Description

Vertical interlocking ecological building block
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ecological bank protection structure, in particular to a vertical interlocking ecological building block.
Background
Along with the enhancement of environmental awareness, the construction of river course revetment also transits from traditional stereoplasm revetment to ecological type revetment, and cascaded ecological block revetment is a common ecological type of revetment, has ecological, environmental protection, durable, many-sided comprehensive advantages such as economy. However, this revetment also has the following problems:
1. the building blocks mainly keep the stability of the bank slope by the self weight of the building blocks and the anti-slip effect between the layers, the connection of the upper layer of stepped building blocks and the lower layer of stepped building blocks is not very tight, and the structural reliability is lower than that of the traditional bank protection;
2. for greening effect, the building blocks are often provided with holes, but the effective soil fixing measures are not enough, so that water and soil loss of soil body behind the wall is easy to cause, and the structural safety is threatened;
3. the building block is generally only perforated on the upper part and the water facing side, and holes are not formed on the adjacent soil side and the bottom plate of the building block, so that the consumption of reinforced concrete is large, the water and soil exchange between the inside of the building block and the soil body behind the wall is insufficient, and the ecological effect is poor;
4. at present, most ecological building blocks have a hard structure, the diameter of greening holes is smaller, the vertical greening effect is not ideal, and an improvement space is still provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a vertical interlocking ecological block with a more reliable structure.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vertical interlocking ecological block, characterized in that: the vertical interlocking ecological block is of a hollowed-out rectangular block structure, the main structure is made of reinforced concrete materials, and a rectangular vertical hole in the vertical direction is formed in the center of the block, so that backfilling of planting soil or stone blocks is facilitated; the bottom of the rear side of the building block is provided with a bottom lug protruding towards the front side, the bottom lug is vertically provided with a rear side groove matched with the bottom lug, when the building block is stacked, the bottom lug of the upper building block and the rear side groove of the lower building block are mutually meshed to play a role in mutual fixation, and the front side of the building block is provided with a front planting hole for planting vertical greening of a retaining wall; the inner side of the front planting hole is provided with a reinforced three-dimensional water and soil protection blanket.
Further, the side surface of the building block is provided with a side hanging hole, so that the hoisting and the transportation of the block are facilitated.
Further, a rear hole is formed below the rear groove of the building block, so that water and soil exchange of soil bodies behind the wall and water drainage behind the wall are facilitated.
Further, fixing bolts are arranged at the edges of the front planting holes, and the three-dimensional water and soil protection blanket is fixed on the inner sides of the front planting holes through the fixing bolts; the three-dimensional soil and water protection blanket is internally inserted with reinforcing antirust steel wires which are transversely and longitudinally crossed and have fixed intervals, the edges of the protection blanket are reinforced by hard materials, fixing bolt holes are arranged at four corners of the hard materials, and the deformation resistance of the three-dimensional soil and water protection blanket is enhanced.
Further, the water side is provided with the building block anti-skidding bank at the building block top, further prevents ecological building block's horizontal slip.
Further, the upper layer building block is stacked on the lower layer building block, the bottom lug of the upper layer building block is embedded into the rear side groove of the lower layer building block, and the water side of the bottom of the upper layer building block abuts against the rear side of the upper layer building block top building block anti-skid ridge, so that the upper layer building block and the lower layer building block are vertically interlocked.
As described above, the present invention relates to a vertical interlocking ecological block having the following advantageous effects:
1. the upper layer and the lower layer of the building block are fixed by adopting an anti-sliding convex ridge and a concave-convex lock catch, so that the compactness between the upper layer and the lower layer of the ecological frame is effectively enhanced; when the number of the retaining wall layers is large, the ecological building blocks on the same layer can be locked by adopting the modes of bolts and the like, so that the integrity of the retaining wall is further enhanced; therefore, the block retaining wall has mutual fixing effect in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction of the river and the horizontal direction of the cross section, combines the friction force between the upper layer of blocks and the lower layer of blocks, and greatly enhances the integrity and the safety compared with the traditional ecological block retaining wall;
2. the front side of the building block is provided with planting holes, the diameters of the holes are far larger than that of the traditional ecological building block retaining wall, the inner sides of the holes adopt reinforced three-dimensional soil and water protection blanket structures for retaining soil, the soil and water loss phenomenon of the ecological building block can be effectively prevented by combining greening, and meanwhile the strength of the hole retaining structure is guaranteed.
3. The ecological block is provided with a through rectangular hole in the vertical direction in the center, and simultaneously four vertical faces are provided with water permeable holes, so that the consumption of reinforced concrete can be effectively saved, and soil in the block and soil around the retaining wall are effectively communicated, hydrophilic and water permeable, and natural ecology are realized.
4. The building block has square appearance, convenient construction, and the surface is provided with major diameter greening holes, the reinforced concrete structure is greatly reduced, the vertical greening effect of the revetment after construction is good, and the building block has natural and attractive landscape effect on the whole.
5. The slope of the retaining wall is steeper after the building blocks are stacked, so that the earth excavation quantity at the rear part of the retaining wall can be effectively reduced.
6. The whole building block is of a prefabricated structure, construction of a reinforced concrete structure is not required to be carried out on site, and the construction efficiency of bank protection can be improved.
