本发明提供一种轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱。所述齿轮箱包括齿轮箱箱体以及输入小齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和动力输出轴,所述输入小齿轮轴通过N个输入齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体上,所述中间齿轮轴通过M个中间齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体上,M个中间齿轮中,有K个与所述动力输出轴上的齿轮相互啮合;其中,N≥2,M=N+K;所述齿轮箱还包括换挡驱动部件,所述换挡驱动部件包括驱动源,控制所述驱动源正、反转以左、右位移所述中间齿轮轴上的M‑K个齿轮分别与N个输入小齿轮轴啮合。与相关技术相比,本发明所提供的齿轮箱改变车辆驱动***负荷点,从而使电机和变流器在最优的效率范围内运行,可实现动车组和地铁车辆转向架的自适应性能。

Description

一种轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱
技术领域
本发明涉及铁路机车车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱。
背景技术
随着高速铁路的快速发展,其在铁路干线网中的比例越来越高。实现高速铁路与既有线路的互联互通,可以显著提高铁路运输效率及多样化运输模式,最大程度满足不同人群出行需要,促进社会经济发展。市域动车组与地铁的互联互通也有同样的需求。
较高速度与较低速度运行的转换虽然可以通过控制电机转速来实现,但这种实现方式使电机和变流器不能在高速和低速都工作在最优的效率内,且能耗损失较大。
目前,针对此种现状,国内外相关企业均也开始研究能适应不同速度等级运行的自适应转向架和变档位齿轮箱。
多档位变速箱技术在汽车及特种车辆上广泛采用,技术成熟。目前,齿轮传动有级变速是汽车领域自动变速箱的主要应用形式,一般包括输入轴和输出轴,N套行星齿轮装置以及M个换挡原件。但由于轨道车辆的特殊性,这些技术无法直接在轨道车辆应用。
因此,需基于轨道车辆驱动装置的结构形式,开发多挡位齿轮箱。
另外,对本案中所提到的方向词汇进行定义,
左:指如图2所示的左侧;
右:指如图2所示的右侧。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,解决多挡位齿轮箱的档位之间变换的自动可靠问题,实现车辆低速和高速运行时的不同齿轮传动比。
本发明的技术方案是:一种轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱包括齿轮箱箱体以及安装在所述齿轮箱箱体内的相互平行的输入小齿轮轴、中间齿轮轴和动力输出轴,所述输入小齿轮轴连接动力源,所述输入小齿轮轴通过N个输入齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体上,所述中间齿轮轴通过M个中间齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体上,M个中间齿轮中,有K个与所述动力输出轴上的齿轮相互啮合;其中,N≥2,M=N+K;
所述齿轮箱还包括换挡驱动部件,所述换挡驱动部件包括驱动源,控制所述驱动源正、反转以左、右位移所述中间齿轮轴上的M-K个齿轮分别与N个输入小齿轮轴啮合。
上述方案中,车辆操控者通过按钮发出指令启动换挡驱动部件的驱动源,通过驱动源的驱动实现齿轮箱挡位变换,实现车辆低速和高速运行时的不同齿轮传动比,以改变车辆驱动***负荷点,从而使电机和变流器在最优的效率范围内运行,以达到节省能源和在相同的传动功率下获得更大的牵引力等目的。其主要解决多挡位齿轮箱的档位之间自动变换及可靠性问题,实现车辆低速和高速运行时的不同齿轮传动比。

优选的,M=3,N=2,所述中间齿轮轴通过中间齿轮一、中间齿轮二和中间齿轮三安装在齿轮箱箱体上,所述中间齿轮二套装在中间齿轮一上,所述中间齿轮三固设于所述中间齿轮二的端侧;
所述输入小齿轮轴通过输入齿轮一和输入齿轮二分别与中间齿轮二或中间齿轮三啮合;
所述驱动部件驱动中间齿轮二和中间齿轮三沿中间齿轮一左右位移。
优选的,中间齿轮一包括主轴和自所述主轴延伸的伸长轴,中间齿轮二套装在所述伸长轴上,所述主轴上设有一个与所述动力输出轴啮合的所述中间齿轮。
优选的,中间齿轮二与所述中间齿轮一的伸长轴通过花键实现轴向移动。
优选的,所述换挡驱动部件还包括与所述驱动源的转轴螺纹配合的移动轴承座、和用于限制移动轴承座旋转且只实现移动轴承座左右移动的固定轴承座,所述移动轴承座将自身的移动传递给所述中间齿轮二和中间齿轮三。
优选的,所述中间齿轮一在临近主轴的端侧通过球面滚子轴承支撑在齿轮箱箱体上,所述中间齿轮二在临近伸长轴的端侧通过球面滚子轴承支撑在所述移动轴承座上。
上述方案可实现自动调心。
优选的,所述固定轴承座上设有对移动轴承座左、右移动的极限位置限位的止挡台。
所述止挡台可限定移动轴承座的轴向位置,从而定位中间齿轮二和中间齿轮三的位置。

所述输入小齿轮轴3通过联轴器与动力源牵引电机连接。所述输入小齿轮轴3通过N个输入齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体4上,在本实施例中,N=2,所述输入小齿轮轴3上设有输入齿轮一1和输入齿轮二2,所述输入小齿轮轴3的两端通过轴承支撑于齿轮箱箱体4上,且通过密封件密封。
所述中间齿轮轴21通过M个中间齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体4上, M个中间齿轮中,有K个与所述动力输出轴21上的齿轮相互啮合; 其中,N≥2,M=N+K。

