FIG. 1-fan; 2-air inlet; and 3, air outlet.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a method for reducing the reduction of the air output of a fan, which comprises the following steps: if the fan 1 in the non-operating state exists in the fan assembly (the arrangement mode of the fans 1 in the fan assembly can be as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2) and air leakage occurs, the non-operating fan 1 is started to rotate at a low speed or the non-operating fan 1 is operated to fix the rotor of the non-operating fan 1 so as to reduce the air leakage. Referring to fig. 1, when the fans 1 in the fan assembly operate together, the turning directions of all the fans 1 are the same, and the air volume of the air outlet 3 is equal to the algebraic sum of the air volume of each fan 1; when the operation condition changes or the load demand is smaller, only part of the fans 1 need to operate, and other fans 1 are in a power-off shutdown state (in the power-off shutdown state, namely in a non-operation state), however, referring to fig. 2, under the action of a wind field, wind of the fan 1 in the power-off shutdown state flows back along the fan blades, so that the fan 1 rotates reversely, at the moment, wind leakage is formed, the wind output is reduced, and in order to reduce the condition that the wind output is reduced due to the wind leakage, at the moment, the non-operation fans 1 can be operated to fix the rotors of the fans, so that the wind output is reduced due to the wind leakage; or, the fan 1 which is not operated is started to rotate at a low speed, and here, it should be noted that the rotation speed of the fan 1 does not increase the air output greatly, otherwise, the air output of the required size cannot be obtained. When the condition of air leakage is reduced by adopting the mode of low-speed rotation of the fan 1, the fan 1 which is not operated is started to enable the rotation direction of the low-speed operation to be the same as the rotation direction of the fan 1 in the operation state.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the motors of the fans 1 are all brushless dc motors, and at this time, the method for operating the fan 1 that is not in operation to fix its rotor is as follows: the fan 1 in the non-running state is electrified with direct current and the direction of the current on the stator winding is not changed, so that the stator winding generates a magnetic field and the permanent magnet rotor is attracted to each other to fix the permanent magnet rotor. For the brushless direct current motor, the current on the stator winding of the brushless direct current motor can be always in one direction by changing the control mode, so that the stator winding generates a stable magnetic field, and the stator winding generates a magnetic field to interact with the permanent magnet rotor; referring to fig. 2, when an air current blows to the fan 1 in a non-operating state, the blades of the fan 1 cannot rotate due to the interaction between the stator winding magnetic field and the permanent magnet rotor. Here, to be described, if the air flow blown to the fan 1 in the non-operating state is relatively large, there may be a problem that the fan blade rotates by overcoming the interaction between the stator winding magnetic field and the permanent magnet rotor.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the fan assembly further includes a wind pressure/wind speed sensor, and when the wind pressure/wind speed sensor detects that a wind signal exists at a wind port of the fan 1 in the non-operating state, the wind pressure/wind speed sensor transmits the signal to the control device so that the control device controls the non-operating fan 1 to operate. The air inlet 2 of the fan 1 is provided with a wind pressure/wind speed sensor, and the wind inlet 2 of each fan 1 can be provided with a wind pressure/wind speed sensor.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the wind pressure/wind speed sensor detects that a wind signal exists at the wind port of the fan 1 in the non-operating state, the control module controls the fan 1 in the non-operating state to fix the rotor thereof, that is, the motor of the fan 1 is a brushless dc motor, and supplies dc power to the fan 1 in the non-operating state without changing the direction of the current on the stator winding, so that the stator winding generates a magnetic field to attract the permanent magnet rotor to fix the permanent magnet rotor; when the control module controls the rotor of the fan 1 which is not operated to be in a locked state, if the wind pressure/wind speed sensor still detects that a wind signal exists at the wind port of the fan 1 and the wind signal is within a preset range, namely the detected wind pressure and wind speed are still relatively large, the control module controls the fan 1 to operate at a low speed (the rotation direction is the same as the rotation direction of the fan 1 in the operating state); when the control module controls the fan 1 which is not operated to operate at a low speed, if the wind pressure/wind speed sensor does not detect a wind signal or detects that the wind signal is lower than a preset value (namely the detected wind pressure and the detected wind speed are relatively low), the fan 1 which rotates at the low speed maintains the rotating speed of the frequency band to continue rotating and operating.
The device for implementing the method for reducing the air output reduction of the fan comprises a judgment module and a control module, wherein: the judging module is used for judging whether an air signal exists at the air port of the fan 1 in the non-running state or not and sending an instruction to the control module when judging that the air signal exists at the air port of the fan 1 in the non-running state; the control module is used for starting the fan 1 which does not operate to rotate at a low speed or controlling the fan 1 which does not operate to fix the rotor when receiving an instruction.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
