Abstract
The invention provides an automatic reporting and auditing method based on a rule engine and an OCR (optical character recognition). The automatic account-reporting method mainly introduces OCR recognition during employee account-reporting scanning, recognizes various bill information of employee account-reporting, stores the recognized information into a database, matches the recognized information by utilizing a check rule configured in a rule engine in advance, automatically fills in electronic document information, and reminds employees of irregular filling points when the employees store or submit the electronic document information, thereby improving employee account-reporting experience and reducing development and operation and maintenance costs; the auditing automation method of the invention mainly utilizes the rule engine to automatically audit whether each reimbursement standard accords with the financial system requirement and whether the filled electronic document information is consistent with the document image, thereby improving the financial auditing efficiency and quality, identifying the illegal action and avoiding the tax-related risk and the internal control risk.
