本发明是一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%硝酸,10~35%表面活性剂,1~10%界面活性剂,0~3%氟化钠,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%去离子水,10~20%氨基酸,30~60%催化剂,通过本方法制备的产品,避免了氢氟酸对人体的危害,并且在使用过程中不会大量释放对人体有害的气体,减少了环境污染,同时经济高效。

本发明公开了一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液。
背景技术
铝是一种银白色轻金属,有延展性,潮湿空气中能形成一层防止金属腐蚀的氧化膜,铝广泛的应用在各个领域内,铝较为容易在空气中氧化,受到腐蚀,通常在使用前都要对铝合金进行钝化处理,现有的技术中,由于氢氟酸对人体具有很大的危害性,且在处理过程中会释放出大量的有害气体,危害操作人员的身体健康及对环境造成污染。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,避免了氢氟酸对人体的危害,并且在 使用过程中不会大量释放对人体有害的气体,减少了环境污染,同时经济高效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%硝酸,10~35%表面活性剂,1~10%界面活性剂, 0~3%氟化钠,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%去离子水,10~20%氨基酸,30~60%催化剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,避免了氢氟酸对人体的危害,并且在使用过程中不会大量释放对人体有害的气体,减少了环境污染,同时经济高效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%硝酸,10%表面活性剂,1%界面活性剂,1%氟化钠,1%稳定剂,5%去离子水,10%氨基酸,30%催化剂,此时铝合金的钝化不足,使用时仍会受到氧化的作用。
实施例2
一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%硝酸,35%表面活性剂,10%界面活性剂,3%氟化钠,2.5%稳定剂,20%去离子水,20%氨基酸,60%催化剂,此时生产成本较高,性价比较低。
实施例3
一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%硝酸,23%表面活性剂,5%界面活性剂, 1.5%氟化钠,1.25%稳定剂,13%去离子水,15%氨基酸,45%催化剂,此时避免了氢氟酸对人体的危害,并且在使用过程中不会大量释放对人体有害的气体,减少了环境污染,同时经济高效。

1.一种适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%硝酸,10~35%表面活性剂,1~10%界面活性剂,0~3%氟化钠,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%去离子水,10~20%氨基酸,30~60%催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于铝合金钝化工艺的溶液,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%硝酸,10%表面活性剂,1%界面活性剂,1%氟化钠,1%稳定剂,5%去离子水,10%氨基酸,30%催化剂。
