Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-tower compound fertilizer, in particular to a multifunctional high-tower compound fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The high tower pelletizing process includes heating and melting solid urea or ammonium phosphate nitrate into molten liquid, and adding potash fertilizer, monoammonium phosphate and stuffing into the molten liquid to form mixed slurry. And (3) spraying and granulating the mixed slurry through a high tower granulator, wherein the granulated material is subjected to heat exchange with gas resistance rising from the bottom of the tower and falls to the bottom of the tower in the falling process of the high tower, and the granular material at the bottom of the tower is subjected to cooling, screening and anti-caking treatment to obtain the granular compound fertilizer.
Compared with the compound fertilizer produced by other processes, the compound fertilizer produced by the high tower granulation process has the characteristics of uniform nutrients, high particle strength and stable product quality, and has the defects that the process characteristics limit, and the product only contains a large amount of inorganic elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and cannot be added with materials for increasing the product functions. For example: because the temperature of the pulping process on the tower is high, the survival of microorganisms is not facilitated, and therefore, the microorganism bacteria cannot be added in the high-tower granulation process. The problems cause that the high-tower fertilizer product has single function, is difficult to adapt to different soil conditions, and can not effectively improve the utilization rate of fertilizer nutrients, improve the quality of crops and improve the soil structure.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a multifunctional high tower compound fertilizer comprises 40-51% of urea, 15-25% of potassium chloride, 18-29.5% of monoammonium phosphate, 0.5-1% of regulator, 3.5-5% of insecticide and 2-3.5% of biological bacteria.
The regulator is compound sodium nitrophenolate, and the compound sodium nitrophenolate is a strong cell activator, so that the stress resistance of crops is obviously improved, and the growth of the crops is promoted.
The pesticide is quintozene and carbendazim, and the mass ratio is 1: 1, a large number of experiments show that the quintozene and the carbendazim have better control effect on seedling diseases and soil infectious diseases of crops, and the effects are better when the quintozene and the carbendazim are mixed and used according to a proportion.
The biological bacteria are one or two combinations of bacillus megaterium and bacillus subtilis, are soil beneficial bacteria, and have the effects of improving the utilization rate of the fertilizer, activating and repairing soil and being beneficial to absorption and utilization of crops.
The preparation method of the multifunctional high-tower compound fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding metered urea into a melting tank, controlling the temperature of the melting tank to be 120-125 ℃, and overflowing the melted urea solution to a primary mixing tank, wherein the melting temperature is particularly important in the process, if the temperature reaches above 130 ℃, urea is decomposed to generate a large amount of biuret, so that crops burn acres, the temperature is lower than 115 ℃, and the urea is easy to crystallize, so that normal production is influenced;
(2) adding metered potassium chloride into a primary mixing tank, uniformly mixing the potassium chloride with a urea solution, controlling the temperature of the primary mixing tank to be 110-115 ℃, and overflowing the mixed molten material into a secondary mixing tank;
(3) in a secondary mixing tank, adding monoammonium phosphate, pesticide and regulator in a metering manner, and mixing with the molten material for less than 4min to obtain mixed molten slurry, wherein the temperature of the secondary mixing tank is controlled at 100-105 ℃;
(4) emulsifying the mixed melted slurry by an emulsifying machine, completing spray granulation in a granulation tower by using a differential granulator, and naturally cooling in the granulation tower, wherein the temperature of material particles below the tower is less than 70 ℃;

The method prevents a large amount of biological bacteria from being killed due to high temperature in the high tower granulation process, better protects the strains, improves the survival rate of the strains, and has cooling time of 30-35 min;
(6) and (3) respectively carrying out coarse screening and fine screening on the cooled material particles, wherein the diameter of a sieve pore of the coarse screen is 4.5mm, the diameter of a sieve pore of the fine screen is 2.0mm, the particles above 4.5mm and the particles below 2.0mm after screening return to a primary mixing tank, and qualified products enter a wrapping machine and are packaged after anti-caking treatment.
