Description

Toilet cleaning agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily-use chemical products, in particular to a toilet cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing living standard of people and the continuous development of social environment, the requirement of people on the environmental sanitation of the toilet is higher and higher. The toilet bowl has entered into thousands of households, and after long-time use, a layer of dirt, mainly oil stain, rust, urine alkali, sediment generated by hard water and the like, is formed on the glaze surface of the toilet bowl, is generally difficult to clean and easily generates peculiar smell. Currently, there are two types of toilet cleaning products on the market: a liquid toilet cleaner and a solid toilet cleaning block. The toilet cleaning block mainly adopts a slow release technology, active ingredients such as a cleaning agent, a binder, a bactericide, a pigment and the like are prepared into a solid matter, and the solid matter is put into a toilet water tank to be slowly dissolved so as to release the active ingredients and play a role in cleaning. The product is convenient to use, can effectively protect the closestool for a long time, but has limited detergency. The liquid toilet cleaner mainly relies on inorganic strong acid as an effective component, adopts a thickening technology to realize the wall-hanging effect in the using process, can effectively remove rust at the edge of a toilet bowl, urine alkali, sediments generated by hard water and other stains, and has certain degerming and bacteriostasis effects while removing scale. The product generally adopts strong acid as an effective component, is effective for cleaning the toilet bowl, but has larger irritation in the using process and certain potential safety hazard.
One prior art discloses a high-efficiency toilet cleaner and a preparation method thereof, and the toilet cleaner is prepared by adopting isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, oleylamine polyoxyethylene (2) ether, oxalic acid, hydroxy ethylene diphosphate, citric acid, hydrogen peroxide and the like as main components. The paint does not contain inorganic acid, has low corrosivity, is mild and environment-friendly, and has good wall-hanging effect. But has obvious disadvantages that the organic acid has limited removing force to the toilet dirt and the degerming effect of the product is poor. In addition, another prior art discloses a liquid pipe dredging liquid which uses hypochlorite, alkali metal hydroxide, sodium silicate, alkyl amine oxide, alkyl diphenyl oxide disulfonate, fatty acid soap, and the like as main components, and uses a surfactant to realize thickening, foaming, and decontamination. The product has certain viscosity, improves the wall-hanging performance of the dredging agent, and prolongs the action time of the dredging agent and the blocking substance. However, this patent uses the micelle concentration of the surfactant for thickening, and there is a case where the viscosity is unstable.

Experiment of effect application
The toilet cleaning agents provided by the embodiments 1-15 and the comparative examples 1-4 of the invention are selected to be tested for detergency, bactericidal effect and stability, and the test method is as follows:
1. detergency measuring and evaluating method
Manufacturing and cleaning dirt: mixing hydrogenated lanolin and calcium stearate with 95% alcohol, heating to boiling state, directly coating on the surface of ceramic tile, and air drying at room temperature until the alcohol is completely volatilized. Then the ceramic tile is put into an oven with the temperature of 160 ℃ for aging for 1 hour, and is taken out and placed at room temperature for one day. The substrate was scrubbed twice back and forth with a scrub resistance meter and then rinsed with tap water to evaluate the effect before and after cleaning.
The detergency effect evaluation method comprises the following steps: a total of 10 human volunteers (age 22-55 years) were selected, and the cleaned tiles were subjected to sensory evaluation and evaluated for detergency effect by scoring at 5 degrees: 10 minutes, the cleaning effect is very clean; 8 minutes, the cleaning effect is cleaner; 6 minutes, the cleaning effect is general; 4 minutes, the cleaning effect is poor; 0 min, no cleaning effect. Scores of 10 volunteers were summarized as detergency evaluation results.
2. Quantitative bactericidal kill test
The quantitative bacteria killing test of the toilet cleaning agent is tested according to the requirements in the Disinfection technical Specification of the Ministry of health. The test strains are common bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The killing rate of the toilet cleaner on bacteria is tested under the following conditions: the concentration of the test solution is the original solution, and the action time is 2 min.
3. Stability test
And (3) testing the high-temperature stability: 1) respectively placing the samples prepared in examples 1-15 and comparative examples 1-4 in an incubator at (54 +/-2) DEG C for 7 days, and taking out the samples to return to room temperature to measure the content of available chlorine and the change of viscosity; 2) the samples prepared in the examples and the comparative examples were placed in an incubator at (37. + -. 2 ℃ C.) for 30 days, and the content of available chlorine was measured after being taken out and returned to room temperature. And judging the stability of the sample according to the change condition of the effective chlorine content.
The results of the detergency, bactericidal effect and stability tests are shown in table 6.
Table 6 test results of the effect application experiment
Figure BDA0002226542990000111
Figure BDA0002226542990000121
From the results in Table 6, it is understood that the thickeners used in comparative examples 1 to 4 are toilet cleaner systems of acrylic acid homopolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide having too low or too high number average molecular weight, low viscosity, rapid decrease in available chlorine at high temperature, poor stability, no storage stability, and general detergency.
The toilet cleaning agent provided by the embodiments 1 to 15 of the invention has a detergency of above 86% and a good sterilization effect, and by preferably selecting an acrylic acid homopolymer with a specific molecular weight range as an alkaline thickener, the thickening is realized under a hypochlorite system under the strong alkaline and strong oxidizing property condition, the viscosity is maintained stable, so that the viscosity change is small, the degradation of effective chlorine is controlled within 10% in a high-temperature period stability test at 54 ℃ and 32 ℃, and the toilet cleaning agent is wall-hung persistently, can effectively prolong the action time of the toilet cleaning agent and colored organic matters on a toilet wall, breaks stubborn dirt such as organic matters adhered to the toilet wall, improves the decontamination effect of a product, does not damage the hard surface of the toilet, and has the sterilization and disinfection effects.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
