The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the upper cover of the water storage box of the washing machine, so as to solve the technical problems of low pressure of the inner space of the upper cover of the water storage box and unsmooth water supply.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide a water storage tank of a washing machine, so as to solve the technical problems that the water quantity which is flushed into an additive tank in the water storage tank of the washing machine is less and the washing additive remains in the additive tank.
The third technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide a washing machine to solve the technical problems that the additive cannot act according to the set quantity and the user experience is affected.
In order to solve the first technical problem, the basic concept of the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the water storage box upper cover of the washing machine is internally provided with a cavity, a cavity water inlet and a cavity water outlet are respectively communicated with the outer space of the upper cover, and ventilation holes higher than the cavity water outlet and communicating the inner space of the cavity with the outer space of the upper cover are formed in the cavity.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the embodiment of the invention describes a water storage box upper cover 1 of a washing machine, wherein a water path 12 and a cavity 13 are arranged in the water storage box upper cover, a water outlet of the water path 12 is communicated with a water inlet 130 of the cavity, a water inlet of the water path 12 and a water outlet 131 of the cavity are respectively communicated with the outer space of the upper cover 1, and a ventilation hole 132 which is higher than the water outlet 131 of the cavity and is communicated with the inner space of the cavity 13 and the outer space of the upper cover 1 is arranged in the cavity 13.
The invention ensures that the pressure of the inner space of the cavity 13 and the pressure of the outer space of the upper cover 1 are always balanced by arranging the ventilation holes 132, thereby avoiding the problems of lower pressure and unsmooth water supply of the inner space of the upper cover 1 of the water storage box, ensuring the water quantity rushing into the additive tank 30 in the water storage tank of the washing machine, avoiding the problem that the additive remains in the additive tank 30 due to less water quantity, further ensuring the additive to play a role according to the set quantity, and improving the user experience.
Specifically, the upper cover 1 is in a flat plate structure which is horizontally arranged, the communication part between the water inlet of the waterway 12 and the external space of the upper cover 1 is arranged at the side part of the upper cover 1, and the communication part between the cavity water outlet 131 and the external space of the upper cover 1 is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover 1; the upper cover 1 includes a first cover body 10 and a second cover body 11, the water channel 12 and the chamber 13 are formed on the second cover body 11, and the first cover body 10 and the second cover body 11 are welded to form the upper cover 1.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-4, in this embodiment, a water channel 12 and a chamber 13 are disposed in an upper cover 1 of a water storage box of a washing machine, a water outlet of the water channel 12 is communicated with a water inlet 130 of the chamber, the water inlet of the water channel 12 and a water outlet 131 of the chamber are respectively communicated with an external space of the upper cover 1, a vent 132 higher than the water outlet 131 of the chamber and communicating the internal space of the chamber 13 with the external space of the upper cover 1 is disposed in the chamber 13, the water outlet 131 of the chamber is disposed on a bottom wall of the chamber 13, a boss 133 with a gap between a protruding end and a top wall of the chamber 13 is disposed on the bottom wall of the chamber 13, a runner is disposed in the boss 133, a first opening of the runner is communicated with the external space of the upper cover 1, and a second opening of the runner is disposed on the protruding end of the boss 133 to form the vent 132.
The invention realizes that the ventilation holes 132 are higher than the chamber water outlets 131 and communicate the inner space of the chamber 13 with the outer space of the upper cover 1 through the arrangement.
Preferably, the flow channel axis extends vertically to facilitate drainage of the water flow.
Specifically, the communication part between the first opening of the flow channel and the external space of the upper cover 1 and the communication part between the chamber water outlet 131 and the external space of the upper cover 1 are arranged on the same side of the upper cover 1, and the communication part between the first opening of the flow channel and the external space of the upper cover 1 is also arranged at the bottom of the upper cover 1.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1-4, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the chamber water inlet 130 is disposed on the side wall of the chamber 13, and the distance between the ventilation hole 132 and the chamber water inlet 130 in the horizontal direction is greater than the distance between the chamber water outlet 131 and the chamber water inlet 130 in the horizontal direction.
According to the invention, through the arrangement, the inlet water firstly flows through the chamber water outlet 131 and then flows through the boss 133, so that the water level at the boss 133 is ensured to be low, the situation that the air holes 132 cannot play a set role due to the inflow of the inlet water into the air holes 132 is avoided, and meanwhile, the situation that the inlet water cannot play a set role due to the inflow direction different from the set flow direction is also avoided.
Specifically, the water outlet of the waterway 12 is also communicated with the external space of the upper cover 1, and a part of the chamber water inlet 130 overlaps with the water outlet of the waterway 12 in the axial direction of the water outlet of the waterway 12 to intercept a part of the water flow flowing through the waterway 12. Preferably, the communication part between the water outlet of the waterway 12 and the external space of the upper cover 1 is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover 1.
Example III
Referring to fig. 1-4, the difference between the present embodiment and the first and second embodiments is that the chamber water outlet 131 includes a first water outlet 1310 and a second water outlet 1311 that are spaced apart. Specifically, the chamber water outlet 131 includes at least a first water outlet 1310 and a second water outlet 1311.
According to the invention, through the arrangement, the drainage speed is improved, and when one water outlet is used for realizing drainage, the other water outlets can also be used for realizing drainage.
Preferably, the first water outlet 1310 and the second water outlet 1311 are provided at both left and right sides so that the flushing effect of the water flow is better.
Example IV
Referring to fig. 1-4, the difference between the present embodiment and the first to third embodiments is that the diameter of the first water outlet 1310 is larger than the diameter of the second water outlet 1311, and the distance between the first water outlet 1310 and the chamber water inlet 130 in the horizontal direction is smaller than the distance between the second water outlet 1311 and the chamber water inlet 130 in the horizontal direction.
