The activated sludge biological sewage treatment device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the return mechanism comprises a return pipe (33) connected with an air stripping return device (34), a feed inlet of the return pipe (33) penetrates through the arc-shaped bottom plate (31) and extends to the bottom end inside the sedimentation tank (2), and a discharge outlet of the return pipe (33) penetrates through the bottom end of the aeration tank (1) and extends to the inside of the aeration tank (1).
9. The activated sludge biological sewage treatment plant according to claim 8, wherein the bottom end of the arc-shaped bottom plate (31) is provided with a sludge outlet (32), and the sludge outlet (32) is provided with a one-way valve.
