Abstract
The invention discloses a device for drying domestic garbage by utilizing a labyrinth flue, which consists of a domestic garbage storage bin (1), the labyrinth flue (2), a valve group (3), an impermeable layer (5) and an odor collecting device (6); wherein, the labyrinth flue (2) is composed of a series of movable flue gas diversion supporting pieces (4) which are arranged according to rules. The collected and transported household garbage is flatly paved in a household garbage storage bin (1), high-temperature flue gas generated by a household garbage incinerator is introduced into a labyrinth flue (2) to evaporate water in the household garbage, and the flow direction of the flue gas in the labyrinth flue (2) can be adjusted by changing the direction of a supporting piece through a valve group (3); the design not only saves the occupied space of the flue gas cooling equipment, but also can dry the domestic garbage at different positions by changing the flow direction and the residence time of the high-temperature flue gas in the drying flue, and simultaneously can reduce the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the flue, thereby not only improving the incineration treatment efficiency of the domestic garbage, but also protecting the subsequent flue gas purification equipment.

Technical Field

Background
In rural areas of China, along with the improvement of living standard of people, the generation quantity of domestic garbage is increased year by year, and the phenomena of random garbage dumping and garbage village enclosing are not completely solved. Small-sized incinerators capable of harmlessly treating household garbage on site have been gradually popular in the market. However, in the actual operation process, the native domestic garbage with high water content leads to low incineration speed and low treatment efficiency, and the water content of the domestic garbage can be reduced through the domestic garbage pre-drying technology, so that the incineration speed is increased.

In the invention 'a domestic garbage drying device' with application number 201710203529.7, a drying channel in domestic garbage drying equipment is arranged at the top of a tunnel type baking brick kiln, and the domestic garbage in the drying channel is heated and dried by using heat in the tunnel type baking brick kiln.
The household garbage drying device is structurally and structurally innovated, the subsequent household garbage is dried by using the heat generated by household garbage incineration, the water content is reduced, the garbage incineration efficiency is improved, the garbage treatment period is shortened, and the problem of difficult garbage treatment is solved to a certain extent. However, the garbage drying facilities all have the problem that the flow direction of high-temperature flue gas in the drying facilities cannot be adjusted according to the components and the moisture content of incoming household garbage materials, and then the drying degree and the flue gas outlet temperature of different storage positions of the household garbage are adjusted. Therefore, the structural improvement of the existing household garbage drying facilities to further improve the incineration treatment effect is still the pursuit of researchers in the field.

In view of the above, the present invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, and aims to provide a device for drying domestic garbage by using a labyrinth flue. By the device, the flow direction and the residence time of the high-temperature flue gas in the drying facility are adjusted according to the components and the moisture content of the incoming household garbage, the moisture content of the household garbage at different storage positions is adjusted to be lower than 20%, and the temperature of a flue gas outlet is reduced to 100-plus-material 200 ℃.

As a further improvement to the above solution, the flue gas flow guiding support members 4 may be arranged in any direction in the labyrinth flue 2, and the flue gas flow direction is changed according to the arrangement direction.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the arrangement direction of the flue gas diversion supporting pieces 4 is adjusted and changed by the valve group 3, the flue gas is guided to flow to the position where more domestic garbage is stacked in the domestic garbage storage bin 1, and the retention time of the flue gas in the labyrinth flue is further changed.
As a further improvement to the above scheme, the valve group leads the flue gas to flow to the position where the household garbage is stacked in the household garbage storage bin 1, so that the moisture content of the garbage stacked in the position where the garbage is stacked in the household garbage storage bin 1 is reduced to 15% -20%, and the incineration efficiency of the dried garbage is remarkably improved.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the valve group 3 changes the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the labyrinth flue 2 by changing the residence time of the flue gas in the labyrinth flue 2, the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet is reduced to 100-200 ℃, so that subsequent flue gas purification facilities are protected from being blocked by low-temperature condensed water and damaged by high temperature, and the longer the residence time is, the lower the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet is.

Daily household garbage incoming materials are stored in different positions of the household garbage storage bin 1, the flow direction of high-temperature flue gas in the drying flue can be changed conveniently by adjusting the valve group 3, the household garbage in different positions can be adjusted, and the high-temperature flue gas waste heat resources can be fully utilized. When the temperature of the inlet flue gas is too high or too low, the residence time of the flue gas in the labyrinth flue 2 is changed by adjusting the valve group 3, and the temperature of the outlet flue gas is adjusted within a proper range, so that subsequent flue gas purification facilities are protected, and the service life is prolonged.

Flue gas water conservancy diversion support piece 4 can arrange with arbitrary direction in labyrinth flue 2, have 360 rotation functions, adjust flue gas water conservancy diversion support piece 4 through adjusting valve group 3 and transversely arrange to the first half, the latter half is vertically arranged.

Domestic waste supplied materials are stored in the lower half part of the domestic waste storage bin.
Flue gas water conservancy diversion support piece 4 can arrange with arbitrary direction in labyrinth flue 2, have 360 rotation functions, adjust to the upper half through adjusting valve group 3 and vertically arrange, the latter half is transversely arranged.
