted in various ways.
In an actual application scenario, in order to promote a commodity, a merchant needs to process and process an original picture containing a commodity image to generate a commodity poster with an advertising effect. Accordingly, in the scene, the image content is a commodity or a main content including the commodity. For example, in a clothing item, the image content may be the clothing or a model of the clothing. The main color of the image content is one or more colors with the largest proportion in the clothing.

In practical application scenarios, the commercial poster should highlight the commercial product as much as possible and be aesthetically pleasing to better attract the attention of consumers in addition to displaying the commercial product itself. Therefore, the background color of the commodity poster is formed based on the main color of the commodity, the whole tone of the commodity poster is harmonious from the visual angle, the commodity main body content is highlighted, automatic generation is achieved, and the customized aesthetic feeling effect is achieved on the premise that the labor cost is not additionally increased.

Specifically, the specific position of the image content in the target image can be set according to the expected display effect of the target image, and the rest part is filled with the background color. In addition, in order to improve the display effect of the target image on the premise of highlighting the image content, other display contents can be further added to the target image.
According to the image processing method provided by the invention, the main color in the image content is extracted through the identification and processing of the image content, the background color of the target image is formed based on the main color, and the target image containing the image content is further automatically generated. The embodiment of the invention can generate the target images rapidly in large batch, and has lower labor cost.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a second image processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment further defines specific steps of the image processing method on the basis of the method shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the image processing method includes the steps of:

Specifically, the color quantization algorithm includes, but is not limited to, segmentation and clustering. And calculating the image content through a color quantization algorithm, wherein the calculation result is the main color of the image content. It should be noted that the dominant color may be one or more colors.

Further, as shown in fig. 4a, which is a flowchart of a third image processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, in this embodiment, on the basis of the image processing method shown in fig. 2, the step S220 may be further refined as follows:

In practical application scenarios, the main color may be directly used as the background color for simplicity and convenience of operation. In addition, the main color can be processed by adopting various rules, and the processed color is used as the background color. FIG. 4b is a schematic diagram of main color processing according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the blue is the main color of the image content, and the corresponding background color can be obtained by superimposing white with 50% transparency or black with 50% transparency on the main color. Thus, the display effect of the main body can be further highlighted.
In addition, when the main colors are two or more, various methods can be used to process various colors. For example, multiple main colors can be fused to generate a single background color, and the multiple main colors can be combined or spliced according to regions or shapes to form the background color.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, which is a fourth flowchart of the image processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, in this embodiment, on the basis of the image processing method shown in fig. 2, the step S230 may be further subdivided into the following steps:

Specifically, the canvas is the original area used to form the target image, and is the same size as the target image. And according to the display effect to be achieved by the target image, the image content is drawn in the designated area of the canvas. For example, to highlight details of a good, the picture contents may be placed in the exact center of the canvas; according to the characteristics of the commodity and the length-width ratio of the image content, a reasonable and aesthetic designated area can be selected for drawing. In addition, when the target image includes not only the image content and the background color but also other content, the overall layout of the canvas needs to be compatible with the display effect expected to highlight the content.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, which is a flowchart of an image processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, according to the image processing method, the method may further include:

The embodiment of the invention can generate the target images rapidly in large batch, and has lower labor cost.
Further, the embodiment of the invention further limits the specific steps of the image processing method, and can also superpose the text and/or icon content in the target image, thereby achieving the commodity display effect with more humanization and more complete main information.

The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 910 or transmitted via the communication component 930. The display 960 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium.
