本发明涉及一种木结构构件防火保护的方法,包括以下步骤:S1、进行木构件表面处理,除去构件表面的杂物,进行工作面打磨并掸去产生的木屑;S2、工作面上敷饰一层防腐漆;S3、待防腐漆完全晾干后,涂抹第一层灰料,并刮平修饰平整;第一层灰料是由防腐漆和石膏粉按质量1:1配制而成;S4、在第一层灰料上均匀铺设一层麻布,并用板子轧压蓬松的部分;S5、涂抹第二层灰料;第二层灰料是由防腐漆、石膏粉和瓦灰按质量1:1:1配制而成;S6、静置,待灰料干透后操底漆;S7、次日涂面漆。本发明明显提高木结构构件耐火性能,提升木结构建筑的防火安全性能;采用无机灰料,成本降低,施工简便,步骤较少,经济合理,行之有效。

一种木结构构件防火保护的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木结构构件防火保护的方法,属于土木工程技术领域。
背景技术
我国遗存较多历史悠久的传统木结构建筑,大多都是我国重要的历史文化遗产。由于木材是可燃性材料,传统木结构建筑中火灾荷载大,且经过千百年的风吹日晒,木材脱水形成“干柴”,极易被点燃,因此,传统木结构建筑火灾风险很大,需采用防火保护方法,提升木结构构件的耐火性能。传统宫殿建筑、庙宇建筑中木梁和木柱构件表面通常采用地仗处理,典型地仗制作工艺包括一麻五灰、一麻四灰、一麻一布六灰等工艺,主要由砖灰、血料、石灰、面粉和生桐油等有机物和无机物混合而成。然而,油满、血料等材料需要现场熬制,且地仗工艺施工程序多,施工过程较复杂。
木结构建筑具有施工简便、工期短、节能、环保、抗震性能好等诸多优点,随着我国木材速生技术的发展以及进口木材数量增加,现代木结构在我国又得到了越来越多的关注和发展。现代木结构建筑高度较高,木结构构件的耐火极限要求较高。常用的喷涂防火阻燃涂料的方法,仅能改善木材的燃烧性能,对耐火极限提高十分有限。
因此,需要采取一种新方法,能简单有效地提高木结构构件的耐火性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种木结构构件防火保护的方法,采用无机灰料,简单有效地提高木结构构件耐火极限,进而提高木结构构件的耐火性能。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种木结构构件防火保护的方法,S1、进行木构件1表面处理,除去构件表面的杂物,进行工作面打磨并掸去产生的木屑;S2、工作面上敷饰一层防腐漆2;S3、待防腐漆完全晾干后,涂抹第一层灰料3,并刮平修饰平整;所述的第一层灰料3是由防腐漆和石膏粉按质量1:1配制而成;S4、在第一层灰料3上均匀铺设一层麻布4,并用板子轧压蓬松的部分;S5、涂抹第二层灰料5;所述的第二层灰料5是由防腐漆、石膏粉和瓦灰按质量1:1:1配制而成;S6、静置若干天,待灰料干透后操底漆6;S7、操底漆完成后次日涂面漆7。
优选的,所述的防腐漆2为从漆树上采割的天然生漆经过清滤、脱水、活化和氧化聚合后用有机溶剂稀释而成的自干型液体涂料。
优选的,所述底漆6是由防腐漆、铁红粉和稀释剂按质量2:1:1配制而成。
优选的,所述的面漆7是由防腐漆和桐油按质量1:1配制而成。
优选的,所述的底漆6和面漆7涂抹后表面平整光洁,不留褶皱。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)通过本方法可延缓木材发生炭化的时间,减小木材的炭化速度,明显提高木结构构件耐火性能,提升木结构建筑的防火安全性能;
2)本方法采用无机灰料,施工便利,经济合理,行之有效。
3)第一层灰料是防腐漆和石膏粉按质量1:1配制而成,第二层灰料由防腐漆、石膏粉和瓦灰按质量1:1:1配制而成,兼顾了防火性能与牢固性能,设计巧妙。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1-图2所示,首先进行木构件表面处理,除去构件表面的杂物进行工作面打磨并掸去产生的木屑;工作面上敷饰一层防腐漆2;待防腐漆2完全晾干后,涂抹第一层灰料3,并刮平修饰平整;在灰料上均匀铺设一层麻布4,并用板子轧压蓬松的部分;使麻完成后立即涂抹第二层灰料5;静置两天,待灰料干透后操底漆6;操底漆6完成后次日涂面漆7。防腐漆为从漆树上采割的天然生漆经过清滤、脱水、活化和氧化聚合后用有机溶剂稀释而成的自干型液体涂料。
第一层灰料是由防腐漆和石膏粉按质量1:1配制而成。
第二层灰料是由防腐漆、石膏粉和瓦灰按质量1:1:1配制而成。
底漆是由防腐漆、铁红粉和稀释剂按质量2:1:1配制而成。
面漆是由防腐漆和桐油按质量1:1配制而成。
底漆和面漆涂抹后表面应平整光洁,不留褶皱。
本发明提供的一种木结构构件防火保护的方法,可明显提高木结构构件耐火性能,提升木结构建筑的防火安全性能;且本方法采用无机灰料,成本降低,施工简便,步骤较少,经济合理,行之有效;第一层灰料是防腐漆和石膏粉按质量1:1配制而成,第二层灰料由防腐漆、石膏粉和瓦灰按质量1:1:1配制而成,兼顾了防火性能与牢固性能,设计巧妙。

1.一种木结构构件防火保护的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、进行木构件(1)表面处理,除去构件表面的杂物,进行工作面打磨并掸去产生的木屑;
S2、工作面上敷饰一层防腐漆(2);
S3、待防腐漆完全晾干后,涂抹第一层灰料(3),并刮平修饰平整;所述的第一层灰料(3)是由防腐漆和石膏粉按质量1:1配制而成;
S4、在第一层灰料(3)上均匀铺设一层麻布(4),并用板子轧压蓬松的部分;
S5、涂抹第二层灰料(5);所述的第二层灰料(5)是由防腐漆、石膏粉和瓦灰按质量1:1:1配制而成;
S6、静置若干天,待灰料干透后操底漆(6);
S7、操底漆完成后次日涂面漆(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的木结构构件防火保护的方法,其特征在于:所述的防腐漆(2)为从漆树上采割的天然生漆经过清滤、脱水、活化和氧化聚合后用有机溶剂稀释而成的自干型液体涂料。
3.如权利要求1所述的木结构构件防火保护的方法,其特征在于:所述底漆(6)是由防腐漆、铁红粉和稀释剂按质量2:1:1配制而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的木结构构件防火保护的方法,其特征在于:所述的面漆(7)是由防腐漆和桐油按质量1:1配制而成。
5.如权利要求1所述的木结构构件防火保护的方法,其特征在于:所述的底漆(6)和面漆(7)涂抹后表面平整光洁,不留褶皱。
