The 360-degree panoramic image system mainly utilizes four ultra-wide-angle cameras which are arranged on the front, the rear, the left and the right of an automobile body to simultaneously collect images around the automobile, forms a 3D panoramic space image view around the automobile after the images are corrected and spliced by an image processing unit, can display 2D/3D real-time images around the automobile from different viewing angles through angle and mode selection, and transmits the images to a central control large screen to display so as to eliminate the view blind area of the automobile. The whole set of system can realize 2D/3D AVM view switching, integrates the functions of a vehicle data recorder, has the functions of moving object detection, road calibration, lane departure early warning and 3D surrounding, has dynamic/static vehicle auxiliary lines, can support automatic calibration of factories, and can recover the functions of a series of functions such as field setting and the like.
The 360-degree panoramic image has three schemes, namely standard definition, analog high definition and high definition according to the resolution of a camera and the format of a video signal. For the standard definition scheme, the camera resolution is 350000 pixels, and the 360 panoramic image is also 350000 pixels, which is commonly known as 480P.
As the size of the large screen for in-vehicle entertainment becomes larger, if the full-screen display processing is applied to the 480P standard definition 360 panoramic image on the large-size screen (more than 10 inches), the obtained image display effect is poor. For example, when a 480P standard definition video is displayed on a 12.3 inch screen with a resolution of 1280 × 720, the effect is quite bad, which corresponds to each pixel point of the video image being enlarged by 2 times.