According to the invention, through the arrangement, the water is mainly discharged from the first water outlet 1310, and the second water outlet 1311 is used for partially discharging water and simultaneously driving water around the water to flow, so that the stable state of the water is broken, and the water is conveniently discharged.
Specifically, the diameter of the first water outlet 1310 is greater than 7mm to ensure that water can escape against surface tension, while the diameter of the first water outlet 1310 ensures that the water yield is within a smaller range to avoid overflow risks.
Example five
Referring to fig. 1-4, the difference between the present embodiment and the first to fourth embodiments is that the ventilation holes 132 are disposed in correspondence with the gaps between the first and second water outlets 1310 and 1311 in the horizontal direction.
The present invention further ensures that the water level at the boss 133 is low by the above arrangement.
Preferably, the chamber water inlet 130 is disposed in correspondence with a gap between the first water outlet 1310 and the second water outlet 1311 in a horizontal direction.
Example six
Referring to fig. 1-4, the difference between the present embodiment and the first to fifth embodiments is that the distance between the air vent 132 and the first water outlet 1310 is smaller than the distance between the air vent 132 and the second water outlet 1311. It is applicable to the case that the diameter of the first water outlet 1310 is larger than the diameter of the second water outlet 1311.
The present invention further ensures that the water level at the boss 133 is low by the above arrangement.
When the diameter of the first water outlet 1310 is equal to the diameter of the second water outlet 1311, the distance between the air hole 132 and the first water outlet 1310 in the horizontal direction is equal to the distance between the air hole 132 and the second water outlet 1311 in the horizontal direction.
Likewise, the distance of the chamber water inlet 130 from the first water outlet 1310 in the horizontal direction is smaller than the distance of the chamber water inlet 130 from the second water outlet 1311 in the horizontal direction. When the diameter of the first water outlet 1310 is equal to the diameter of the second water outlet 1311, the distance of the chamber water inlet 130 from the first water outlet 1310 in the horizontal direction is equal to the distance of the chamber water inlet 130 from the second water outlet 1311 in the horizontal direction.
Example seven
As shown in fig. 1-4, the embodiment of the invention also introduces a water storage tank of a washing machine, which comprises a water storage box body 2, and further comprises a water storage box upper cover 1 of the washing machine, wherein the water storage box upper cover 1 and the water storage box body 2 are matched to form a containing cavity, the communication part of the cavity water inlet 130 and the outer space of the upper cover 1 faces to the outer space of the containing cavity and forms a water storage tank water inlet, the communication part of the cavity water outlet 131 and the outer space of the upper cover 1 faces to the inner space of the containing cavity, the inner part of the containing cavity is provided with a containing cavity water outlet which is communicated with the inner space of the containing cavity and the outer space of the containing cavity, and the containing cavity water outlet forms a water storage tank water outlet.
Specifically, the water storage box body 2 defines a water containing cavity with the front part and the top open, the bottom of the water containing cavity is of a cone-shaped structure which gradually contracts downwards towards one place, the water storage box upper cover 1 is arranged at the top of the water storage box body 2, the cooperation between the water storage box upper cover 1 and the water storage box body 2 is realized, the water containing cavity forms a containing cavity, and the water outlet of the containing cavity is arranged at the end part of the cone-shaped structure; preferably, the water storage box upper cover 1 is buckled and installed at the top of the water storage box body 2. The communication part of the water outlet of the waterway 12 and the external space of the upper cover 1 faces the internal space of the accommodating cavity.
Example seven
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment is different from the first to sixth embodiments in that the communication point between the first opening of the flow passage and the outer space of the upper cover 1 faces the inner space of the accommodating chamber.
The present invention discharges the inflow water flowing into the airing holes 132 to the inner space of the receiving chamber through the above arrangement.
Preferably, the drawable dispenser box 3 is installed in the accommodating space, the dispenser box 3 is provided with an additive tank 30, the communication part of the chamber water outlet 131 and the external space of the upper cover 1 faces the internal space of the additive tank 30, and the communication part of the first opening of the runner and the external space of the upper cover 1 faces the internal space of the additive tank 30, so that the water flowing into the air holes 132 is discharged to the internal space of the additive tank 30.
Specifically, the dispenser box 3 is mounted from the front opening of the accommodating space to the inside of the accommodating space and closes the front opening of the accommodating space, a gap is formed between the bottom of the dispenser box 3 and the bottom of the accommodating space, and the axis of the additive groove 30 extends along the drawing direction of the dispenser box 3, and the additive is a detergent or a softener or a disinfectant.
More preferably, two opposite sides of the additive tank 30 are inclined planes gradually expanding towards the outside of the additive tank 30 from bottom to top, the communication between the chamber water outlet 131 and the external space of the upper cover 1 faces the side of the additive tank 30, that is, the communication between the first water outlet 1310 and the external space of the upper cover 1 and the communication between the second water outlet 1311 and the external space of the upper cover 1 face the two opposite sides of the additive tank 30, respectively, and the communication between the first opening of the runner and the external space of the upper cover 1 faces the bottom of the additive tank 30.
Example eight
The embodiment of the invention also introduces a washing machine, which comprises the water storage tank of the washing machine, wherein the water inlet of the water storage tank is communicated with a water source, and the water outlet of the water storage tank is communicated with a water containing barrel of the washing machine.
Specifically, the washing machine comprises a box body, wherein a washing machine water storage tank is arranged in the box body, the washing machine is a drum washing machine, a washing machine water containing barrel is a drum washing machine outer barrel, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine, and the washing machine water containing barrel is a pulsator washing machine outer barrel.