所述换挡驱动部件包括驱动源11、移动轴承座10和固定轴承座5。所述驱动源为电机或液压马达,在本实施例中所述驱动源11为马达。所述马达转轴12上设有螺纹。所述固定轴承座5固定于齿轮箱箱体4上,且所述驱动源11固定于所述固定轴承座5上。所述移动轴承座10在所述固定轴承座5内,且两者通过花键6的凹凸配合阻止移动轴承座10的周向转动,只可轴向移动。所述固定轴承座5轴向的右侧末端设有止挡台7,所述驱动源的本体上设有向移动轴承座10延伸的止挡台8,所述止挡台8与止挡台7位置对应。通过止挡台7、8限定移动轴承座10的轴向位置,从而达到定位中心齿轮二15和中间齿轮三17的位置。
所述移动轴承座10上设有与马达的转轴12螺纹配合的螺纹孔,通过马达的正、反转来实现移动轴承座10的左、右移动。所述移动轴承座10将自身的移动传递给所述中间齿轮二15和中间齿轮三17,推动或者拉动中间齿轮二15和中间齿轮三17沿所述中间齿轮一13一同移动。
所述中间齿轮二15通过球面滚子轴承9支撑在所述移动轴承座10的最左侧台阶(临近伸长轴的端侧)的外圆上,且所述球面滚子轴承9的右侧与台阶面抵接。所述中间齿轮一13在临近主轴的右端侧通过球面滚子轴承19支撑在齿轮箱箱体4上。通过球面滚子轴承9、19以实现自动调心。
所述球面滚子轴承9嵌入移动轴承座10,且其左右两侧均设有挡块23、24,所述挡块23通过螺栓固设于所述中间齿轮二15的左端面,所述挡块24与所述移动轴承座10固定且与所述球面滚子轴承9的右端面抵接。挡块23、24夹紧于所述球面滚子轴承9的两侧。
如图2所示,移动轴承座10向右位移时,嵌入式的结构和挡块24可以推动球面滚子轴承9和中间齿轮二15沿所述中间齿轮一13向右移动,直至中间齿轮二15上的轮齿与输入齿轮一1啮合,换到档位1。
如图4所示,移动轴承座10向左位移时,挡块24拉动球面滚子轴承9向左,在挡块23的抵接作用下,球面滚子轴承9向左的力推动挡块23及中间齿轮二15一同向左移动,直至中间齿轮三17与输入齿轮二2啮合,换到档位2。
上述的换挡均通过马达的转轴12的正、反转,驱动移动轴承座10左、右位移。
在其它实施例中,根据车辆转向架结构空间以及电机功率大小,可设计N等于或大于3,M的数量相应增加,以设计具有3挡及以上挡位的齿轮箱,同样也属于本发明保护范围。

1.一种轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,包括齿轮箱箱体(4)以及安装在所述齿轮箱箱体(4)内的相互平行的输入小齿轮轴(3)、中间齿轮轴(21)和动力输出轴(20),所述输入小齿轮轴(3)连接动力源, 其特征在于,所述输入小齿轮轴(3)通过N个输入齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体(4)上,所述中间齿轮轴(21)通过M个中间齿轮安装在齿轮箱箱体(4)上,M个中间齿轮中,有K个与所述动力输出轴(21)上的齿轮相互啮合;其中,N≥2,M=N+K;
所述齿轮箱还包括换挡驱动部件,所述换挡驱动部件包括驱动源(11),控制所述驱动源(11)正、反转以左、右位移所述中间齿轮轴上的M-K个齿轮分别与N个输入小齿轮轴啮合。

所述输入小齿轮轴(3)通过输入齿轮一(1)和输入齿轮二(2)分别与中间齿轮二(15)或中间齿轮三(17)啮合;
所述驱动部件驱动中间齿轮二(15)和中间齿轮三(17)沿中间齿轮一(13)左右位移。
3.根据权利要求3所述的轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,其特征在于,中间齿轮一(13)包括主轴和自所述主轴延伸的伸长轴,中间齿轮二(15)套装在所述伸长轴上,所述主轴上设有一个与所述动力输出轴啮合的所述中间齿轮。

5.根据权利要求4所述的轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述换挡驱动部件还包括与所述驱动源(11)的转轴(12)螺纹配合的移动轴承座(10)、和用于限制移动轴承座(10)旋转且只实现移动轴承座(10)左右移动的固定轴承座(5),所述移动轴承座(10)将自身的移动传递给所述中间齿轮二(15)和中间齿轮三(17)。
6.根据权利要求6所述的轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述中间齿轮一(13)在临近主轴的端侧通过球面滚子轴承(19)支撑在齿轮箱箱体(4)上,所述中间齿轮二(15)在临近伸长轴的端侧通过球面滚子轴承(9)支撑在所述移动轴承座(10)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述固定轴承座(5)上设有对移动轴承座(10)左、右移动的极限位置限位的止挡台(7、8)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述移动轴承座(10)设置在所述固定轴承座(5)内,且两者通过花键(6)实现移动轴承座(10)的轴向移动。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的轨道车辆用多挡位自适应齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述齿轮箱箱体(4)一端环抱所述动力输出轴(20),另一端通过吊杆(22)吊挂于构架上。
