The gas cylinder 1 is connected with the throttle cover 3 in a threaded connection mode, the gas cylinder 1 is connected with the throttle cover 3 in a threaded mode, the throttle cover 3 is conveniently and rapidly detached from the gas cylinder 1, and the throttle cover 3 and the exhaust hood 2 are cleaned and maintained.
The exhaust hood 2 is fixedly arranged on the throttle hood 3 through a screw 4; the exhaust hood 2 can be rapidly disassembled and assembled, and the cleaning and maintenance of the throttle hood 3 are facilitated. The throttle hole 3-1 arranged on the throttle cover 3 is staggered with the vent hole 2-1 on the exhaust cover 2; the orifice 3-1 is prevented from being over against the exhaust hole 2-1, so that the oil mist discharged from the orifice 3-1 can collide with the inner wall of the exhaust hood 2 and accumulate to form oil drops when meeting cold, thereby falling down along the return channel 2-2 through the oil inlet hole 1-2 into the inner cavity of the gas cylinder 1, thereby reflowing to the oil tank of the bearing for reuse through the inner wall of the inner cavity of the gas cylinder 1, ensuring that the exhaust hole 2-1 on the exhaust hood 2 eliminates the positive pressure formed by the oil mist in the bearing seat, the oil in the oil mist forms oil drops as much as possible and flows back to the inner cavity of the gas cylinder 1, then flows back to the oil tank of the bearing through the inner cavity of the gas cylinder 1, therefore, the oil mist discharged from the throttle hole 3-1 on the throttle cover 3 is effectively prevented from being directly discharged from the exhaust hole 2-1 on the exhaust cover 2 to form oil drops to pollute the environment and equipment.
In the invention, the lower part of the throttle cover 3 is provided with a filter screen 5, the inner cavity of the throttle cover 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1 through the filter holes of the filter screen 5, the oil mist discharged by the air guide cylinder 1 is filtered once by the filter screen 5, so that under the action of the filter screen 5 in the rising process of the oil mist, a part of the oil mist forms oil drops which fall into the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1 and directly flow back to an oil tank of the bearing, then the oil mist overflowing from the filter screen 5 forms oil drops through the action of the throttle hood 3 and the exhaust hood 2, then the oil drops flow back along the return channel 2-2 and enter the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1 through the oil inlet 1-2, the oil in the oil mist can be recovered as much as possible by adopting a two-stage mode of gradually leading the oil mist to form oil drop backflow, meanwhile, the working pressure of the throttle hood 3 and the exhaust hood 2 is reduced, and oil mist is further prevented from overflowing from the exhaust hood 2 to form oil drops to pollute the environment and equipment.

The bearing heats and vaporizes the lubricating oil in the process of high-speed movement, the pressure in the bearing rises, in order to reduce the pressure in the bearing and recover the lubricating oil, the vaporized lubricating oil forms oil mist and moves upwards along the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1, when the oil mist reaches the filter screen 5, under the action of the filter screen 5 in the rising process, part of the oil mist forms oil drops, falls into the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1 and directly flows back to the oil tank of the bearing, and then the oil mist overflowing from the filter screen 5 reaches the inner cavity of the throttle valve 3; when the oil mist overflows from the throttle hole 3-1 of the throttle cover 3, part of the oil mist is gathered to form oil drops when meeting cold and falls down along the inner wall of the throttle cover 3, and finally falls into an oil tank of the bearing through the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1; the oil mist overflowing from the orifice 3-1 enters the return passage 2-2, collides with the inner wall of the exhaust hood 2 to form the oil mist when being cooled, then falls down along the inner wall of the return passage 2-2, enters the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1 through the oil inlet 1-2, and finally falls back into the bearing oil tank through the inner cavity of the air guide cylinder 1, and the exhaust hole 2-1 on the exhaust hood 2 exhausts the air to realize the positive pressure exhaust of the bearing.
