Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectant, in particular to chlorine-containing disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nosocomial infections refer to infections acquired within a medical facility. Including patients, medical staff, patients accompanying and visitors, all infections acquired in hospitals are nosocomial infections. In our country, however, this refers in particular to infections acquired by the patient during hospitalization. Hospital infection is a serious threat to the life and health of patients and also an important factor affecting the quality of medical treatment. The best way to deal with nosocomial infections is to take a good prescription for disinfection and sterilization, including medical equipment, ward environment, various articles, and the like. It has been demonstrated that the incidence of nosocomial infections can be greatly reduced by simply grasping the device for sterilization.
The disinfection solution in the current market generally contains chlorine components, and is generally divided into inorganic chlorine disinfection solution and organic chlorine disinfection solution, but the inorganic chlorine is unstable in property, is easily influenced by light, heat and humidity, loses effective components, and the organic chlorine is relatively stable, but is generally unstable after being dissolved in water. Therefore, in view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a chlorine-containing disinfectant that can stably exist in an aqueous solution, is stable in storage of the aqueous solution, has good stability and bactericidal effect, is safe, nontoxic or low-toxic, and can be widely popularized and applied, and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, which can stably exist organic chlorine in an aqueous solution and achieve more efficient sterilization performance by improving components.

The mass ratio of the parachlorometaxylenol PCMX to the polyhexamethylene guanidine is 1: (1-4), the reasonable compounding of the parachlorometaxylenol PCMX and the polyhexamethylene guanidine enhances the disinfection effect.
The surfactant is an amphoteric surfactant.
The stabilizing agent is polyethylene glycol and guar gum, wherein the mass ratio of the polyethylene glycol to the guar gum is (0.8-2.4): 1, the stabilizer not only enhances the stability of the organic chlorine in the aqueous solution, but also has the function of water retention and dispersion, so that hydrogen bonds are easily formed with water and the molecules are connected with each other.
The auxiliary agent is an ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 80%.
The preparation method of the chlorine-containing disinfectant comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the auxiliary agent and parachlorometaxylenol PCMX into a container according to the formula amount, and stirring and mixing uniformly at room temperature to prepare a mixed solution A;
(2) adding a surfactant, a stabilizer and deionized water in a formula amount into the mixed solution A obtained in the step (1), heating to 30-38 ℃, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution B;
(3) adding the polyhexamethylene guanidine with the formula amount into the mixed solution B, stirring and mixing uniformly, cooling to room temperature, and filling to obtain the chlorine-containing disinfectant.
The invention adopts the ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 80% as the auxiliary agent, on one hand, the ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 80% is used for promoting the effective dissolution of the parachlorometaxylenol PCMX, on the other hand, the ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 80% has better sterilization effect, and the sterilization effect is further enhanced after the ethanol solution is mixed with the parachlorometaxylenol PCMX.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the disinfectant disclosed by the invention adopts nontoxic or low-toxicity raw materials, is safe, environment-friendly and environment-friendly to the environment and human bodies, and has the advantages of quick response, broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity, no toxicity and the like.
