Abstract
The invention discloses a simulation test device for measuring reliability of a tractor brake, which comprises a bottom plate and two guide wheel sets, wherein a first motor is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top end of the bottom plate, a left brake and a right brake are respectively and fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of a first motor shell, a traction wheel is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the first motor, each guide wheel set is composed of two guide wheels, and the two guide wheels on one guide wheel set are respectively and fixedly arranged on the top end of the bottom plate. According to the simulation test device for measuring the reliability of the tractor brake, the torque is generated through the gravity difference between the first gravity block and the second gravity block, on one hand, the simulation test device is closer to the field use working condition, on the other hand, the power energy for electrifying and torque adding in a laboratory is saved, the gravity difference between the first gravity block and the second gravity block is changed by adjusting the height of the second guide rail support, and the simulation test device can be closer to the field use working condition.

The traction machine brake is an important safety part of an elevator, and the performance of the traction machine brake is required to be tested by performing an action test on the traction machine brake for not less than 200 ten thousand times.
At present, a laboratory utilizes an electrified torque-adding electric energy source, if torque measurement is generated by electrification, the braking torque is large, the current is large, the testing time is long (more than half a year), much electric energy needs to be consumed, and the requirement on electric equipment generating the torque is high, so that the torque is not added in the previous reliability test, and the test is not consistent with the actual use working condition. Therefore, we improve this and propose a simulation test device for measuring reliability of a traction machine brake.
