Background
Along with the development of science and technology, more and more intelligent glasses appear in daily life. The mainboard, battery, sensor, MCU etc. many parts of intelligent glasses are generally set up in left and right mirror leg respectively. The communication connection of the components arranged in the different temples is generally achieved by means of wires arranged in turn in the left temple, the frame and the right temple.
The hinge joint of the temple and the spectacle frame of the product is usually provided with a wire which leaks outside, and the performance of the wire is easy to be deteriorated after long-term use, so that the communication connection performance between the temple and the spectacle frame is deteriorated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide intelligent glasses, and aims to solve the problem that wires at the hinged part of the glasses legs and the glasses frame of the existing intelligent glasses leak outwards, and improve the stability of communication connection between the two glasses legs of the intelligent glasses.

The intelligent glasses provided by the invention have the advantages that the problem of leakage of wires at the hinged positions of the glasses legs and the glasses frames of the existing intelligent glasses is solved, the stability of communication connection between the two glasses legs of the intelligent glasses is improved, and the production cost can be reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As can be seen from fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the smart glasses include a frame 11, a first temple 30a and a second temple 30b respectively hinged at both sides of the frame 11, a main board is provided inside the first temple 30a, and a temple electrical connector annularly provided around a hinge axis thereof and electrically connected to the main board is provided on a temple hinge base 40a of the first temple 30 a; a functional component is arranged inside the second temple 30b, and a temple electrical connection part which is arranged around a hinge shaft of the second temple 30b and is electrically connected with the functional component is also arranged on the temple hinge base 40 b; an FPC board 12 is embedded in a portion of the frame 11 between the first temple 30a and the second temple 30b, frame electrical connection portions electrically connected to the corresponding FPC board 12 portions are provided on the frame hinge base 20a and the frame hinge base 20b of the frame 11, respectively, and the frame electrical connection portions on both sides are electrically connected in contact with the corresponding temple electrical connection portions.
Since the temple electrical connectors on the temple hinge base 40a and the temple hinge base 40b are electrically connected with the frame electrical connectors on the frame hinge base 20a and the frame hinge base 20b in a contacting manner, when the first temple 30a and the second temple 30b rotate relative to the frame 11, the temple electrical connectors on the temple hinge base 40a are always in contact with the frame electrical connectors on the frame hinge base 20a, and the temple electrical connectors on the temple hinge base 40b are always in contact with the frame electrical connectors on the frame hinge base 20b, no connecting wires are required to be arranged at the hinge positions of the first temple 30a and the second temple 30b and the frame 11, no redundant external wiring is generated, and the FPC circuit board 12 is embedded in the frame 11, so that the frame 11 is not too large in volume, and the problem that the wires at the hinge positions of the temple and the frame are easy to leak out is solved by the intelligent glasses of the embodiment of the present invention, the stability of communication connection between two mirror legs of intelligent glasses is improved and production cost can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the frame hinge base 20a and the frame hinge base 20b respectively include a frame hinge base 21 fixedly connected to the frame 11, a frame antenna 23 disposed on the frame hinge base 21 and electrically connected to the FPC board 12, and a frame hinge arm 22 disposed on a side of the frame hinge base 21 away from the frame antenna 23, the frame electrical connection portion is disposed on the frame hinge arm 22, and generally, the frame antenna 23 of the frame hinge base 20a and the frame hinge base 20b is respectively welded to the FPC board 12.
The temple hinge base 40a, the temple hinge base 40b respectively include a temple hinge base body 41 fixedly connected to the temple main body, a temple feeler 43 provided on the temple hinge base body 41 for electrical connection with a main board or a functional component, and at least two temple hinge arms 42 provided on a side of the temple hinge base body 41 remote from the temple feeler 43, one frame hinge arm 22 being interposed between two adjacent temple hinge arms 42, and temple electrical connections being provided on a side of the temple hinge arms 42 adjacent to the frame hinge arms 22. In this way, the members (the temple electrical connection portion and the frame electrical connection portion) for electrically connecting between the temple hinge base 40a of the first temple 30a and the corresponding side frame hinge base 20a on the frame 11 are provided between the two temple hinge arms 42 on the outermost side of the temple hinge base 40a, and the members (the temple electrical connection portion and the frame electrical connection portion) for electrically connecting between the temple hinge base 40b of the second temple 30b and the corresponding side frame hinge base 20b on the frame 11 are provided between the two temple hinge arms 42 on the outermost side of the temple hinge base 40b, so that the temple electrical connection portion and the frame electrical connection portion at the hinge point of the first temple 30a and the temple 11 and at the hinge point of the second temple 30b and the frame 11 can be further prevented from being exposed outside the hinge point.
