The invention discloses a system and a method for controlling an air conditioner based on voice of a child watch, wherein the system comprises the air conditioner, a server, a parent control unit and the child watch, the system sets a voice instruction and an air conditioner behavior corresponding to the voice instruction through the parent control unit, the voice instruction is input through the child watch and uploaded to the server, the voice instruction uploaded by the child watch is compared with the voice instruction set by the parent setting unit through the server, so that whether the air conditioner executes the behavior corresponding to the voice instruction uploaded by the child watch is controlled according to a comparison result, the action of the air conditioner can be controlled by using the voice instruction through the child watch, the voice instruction is set by a parent, and the parent intervenes to protect children. The system is simple to operate, is convenient for children to use, and can effectively protect the children through the intervention setting of parents.
