Therefore, when the tobacco shreds in the hopper 1 are stacked between the emitter and the receiver, the receiver cannot receive the signal emitted by the emitter, and the correlation type photoelectric switch emits a signal to judge that the height of the tobacco shreds stacked in the hopper 1 reaches a set value. At the moment, the second control valve is opened to open the blowing opening 5, high-pressure gas is blown into the hopper 1, and the tobacco shreds accumulated in the hopper 1 are blown away, so that the problem of material blockage in the process of feeding the tobacco shreds is solved.
In some embodiments, the cut tobacco conveying device comprises a third control valve, and the third control valve is arranged on the air replenishing port 3 and used for controlling the opening size of the air replenishing port 3. The size of the opening of the air supply port 3 influences the size of the air supply amount in the hopper 1.
In some embodiments, the cut tobacco conveying device further comprises a fourth control valve 7, and the fourth control valve 7 is arranged on the cut tobacco outlet pipe 2 and used for controlling the on-off of the cut tobacco outlet pipe 2.
