Abstract
一种耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜,其特征在于:从外到内由外膜和内膜复合而成,外膜为镀有三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜,内膜为三层共挤PE层;三层共挤PE层从外到内依次包括外层、中间层、内层,外层按如下重量份组成:3份HDPE、4份高温高密度MDPE、3份LDPE组成,中间层按如下重量份组成:3份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDPE、2份HDPE、2份LPE组成,内层按如下重量份组成:2份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDE、3份LDPE、2份丁烯组成。本发明对照现有技术的有益效果是,由于对薄膜的组成进行了改进,外膜为镀有三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜,内膜为三层共挤PE层,因此阻隔性高,而且既耐高温,又耐低温。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄膜,更具体地说涉及一种耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜。
背景技术
目前,食品包装的塑料杯等容器,其开口密封所采用的封口膜,通常不耐高温、低温,阻隔性较差。
如公共号为CN201452530U的中国专利文献“一种八宝粥专用塑料杯”所公开的一种塑料杯,它主要由塑料杯身、杯身上部一体成型的带沿外翻杯口及杯身下内侧的至少一个的阻隔珊构成,由于杯身下内侧有阻隔珊,杯子便不会因结合过于紧密而无法拔取;由于带沿外翻杯口可以贴敷方便封口和撕开的易拉膜,因此便提供了一种可以方便抽取及取食的八宝粥专用塑料杯。
这种塑料杯,所采用的封口膜,就是普通的封口膜,不耐高温、低温,阻隔性较差,仅能保存较短时间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜,这种耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜阻隔性高,而且既耐高温,又耐低温。采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜,其特征在于:从外到内由外膜和内膜复合而成,外膜为镀有三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜,内膜为三层共挤PE层;
三层共挤PE层从外到内依次包括外层、中间层、内层;
外层按如下重量份组成:3份HDPE、4份高温高密度MDPE、3份LDPE组成;
中间层按如下重量份组成:3份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDPE、2份HDPE、2份LPE组成;
内层按如下重量份组成:2份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDE、3份LDPE、2份丁烯组成。
较优的方案,所述高温高密度MDPE的密度大于或等于0.936。
上述耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜的生产步骤如下:
a) 制备外膜:将BOPE膜内表面镀上三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层, 获得镀有三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜;
b) 制备内膜:将外层的原料、中间层的原料、内层的原料分别按重量比混合均匀,然后分别送往三层共挤流延机(CPE)挤出流延膜,制得三层共挤PE层;
c)复合:将外膜与内膜送到复合机复合,使得外膜的三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层与内膜的内层复合。
本发明对照现有技术的有益效果是,由于对薄膜的组成进行了改进,外膜为镀有三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜,内膜为三层共挤PE层,因此阻隔性高,而且既耐高温,又耐低温。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例中的耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜,从外到内由外膜和内膜复合而成,外膜为镀有三氧化铝层2的BOPE膜1,内膜为三层共挤PE层;
三层共挤PE层从外到内依次包括外层5、中间层4、内层3;
外层5按如下重量份组成:3份HDPE、4份高温高密度MDPE、3份LDPE组成;
中间层4按如下重量份组成:3份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDPE、2份HDPE、2份LPE组成;
内层3按如下重量份组成:2份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDE、3份LDPE、2份丁烯组成。
所述高温高密度MDPE的密度为0.936。
上述耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜的生产步骤:
a)外膜,即镀有三氧化铝层2或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜1的制备:将BOPE膜1内表面镀上三氧化铝层2;
b)内膜,即三层共挤PE层的制备:将外层5的原料、中间层4的原料、内层3的原料分别按重量比混合均匀,然后分别送往三层共挤流延机(CPE)挤出流延膜,制得三层共挤PE层;
c)复合:将外膜与内膜送到复合机复合,使得外膜的三氧化铝层2与内膜的内层3复合。
经过实验,上述耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜既能耐高温,又能耐低温。
实施例2
本实施例中的耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜与实施例1的区别在于:
步骤a)中,将BOPE膜1内表面镀上二氧化硅层。
所述高温高密度MDPE的密度为0.938。

1.一种耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜,其特征在于:从外到内由外膜和内膜复合而成,外膜为镀有三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜,内膜为三层共挤PE层;
三层共挤PE层从外到内依次包括外层、中间层、内层;
外层按如下重量份组成:3份HDPE、4份高温高密度MDPE、3份LDPE组成;
中间层按如下重量份组成:3份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDPE、2份HDPE、2份LPE组成;
内层按如下重量份组成:2份高温高密度MDPE、3份LLDE、3份LDPE、2份丁烯组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜,其特征在于:所述高温高密度MDPE的密度大于或等于0.936。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜,其特征在于:上述耐高低温高阻隔安全封口膜的生产步骤如下:
a) 制备外膜:将BOPE膜内表面镀上三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层, 获得镀有三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层的BOPE膜;
b) 制备内膜:将外层的原料、中间层的原料、内层的原料分别按重量比混合均匀,然后分别送往三层共挤流延机挤出流延膜,制得三层共挤PE层;
c)复合:将外膜与内膜送到复合机复合,使得外膜的三氧化铝层或二氧化硅层与内膜的内层复合。
