For better understanding of the present invention, the method for installing an online security inspection system according to the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, an embodiment of the present invention provides an online security inspection system, including a conveying assembly S, the conveying assembly S including a base B having a predetermined length and a conveyor belt a disposed on the base B, wherein the online security inspection system further includes: a guide assembly 10, a gantry 1, a radiation source arrangement 2 and a detector arrangement 3.
The conveying assembly S can be equipment for conveying articles commonly used in the industries of civil aviation, rail transit, customs, logistics, food, coal and the like, wherein the base B comprises a support and a dragging plate arranged on the support, and the conveyor belt A runs around the dragging plate to convey the articles.
The guiding assembly 10 is disposed between the base B and the conveyor a to elevate the support surface of the conveyor a and establish a detection surface.
The frame 1 is disposed at the outer periphery of the conveying module S and covers the guide module 10.
The radiation source arrangement 2 is arranged at either one of the guiding assembly 10 or the gantry 1, the radiation source arrangement 2 generally comprising a radiation source and a collimating arrangement.
The detector arrangement 3 may be a portal frame structure or an L-frame structure. Taking an L-shaped frame structure as an example, the detector device 3 includes a horizontal detector 31 and a vertical detector 32, the horizontal detector 31 is disposed on the other one of the guiding assembly 10 and the rack 1, the vertical detector 32 is disposed on a side portion of the guiding assembly 10, a first detection beam surface is formed between the detector device 3 and the radiation source device 2, and the guiding assembly 10 is used for guiding the object O to be detected to pass through the first detection beam surface along the conveyor belt a.
The detection rays emitted by the ray source device 2 are distributed in a fan shape on the first detection beam surface, and can provide detection rays with a scanning range of at least 70 degrees to 120 degrees. The conveyor belt a is used as a detection reference surface of the object O, and drives the object O to be detected to gradually lift and move to the upper side of the bearing member 11 along the inclined surface 120 of the guide member 12, and to pass through the first detection beam surface at a constant speed, so as to form image information of the object O to be detected.
When the guide assembly 10 is arranged between the base B and the conveyor belt A, firstly, the conveyor belt A of the original conveying assembly S is loosened through the tensioning mechanism, the guide assembly 10 is placed on a carriage of the base B and fixed, for example, in a screw fastening mode, the guide assembly 10 is convenient to detach, the guide assembly 10 can also be welded or riveted on the carriage, and then the conveyor belt A is tensioned again and adjusted to prevent deviation.
The pallet of the base B is supported in the vertical direction without being mechanically connected to the conveyor belt a or the guide assembly 10. From this, whole transformation and installation are simple, need not set up recess etc. on base B's layer board or frame, and the transformation work volume is less, can not destroy base B's original structure, has reduced the risk of damaging original conveying component.
According to the online security inspection system provided by the invention, the guide assembly 10 is arranged between the base B of the original conveying assembly S and the conveyor belt A so as to heighten the supporting surface of the conveyor belt A, and the radiation source device 2 and the detector device 3 are arranged on the guide assembly 10 and the rack 1 covering the periphery of the guide assembly, so that the base B is not required to be grooved, the deployment and reconstruction cost of the online security inspection system is reduced, and the construction convenience is improved.
