Abstract
A preparation method of a high water absorption resin is provided, the high water absorption resin is prepared by mixing acrylic acid, ammonia water, acrylamide, aminoethyl chitosan, a cross-linking agent, an initiator and pure water, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding acrylic acid into ammonia water for neutralization reaction, cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished, adding acrylamide, aminoethyl chitosan, a cross-linking agent and pure water, and stirring until the acrylic acid is completely dissolved; heating the dissolved solution, adding an initiator after the temperature reaches a set temperature, and uniformly stirring; putting the mixture into an oven to react for 0.8-1 h; cutting, drying and crushing the product to obtain the powder-shaped super absorbent resin. The super absorbent resin prepared by the method has strong salt tolerance and good gel strength.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a soil conditioner containing super absorbent resin.
Background
Superabsorbent polymers are functional polymeric materials that have been developed in recent years and contain strongly hydrophilic groups and have a certain degree of crosslinking. The water absorbing capacity of the conventional adsorbing materials such as paper, cotton, hemp and the like is only 15-40 times of the self weight, and the water retention capacity is quite poor. In the middle of the 70 s, the research center of the U.S. department of agriculture developed a super absorbent resin first, and thereafter various types of super absorbent resins appeared in succession. These resins are insoluble in water and organic solvents, can absorb hundreds to thousands of times their own weight of water, and have a strong water-retaining property so that water is not squeezed out even under pressure, thus drawing attention from countries around the world. In recent years, the industrial productivity of super absorbent resins has been expanding and widely used in medical and health care, building materials, environmental protection, agriculture, forestry, and food industries.
However, the existing super absorbent resin is mainly sodium type and potassium type acrylic acid series super absorbent resin, which has high water absorption efficiency but poor salt resistance, and has a large difference between the water absorption capacity in practical application and theory.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a preparation method of a high water-absorbent resin, and the high water-absorbent resin prepared by the method has strong salt resistance and good gel strength.

Further, the concentration of the acrylic acid monomer is 30-40%, and the neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 70-85%; 10 to 15 percent of aminoethyl chitosan; 0.02 to 0.1 percent of cross-linking agent; 0.1 to 1.5 percent of initiator.
Further, the cross-linking agent is N, N-methylene bisacrylamide, and the initiator is ammonium persulfate.
The invention takes acrylic acid, acrylamide and aminoethyl chitosan as polymerization monomers, and adopts an aqueous solution polymerization method to prepare the ammonium super absorbent resin with strong salt resistance.

Example 1

The concentration of acrylic acid monomer is 30 percent, and the neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 70 percent; 10% of aminoethyl chitosan; 0.02% of a cross-linking agent; 0.1 percent of initiator.