The spectacle frame electric connection part comprises an inner side conducting piece 24a and an outer side conducting piece 24b, the inner side conducting piece 24a is arranged around a hinge shaft of the spectacle frame hinge seat, the outer side conducting piece 24b is arranged at intervals with the inner side conducting piece 24a, two spectacle frame antennae 23 are arranged corresponding to each spectacle frame electric connection part, and the inner side conducting piece 24a and the outer side conducting piece 24b are respectively and electrically connected with one corresponding spectacle frame antenna 23; the temple electrical connector includes two elastic pieces 44 fixed on the temple hinge arm 42 and respectively disposed corresponding to the inner conductive piece 24a and the outer conductive piece 24b, the elastic pieces 44 include a mounting portion for mounting on the temple hinge arm 42 and a contact portion connected to the mounting portion for contacting with the inner conductive piece 24a or the outer conductive piece 24b to achieve conduction, and generally, the contact portion is provided in a convex shape.
The main board inside the first temple 30a is connected with the two temple antennae 43 on the temple hinge base 40a, and the two temple antennae 43 are respectively connected with the two spring pieces 44 of the temple electrical connection part to form two connecting wires connected on the main board; the functional components inside the second temple 30b are connected with the two temple antennae 43 on the temple hinge base 40b, and the two temple antennae 43 are respectively connected with the two spring pieces 44 of the temple electrical connection part to form two connecting wires connected to the functional components; the inner side conducting sheet 24a and the outer side conducting sheet 24b of one frame electric connecting part on the frame hinging seat 20a are respectively connected with one frame antenna 23 and are connected with the corresponding end of the FPC circuit board 12 through the two frame antennas 23, the inner side conducting sheet 24a and the outer side conducting sheet 24b of one frame electric connecting part on the frame hinging seat 20b are respectively connected with one frame antenna 23 and are connected with the corresponding end of the FPC circuit board 12 through the two frame antennas 23, and two connecting lines are also formed among the frame hinging seat 20a, the FPC circuit board 12 and the frame hinging seat 20 b; thus, the two connecting lines formed at the hinge of the first temple 30a and the frame 11, the two connecting lines formed on the frame 11, and the two connecting lines formed at the hinge of the second temple 30b and the frame 11 are correspondingly connected together to form a complete loop.
Specifically, two frame hinge arms 22 are respectively provided on the frame hinge base 20a and the frame hinge base 20b at intervals, and three temple hinge arms 42 are provided on the corresponding temple hinge bases 40a and 40b side by side at intervals; a frame electrical connector is provided on each of the two side surfaces of each frame hinge arm 22, and a temple electrical connector is provided on each of the inner side surfaces of the two temple hinge arms 42 located on the outer side and the two side surfaces of one temple hinge arm 42 located in the middle.
Of course, the frame hinge arms 22 of the frame hinge bases 20a and 20b may be provided with one, four, etc., and the temple hinge arms 42 of the corresponding temple hinge bases 40a and 40b may be provided with two or five, and in general, the number of the temple hinge arms 42 is one more than the number of the frame hinge arms 22.
The spectacle frame hinge base 20a and the spectacle frame hinge base 20b are provided with the spectacle frame antenna 23 and a spectacle frame electrical connection part electrically connected with the spectacle frame antenna 23, and the spectacle leg hinge base 40a and the spectacle leg hinge base 40b are provided with the spectacle leg antenna 43 and a spectacle leg electrical connection part electrically connected with the spectacle leg antenna 43, so that the spectacle frame hinge base can be hinged with the spectacle frame hinge base 20a on the spectacle frame 11 through the spectacle leg hinge base 40a on the first spectacle leg 30a and the spectacle frame hinge base 20b on the spectacle frame 11 and can be switched on by using the spectacle leg hinge base 40a and the spectacle frame hinge base 20a as an electrical connection structure and the spectacle leg hinge base 40b and the spectacle frame hinge base 20b as an electrical connection structure.
In this embodiment, a battery electrically connected to the main board, a bluetooth chip electrically connected to the main board, and a microphone are further disposed inside the first temple 30a, and the bluetooth connection may be performed between the bluetooth chip and an electronic product such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer. The functional assembly comprises a second horn arranged inside the second temple 30b, and two connecting ends of the second horn are respectively connected with two elastic sheets 44 of the temple electric connecting part.
