Description

Laser welding method for two clearance fit products
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pipe welding. And more particularly to a method of laser welding two clearance fit products.
Background
At present, two pipes of the medical catheter are generally connected by methods such as adhesive connection, hot melt welding, ultrasonic connection, laser welding and the like, wherein the laser welding has the characteristics of attractive appearance, high strength after welding, good air tightness and the like. The laser welding is widely applied to the welding of transparent or semitransparent medical pipes or the welding of balloons and the pipes.
However, in the existing laser welding method, the welding process requires that the fit of the welding part between two products to be welded is a gapless fit and an interference fit, so that the welding strength, the air tightness and the appearance attractiveness can be ensured.
Aiming at the current strict requirements of laser welding on production conditions, namely: the two products to be welded are in interference fit or zero clearance fit, and corresponding tools are needed to be manufactured, so that the quality requirements of the products can be met by welding; however, in the production process of the medical catheter, generally, the tubing is extruded, the dimensional tolerance of the product is large, and particularly, the medical parts such as medical multi-cavity tubes or balloons are extruded, the size difference of the appearance or the inner hole is large, so that the tubing or the balloons are difficult to ensure that the fit between the tubing or the balloons is a gapless fit or an interference fit when the tubing or the balloons are used for laser welding; in addition, even the product that needs the welding cooperation can be zero clearance or interference fit, because of the assembly is interference fit, there is certain degree of difficulty in the production assembly, and production efficiency is also lower.

FIG. 2 is a structural diagram corresponding to a laser welding method for two products with clearance fit according to the present invention;
fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a structure corresponding to a laser welding method for two clearance fit products according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, taking two small-outer-diameter products and two large-outer-diameter products which are in clearance fit and are transparent or semitransparent medical pipes as an example, the medical pipe which is sleeved inside and has a smaller outer diameter is defined as a small pipe 3, a black steel column 1 extends into the small pipe 3 and is fixedly connected with the small pipe 3, and meanwhile, the black steel column 1 also extends into the large pipe 2 and is fixedly connected with the large pipe 2.
Furthermore, the large tube 2 also encloses a portion of the small tube 3, which is the welding area, with a fitting clearance of not more than 0.3mm between the two.
The object of the invention is to join the large and small tubes 2, 3 together by laser welding the weld area.
The laser welding method for the two clearance fit products comprises the following steps:
step one, fixing a small-outer-diameter product on a black steel column 1, and enabling the small-outer-diameter product and the black steel column 1 to rotate synchronously.
In the medical tube mentioned above as an example, a black steel column 1 for assembling the large tube 2 and the small tube 3 is first manufactured according to the inner diameters of the small tube 3 and the large tube 2, and the black steel column 1 can be mounted on a tool of a laser welding machine and can drive the large tube 2 and the small tube 3 to rotate around a shaft.
In addition, the black steel column 1 assembled between the small pipe 3 and the large pipe 2 can be coated with a lubricant in advance, and the lubricant has the function of easily taking out the black steel column 1 after laser welding.
And step two, fixing the large-outer-diameter product on the black steel column 1, enabling the large-outer-diameter product and the black steel column 1 to synchronously rotate, and meanwhile, enabling the large-outer-diameter product to surround a part of small-outer-diameter product, wherein the surrounding area is a welding area.
Also in the above-mentioned medical tube, the large tube 2 and the small tube 3 can be rotated around the black steel column 1, and the large tube 2 and the small tube 3 can be rotated relative to the laser head, so that the laser welding is performed by spin welding.
And step three, sleeving the silica gel pipe section 3 or the transparent polyester thermoplastic sleeve on the outer surfaces of the large-outer-diameter product and the small-outer-diameter product at the same time to cover the welding area.
Also taking the medical tube mentioned above as an example, firstly, a transparent and elastic silicone tube is selected, and the inner diameter of the silicone tube is 0.2mm to 0.8mm smaller than the outer diameter of the small tube 3. Then, the silicone tube is cut into silicone tube sections 3, the length of the silicone tube sections 3 is more than 5mm greater than the length of the size of the welding area of the two large tubes 2 and the small tubes 3 to be welded, and as shown in the figure, two ends of the welding area are located in the silicone tube sections 3 and are used for completely covering the welding area. And finally, soaking the silica gel pipe section 3 in n-heptane or silica gel liquid for not less than 20 minutes, and then sleeving the welding area.
The invention can also directly adopt a transparent polyester thermoplastic sleeve to cover the welding area.
The step is mainly that the silicone tube is used for elastically contracting and clasping the two large tubes 2 and the small tubes 3 to be welded, or the transparent polyester heat-shrinkable sleeve is used for sleeving the large tubes 2 and the small tubes 3 to be welded tightly, so that the large tubes 2 and the small tubes 3 to be welded can be clasped in a centering way under the condition of matching with gaps, and are tightly connected together in the melting process of absorbing laser energy by the tubes, thereby achieving the purposes of clearance matching of the two tubes to be welded and laser welding.
And step four, mounting the black steel column 1 on a tool of a laser welding machine, and irradiating the welding area by using a laser head.
As shown in fig. 1, the welding method of the large pipe 2 and the small pipe 3 with clearance fit mainly comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of firstly installing a small pipe 3 on a black steel column 1, then sleeving a large pipe 2 on the black steel column 1, then sleeving a soaked silica gel pipe section 3 or a transparent polyester heat-shrinkable sleeve on a welding area to form an assembled assembly, finally installing the black steel column 1 in the assembly on a tool of a laser welding machine, starting the machine, rotating the large pipe 2 and the small pipe 3, and irradiating laser to the welding area. Furthermore, the laser head can also move the laser welding axially from the end of the large tube 2 in the welding zone towards the end of the small tube 3, the purpose of the axial movement of the laser head being: after laser welding, the welding part is smoothly transited from the large pipe 2 to the small pipe 3, and after the laser welding is finished, the silica gel pipe section 3 or the transparent polyester heat-shrinkable sleeve which plays an auxiliary role is stripped.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
