Fig. 1 is an assembly view of a TIP cassette positioning mechanism according to one embodiment of the application. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a positioning mechanism according to one embodiment of the application.
As shown, the TIP head cartridge positioning mechanism of the present application comprises a first side 1 comprising one or more first receiving bits 11; and a second side 3 comprising one or more second receiving locations 31, wherein the TIP head cartridge 2 is adapted to be positioned between the first receiving location 11 of the first side and the second receiving location 31 of the second side. In fig. 1 and some of the embodiments below, 3 TIP-boxes 2 are included between the first side 1 and the second side 3. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the number of TIP head cartridges 2 is merely illustrative.
In one embodiment, a movable lock is provided on either the first side 1 or the second side 3, thereby enabling the TIP head cartridge 2 to be removably snapped between the first side 1 and the second side 3. Specifically, when the TIP head cartridge 2 is located between the first side 1 and the second side 3, the movable lock abuts the TIP head cartridge 2 to define its position. It should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the snap-fit connection is only one embodiment of the connection, and that other connection means known in the art may be applied to the connection between the first side 1 and the second side 3.
Referring to fig. 2, one example of a movable lock is a tongue 4. The bolt 4 is arranged on the first side 1, for example the bolt 4 may be adapted to be received in a receiving space of the first receiving location 11. A spring is included between the bolt 4 and the first receiving portion 11. When the TIP head box 2 is placed between the first accommodating position 11 and the second accommodating position 31, the spring 401 is in a compressed state, so that the lock tongue 4 pushes the TIP head box 2 to a preset position, and the problem of accurate positioning of the TIP head box 2 on an instrument is solved. Further, the tongue 4 extends inward to guide the TIP head cartridge 2 to the set position. The tongue 4 is adapted to press against the TIP head cartridge 2 when the TIP head cartridge 2 is placed between the first accommodation site 11 and the second accommodation site 31.

As shown, the first accommodation site 11 includes a first boss between the first pallet and the second pallet, and both sides of the first boss include a first guide slope 101 and a second guide slope 102. The bolt 4 is located in the first side 1 and is secured with a screw 104. The contact surface of the lock tongue 4 and the TIP head box 2 forms a first guiding inclined plane 101. The TIP head box 2 can slide to the design position through the first guide inclined plane 101, accurate placement of the TIP head box 2 can be realized without the need of the operator to find the position deliberately, and the working efficiency is improved.
As shown, first guide ramp 101 and second guide ramp 102 guide the first and second ends of TIP head cartridge 2 to the first and second pallets, according to one embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, an error proofing boss 105 is designed in the first accommodation bit 11. The size of the error-proofing boss 105 matches the notch on the TIP box 2. The operator can lock the TIP head cartridge 2 into the first side 1 and the second side 3 in a desired direction. If the operator places the TIP head cartridge 2 in the wrong direction, it cannot be completely locked into the mechanism, so that the operator can be provided with feedback of operation information through the error preventing boss 105. In some embodiments, the error proofing boss 105 may also be designed on the second accommodation site 13.
In some embodiments, a first recess is formed between the first end and the second end of TIP head cartridge 2. A locking tongue 4 is also located between the first and second brackets and is adapted to engage a first recess between the first and second ends 1, 3 of the TIP head box 2.
In some embodiments, to protect the elastic performance of the bolt 4, the adjustment of the bolt elasticity can be achieved by adding a flat washer with strength meeting the requirement under the screw 104. The addition or subtraction of the flat washer enables adjustment of the position of the locking bolt 4 relative to the first side. The compression amount of the lock tongue 4 is properly reduced or increased, so that the comfort of an operator can be improved, and the service life of the lock tongue can be prolonged. The flat gasket is generally made of metal, plastic or rubber, and other alternative metal, plastic or rubber materials existing in the art can be used for selecting the flat gasket.
The first side of the TIP head cartridge positioning mechanism may be offset during use, resulting in errors in the positioning of the TIP head cartridge 2. In some embodiments, the first side 1 comprises a plurality of kidney holes 103 (i.e. oblong holes), wherein the position of the first side 1 can be adjusted by means of the plurality of kidney holes 103. Of course, the position of the tongue 4 can also be adjusted accordingly. Although the circular holes are simple to process, the circular holes only have a fixed effect. The kidney-shaped holes 103 not only can play a role in fixing, but also can adjust the spacing between parts.
Fig. 4 is a second side elevation view and a top view according to one embodiment of the application. As shown, the second side 3 includes a second boss 201, third and fourth pallets 202, a first guide ramp 101.
In some embodiments, second receptacle 31 includes third and fourth pallets 202 and second boss 201 therebetween. The third and fourth pallets 202 are adapted to seat the third and fourth ends of the TIP head box 2, and the second boss 201 mates with a second recess between the third and fourth ends of the TIP head box. Further, the support surfaces of the third and fourth pallets 202 can also function as supports for the TIP head cartridge 2. The second boss 201 serves to fix the TIP head cartridge 2 behind the TIP head cartridge 2. In some embodiments, the height of the second boss 201 is higher than the height of the third and fourth pallets 202 for the convenience of the user.
When the TIP head box positioning mechanism is used, an operator holds the TIP head box 2 from top to bottom, and puts the TIP head box into the corresponding positions of the second bosses 201 of the first side 1 and the second side 3 and the lock tongue 4, and the TIP head box is accurately put into the TIP head box, if taken out. The TIP head box 2 is pushed down, and pushed out a distance in the opposite direction, so that the TIP head box 2 can be taken out upward. The TIP head box 2 is moved out by a distance greater than or equal to the total length of the error-proof boss 105, and the operation of taking out the TIP head box 2 can be completed. In some embodiments, when a plurality of TIP head cartridges 2 are positioned between a plurality of first receiving sites 11 and a plurality of second receiving sites 31, the gaps between the plurality of TIP head cartridges 2 are adapted for finger ingress.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a locking bolt according to one embodiment of the present application. Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a latch bolt according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the tongue 4 includes a spring 401 and a body 403. The body 403 includes a guide 402 thereon. The upper side of the guide body 402 forms a guide surface to guide the TIP head cartridge to slide downward. The guide body 402 extends inward and is adapted to press the TIP head cartridge 2 after guiding the TIP head cartridge 2 to the set position.
As shown, the spring 401 is connected to the concave center inside the body 403 to form a spring bolt structure with elasticity and free expansion. Wherein the body 403 and the spring 401 may be bonded and welded together. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that bonding or welding is but one embodiment of the connection, and that other connection means known in the art may be applied to the connection between the locking bolt 4 and the spring 401 and guide body 402. After the operator positions the TIP box 2 according to the indication direction, the guide body 402 on the lock tongue 4 can push the TIP box 2, so that the TIP box 2 is automatically positioned at the design position. Depending on the spring construction characteristics of the spring 401 used, the tongue 4 can push the TIP head box 2 to the desired position in the range of 0-2 mm.
