A washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 100, a rotary tub 200, and a water tray 400.
The rotary tub 200 is rotatably provided in the cabinet 100, and a water outlet 211 is provided on a circumferential wall and/or a bottom wall of the rotary tub 210. The water pan 400 is disposed in the cabinet 100 and at least a portion of the water pan is located below the rotary tub 210, and the water pan 400 is used to support the rotary tub 200, and may be directly supported or indirectly supported. When the rotary barrel 210 is rotated to dewater, the liquid in the rotary barrel 210 can be discharged to the water pan 400 from the water outlet 21 and then discharged from the water pan 400. The side peripheral wall of the water receiving tray 400 extends upwards and is higher than the water outlet 211, and the height difference H between the upper edge of the side peripheral wall of the water receiving tray 400 and the outer bottom surface A of the rotary barrel 210 is less than half of the height H of the rotary barrel, namely H is less than H/2.
According to the washing machine 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, a single tub structure is adopted, that is, only the rotary tub 200 is provided, and the water tub is not provided, so that water is in the rotary tub 200 during washing, water is saved, the structure is simplified, the capacity is improved, and the growth of dirt and bacteria is reduced.
Further, by providing the drain pan 400 such that the height difference H between the upper edge of the side peripheral wall of the drain pan 400 and the outer bottom surface a of the rotary tub 210 is less than half of the height H of the rotary tub 210, it is preferable that the height difference H between the upper edge of the side peripheral wall of the drain pan 400 and the outer bottom surface a of the rotary tub 210 is 1/10 to 1/3 of the height of the rotary tub 210, and naturally, not only this range, but also the side peripheral wall may be provided lower or not, as long as the drain pan 400 can collect water discharged from the water outlet 211. Compared with a conventional water containing barrel, the water containing tray 400 is greatly reduced in height, smaller in occupied space and capable of saving a barrel cover, so that the material consumption is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced. And the gap between the rotary tub 210 and the cabinet 100 is greatly improved, the washing machine 1 of the same volume can make the capacity larger by increasing the diameter and height of the rotary tub 210.
In addition, the side circumferential wall of the water receiving tray 400 extends upward and is higher than the water outlet 211, so that when the water receiving tray is dehydrated, the liquid in the rotary tub 210 can be discharged from the water outlet 211 and then all flows into the water receiving tray 400, and the water is prevented from splashing and spilling at the lower end of the rotary tub 210.
Therefore, the washing machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of large capacity, water saving, pollution free, low cost, less material consumption, high space utilization rate, good dewatering effect, etc.
A washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a washing machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 100, a rotary tub 200, a water guide cover 220, and a water tray 400.
