FIG. 1 is a front cross-sectional view of a video laryngoscope according to a first embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 2 is a front sectional view of the handle in the first embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a front cross-sectional view of a video laryngoscope fitting another blade in accordance with a first embodiment of the invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
It should be noted that, during the operation of the video laryngoscope, the end close to the operator is defined as the "near end", and the end far away from the operator is defined as the "far end".
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the invention provides a video laryngoscope with replaceable blades, which comprises a handle 1, a camera 2 and a blade 3; the handle 1 comprises a first sleeve 11 and a second sleeve 12, the first sleeve 11 is provided with a first inner cavity 11a with an opening positioned at a distal end, the second sleeve 12 is provided with a second inner cavity 12a with an opening positioned at a proximal end, the first sleeve 11 and the second sleeve 12 are sleeved in a sliding manner along the axial direction, so that the length of the handle 1 is adjustable, the first inner cavity 11a and the second inner cavity 12a are communicated to form an accommodating cavity 1a, and the accommodating cavity 1a is used for accommodating a power supply system and a light source system; the camera 2 is connected with a power supply system and a light source system through a wire penetrating from the far end of the second sleeve 12; blade 3 has the radian with patient's pharyngeal curvature matched with, and it has the opening and is located the third inner chamber 3a of near-end, wears camera 2 and handle 1 to establish in proper order from the opening part of third inner chamber 3a back in the third inner chamber 3a, the near-end of blade 3 can be dismantled and connect in the near-end of handle 1.
The sleeving length between the first sleeve 11 and the second sleeve 12 can be adjusted according to the specification of the blade 3, so that the length from the camera 2 to the near end of the handle is adjusted, and the camera is always arranged at the far end of the third inner cavity 3 a; therefore, the blade can be adapted to blades with different specifications, and the requirements of different patients are met; the blade provided by the invention is sleeved outside the handle and the camera, so that the waterproof and sealing performances of the insertion part of the video laryngoscope are improved, the disinfection and cleaning are facilitated, and the use cost is reduced.
There may be a plurality of slidable coupling means for the first and second sleeves. In this embodiment, the inner diameter of the first sleeve 11 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second sleeve 12, the outer wall of the proximal end of the second sleeve 12 is provided with a buckle 121, the inner wall of the distal end of the first sleeve 11 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 111 matched with the buckle 121 along the axial direction, and the buckle 121 is clamped in different clamping grooves 111, so that the length of the handle 1 can be adjusted.
The form of the buckle can be various, for example, the buckle can be a small bulge on the outer wall of the proximal end of the second sleeve, and a bead screw can also be arranged in the wall of the proximal end of the second sleeve. Preferably, the clasp 121 is a ball screw installed in the proximal tube wall of the second sleeve. This scheme is favorable to realizing the card of buckle in different draw-in grooves and establishing.
In this embodiment, fig. 1 and 3 are video laryngoscopes adapted to accommodate two different blade sizes, respectively. As shown in fig. 1, a snap fastener is arranged in a clamping groove at the most far end on the first sleeve 11, so that the blade 3 adapted to the video laryngoscope has a longer insertion part; as shown in fig. 3, a snap-fit catch is provided in a proximally-located catch slot on the first sleeve 11, so that the video laryngoscope-adapted blade 3' has a shorter insertion portion. Thereby being capable of meeting the requirements of different patients.
Further, the video laryngoscope further comprises a conduit 4 for passing the electric wire, the conduit 4 is made of a flexible material, the proximal end of the conduit 4 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 1a and is fixed relative to the second sleeve 12, and the camera 2 is positioned at the distal end of the conduit 4. The pipe of this scheme can play certain guard action to the electric wire, plays the supporting role to the camera simultaneously, can drive the camera and extend to the distal end along with the crooked radian of blade, avoids in the blade installation camera to be difficult to go deep into the inner chamber distal end.
Further, the conduit 4 is made of a rubber material. This scheme makes the pipe satisfy along with blade bending arc deformation in, can play better support and impetus to the camera.
Further, the video laryngoscope also comprises a display 5, wherein the display 5 is positioned at the near end of the handle and is used for receiving and displaying the video signal shot by the camera 2.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
