For example, the inner sleeve shaft 23 may be made of a rigid material, such as a metal material or a plastic material that is not easily deformed; the outer sleeve shaft 24 may be formed of a deformable material, such as nylon, along with the brush body 22 to facilitate manufacture of the brush body 22.
The outer sleeve 24 and the inner sleeve 23 may each include two separate portions mounted in opposing spaced relation to form the slots described above, or the outer sleeve 24 and the inner sleeve 23 may each have non-open slots (not shown) formed therein that correspond to the slots described above.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the inner sleeve shaft 23 may include two separate portions disposed opposite to each other, and the outer sleeve shaft 24 may be disposed in a manner forming a non-open slot (not shown), which is formed in the outer sleeve shaft 24 corresponding to the gap between the two portions of the inner sleeve shaft 23. In other embodiments, the outer sleeve 24 and the inner sleeve 23 may be reversed to each other, which allows the first saw teeth 11 and the first saw teeth 31 to protrude from the rod 21, and they are substantially the same and will not be described again.
The outer sleeve 24 and the inner sleeve 23 may be fixed together by any available means, such as by gluing them together with an adhesive, or by pressing them together by thermal compression, etc., and are not limited in particular.
In one embodiment, a first engaging portion (not shown) and two first limiting portions (not shown) are formed on a surface of the first transmission cover 42 facing the second transmission cover 52, and the two first limiting portions are oppositely and separately disposed around the first engaging portion; referring to fig. 5, a second engaging portion 521 and two second limiting portions 522 are formed on a surface of the second transmission cover 52 facing the first transmission cover 42, and the two second limiting portions 522 are oppositely and alternately disposed around the second engaging portion 521. The two ends of the inner sleeve shaft 23 are respectively provided with a matching part 231 corresponding to the first clamping part and the second clamping part 521, the matching part 231 corresponding to the first clamping part can be used for limiting the relative rotation of the rod body 21 and the first transmission cover 42, and the matching part 231 corresponding to the second clamping part 521 can be used for limiting the relative rotation of the rod body 21 and the second transmission cover 52, so that the synchronous rotation between the rolling brush rod 2 and the first transmission cover 42 and the second transmission cover 52 is realized. The two ends of the first sawtooth racks 1 and the second sawtooth racks 3 are respectively arranged between the two first limiting parts and between the two second limiting parts 522, so that synchronous rotation between the first sawtooth racks 1 and the second sawtooth racks 3 and the rolling brush rod 2 is further realized.
Alternatively, the first position-limiting portion is disposed in an arc shape, and the second position-limiting portion 522 is disposed in an arc shape, which can be adapted to the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the inner sleeve 23, please refer to fig. 5.
In the present embodiment, the forms of the first engaging portion, the second engaging portion 521 and the engaging portion 231 are not limited, and any form that can relatively fix the inner sleeve shaft 23 and the first transmission cover 42 and the second transmission cover 52 in the circumferential direction can be applied thereto. For example, the first engaging portion 521 and the second engaging portion 521 may include at least one protrusion extending in the radial direction, and the matching portion 231 may correspondingly include at least one groove structure extending in the radial direction, or vice versa, and will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 2, two first avoiding portions 14 formed at two end portions of the first sawtooth rack 1 are respectively used for avoiding the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion 521, and two second avoiding portions 34 formed at two end portions of the second sawtooth rack 3 are respectively used for avoiding the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion 521, so that the two end portions of the second sawtooth rack 3 can be abutted against the first transmission cover 42 and the second transmission cover 52 to be kept stable. Meanwhile, the first and second limiting portions 522 are arranged such that a space for the first sawtooth rack 1 to reciprocate is reserved in the length direction.
In addition, it should be noted that the inner side surface of the inner sleeve shaft 23 should be adapted to the arrangement of the transmission shaft 43, the fixed shaft 7 and the cam 6 thereof, and the arrangement of the other parts is not limited, and will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the first end cap set 4 further includes a transmission shaft 43, the transmission shaft 43 penetrates the first fixing cap 41 and is fixedly connected to the first transmission cap 42, and the transmission shaft 43 is used for connecting with a driving member (e.g., a motor) to transmit rotation to the first transmission cap 42 without affecting the first fixing cap 41. The rolling brush rod 2, the first sawtooth racks 1 and the second sawtooth racks 3 rotate along the axial direction under the driving of the motor. Optionally, the first end cap set 4 further includes a first bearing 44 disposed between an outer circumferential surface of the transmission shaft 43 and an inner circumferential surface of the first fixing cap 41 to reduce a frictional force between the transmission shaft 43 and the first fixing cap 41. Further, the first end cap group 4 further comprises a connecting member 45 for connecting the output shaft of the motor with the transmission shaft 43, wherein the connecting member 45 may be a coupling.
Referring to fig. 6 in combination with fig. 1 to 5, a sweeper 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bottom housing 9, a front cover (not shown) installed opposite to the bottom housing 9, and the rolling brush assembly 100 according to the above embodiments. An opening 91 is formed in the bottom case 9, the first fixing cover 41 and the second fixing cover 51 of the roll brush assembly 100 are mounted inside the opening 91, and the brush body 22 is exposed from the opening 91 for cleaning.
In the sweeper 200 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the rolling brush assembly 100 comprises the cam 6 and the first sawtooth rack 1, the axial movement of the first sawtooth rack 1 relative to the rod body 21 is realized by the limit structure 60 on the peripheral surface of the cam 6 and the matching structure 15 on the first sawtooth rack 1, and in the normal working process of the rolling brush rod 2, the first sawtooth rack 1 can continuously make linear reciprocating movement, so that entanglement such as hair can be continuously cut, the cutting efficiency is high, and the sweeper 200 can normally and continuously work.

Claims (7)

1. A round brush assembly, comprising:
the rolling brush rod comprises a rod body and a brush body arranged on the rod body; the bar body is provided with a gap extending along the axial direction of the bar body;
the cam is arranged in the rod body and can rotate relative to the rod body along the axial direction of the rod body; a closed annular limiting structure is formed on the peripheral surface of the cam, and the limiting structure is obliquely arranged relative to the axial direction of the rod body; and
the first sawtooth strip is provided with a plurality of first sawteeth which are sequentially arranged on at least one side edge, and the first sawteeth protrude out of the gap; a matching structure is arranged on the first sawtooth strip, and the matching structure extends into the gap to be matched with the limiting structure;
the rolling brush assembly further comprises a fixed shaft, the fixed shaft is arranged inside the rod body, the cam is arranged on the fixed shaft, the limiting structure is an annular groove, and the matching structure is a shifting lever; in the relative rotation process of the first sawtooth strip and the cam, the shifting lever moves in the annular groove;
the round brush subassembly still includes:
the first end cover group comprises a first fixed cover and a first transmission cover which are oppositely arranged, and the first transmission cover is arranged on one side of the first fixed cover close to the first sawtooth rack and can rotate relative to the first fixed cover in the axial direction of the rod body; and
the second end cover group comprises a second fixed cover and a second transmission cover which are oppositely arranged, the second transmission cover is arranged on one side of the second fixed cover close to the first sawtooth strip and can rotate relative to the second fixed cover in the axial direction of the rod body;
the two ends of the first sawtooth strip and the two ends of the rod body are respectively connected with the first transmission cover and the second transmission cover so as to rotate along with the first transmission cover and the second transmission cover, and the fixed shaft is arranged on the second fixed cover;
a first clamping part and two first limiting parts are formed on the surface of the first transmission cover facing the second transmission cover, and the two first limiting parts are oppositely arranged at the periphery of the first clamping part at intervals; a second clamping part and two second limiting parts are formed on the surface of the second transmission cover facing the first transmission cover, and the two second limiting parts are oppositely and alternately arranged around the second clamping part; the inner sides of the two ends of the rod body form matching parts corresponding to the first clamping part and the second clamping part, and the two ends of the first sawtooth strip are respectively arranged between the two first limiting parts and between the two second limiting parts; wherein, first spacing portion with the spacing portion of second all is the arc setting.
2. The roll brush assembly according to claim 1, wherein both side edges of the first rack of teeth form a plurality of the first teeth; the gaps are formed on two opposite sides of the rod body, and the first sawteeth are respectively protruded from the corresponding gaps.
3. The brush roll assembly of claim 1, wherein the first sawtooth rack protrudes outward at a position corresponding to the fixed shaft to form at least one first recess half for avoiding the fixed shaft.
4. The brush roll assembly of claim 1, wherein the first end cap set further comprises a drive shaft passing through the first stationary cap and fixedly coupled to the first drive cap; the transmission shaft is used for being connected with the driving piece.
5. The brush roll assembly according to any of claims 1-3, further comprising a second serrated bar having a plurality of second serrations formed in a sequential arrangement on at least one side edge thereof, the second serrated bar being disposed against the first serrated bar; the second sawtooth rack remains stationary relative to the body.
6. The round brush assembly according to any of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the bar comprises an outer sleeve shaft and an inner sleeve shaft, the brush body being formed on the outer sleeve shaft, the outer sleeve shaft being mounted on an outer side face of the inner sleeve shaft.
7. A sweeper comprising a roller brush assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
