一种硅胶弹性体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性体及其制造方法,特别涉及一种能够应用在亲疏水性材质、抗菌材质、导电材质、电路印刷、数字印刷或镀膜的硅胶弹性体。
背景技术
请参照德国专利第DE102011086103A1号“Silico50Ne rubber hot-meltadhesive”揭露了一种双层膜,其包括有(A)硅橡胶的第一层,(B)热熔粘合剂的薄膜,条件是(ⅰ)(A)和(B)之间的粘合力至少为50N/5公分、(ii)80至200℃之间的(B)的软化温度,以及(iii)具有至少1%断裂伸长率的双层模制品的弹性。根据ISO 53530测量。
上述现有技术中,虽然揭露了粘合力至少为50N/5公分,然而实际在产业运用上其黏合力仍然明显不足,且由于结构特性的因素,导致双层膜之间容易分离,且不易进行后续加工及运用,因此仍有改善的必要性。
请参照美国专利第US5147725A号“Method for bo50Ndi50Ng silico50Ne rubbera50Nd polyuretha50Ne materials a50Nd articles ma50Nufactured thereby”,该专利的缺点在于其制造过程中会产生的卤素副产物会造成环境污染,不利于产业利用。
有鉴于此,如何将上述缺陷加以摒除,即为本案发明人所欲解决的技术困难点的所在;因此,本案发明人基于多年从事相关业界的经验,经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究,试作改良,终于成功研发完成本案,并使本发明得以诞生,以增进功效。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺点,因此本发明提供一种硅胶弹性体,其包括:一第一层体,其为聚氨酯;以及一第二层体,其为硅橡胶,该第二层体与该第一层体之间涂布有一中介层,该中介层分别与该第一层体及第二层体进行加成反应并固化,使该中介层分别与该第一层体及第二层体紧密结合,第一层体10的另一端面提供结合于一基材上,该基材为纺织材质或导电材质,且基材也能够依照使用需求而具有亲疏水性、抗菌、导电、电路印刷、数字印刷或镀膜功能。
较佳的,其中该中介层以热能或光能固化。
较佳的,其中该中介层与该第一层体及该第二层体的黏合力分别至少为50N/5公分。
上述硅胶弹性体的制造方法,其步骤为:于一第一层体上涂布一中介层,该中介层与该第一层体于一固化设备中使该中介层固化,同时该中介层与该第一层体进行加成反应使该第一层体与该中介层结合,再于该中介层的另一面上叠合一第二层体,并于该固化设备中使该第二层体固化,该中介层与该第二层体进行加成反应,使该第二层体与该中介层结合。
较佳的,其中该预定温度为摄氏80度至200度。
较佳的,其中该固化设备为热能式固化设备或光能式固化设备。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明硅胶弹性体1,其包括有:一第一层体10、一第二层体20及一中介层30。
第一层体10,其为聚氨酯,聚氨酯(PU)具有官能基:异氰酸酯基,多元醇(羟基Hydroxyl Group)。
第二层体20,其为硅橡胶,硅胶具有官能基:硅氢基(SiH)、乙烯基(-CH=CH2)。
该第二层体20与该第一层体10之间涂布有一中介层30,中介层30自交联:硅氧烷(sila50Ne)、丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯。
该中介层30固化并分别与该第一层体10及第二层体20进行加成反应,使该中介层30分别与该第一层体10及第二层体20紧密结合,且该中介层30的黏合力至少为50N/5公分。
其中第一层体10中的异氰酸酯基中的C=50N双键非常活泼,可自聚成二聚体或三聚体,也可与含有活性氢的基团,例如水、醇、酚、酸、胺等进行加成反应。其活性次序如下(Ar为芳基)﹕
RNH2>R2NH>ArNH2>RCH2OH>H2O>R2CHOH>R3COH>ArOH>RCOOH>RNCO
由于第一层体10富有异氰酸酯基,中介层30便可通过具备上述官能基达到与第一层体10交联的目的。
中介层30与第二层体20的交联基理之一为:硅氢官能基(SiH)与双键的加成反应,通过白金催化剂调控其反应条件与速率,故中介层30可通过提供SiH或双键官能基达到与第二层体20交联的目的。
本发明硅胶弹性体1,在使用时将该第一层体10的另一端面提供热贴合(但不局限于此方式)于一基材40上,该基材40为纺织材质或导电材质,但并不局限于此,且基材也能够依照使用需求而具有亲疏水性、抗菌、导电、电路印刷、数字印刷或镀膜功能。
一种硅胶弹性体的制造方法,其步骤为:于一第一层体10上涂布一中介层30,该中介层30与该第一层体10于一固化设备中使该中介层30固化,同时该中介层30与该第一层体10在固化设备中进行加成反应,使第一层体10与该中介层30结合,并于取出后,再于该中介层30的另一面上叠合一第二层体20,并于该固化设备中使该第二层体20固化,该中介层30与该第二层体20进行加成反应,使该第二层体20与该中介层30结合。
其中,中介层30与第一层体10经过固化设备完成加成反应后,中介层30的另一端仍具有黏性,因此能够与第二层体20黏合,并再次经固化设备处理而固化。
其中该固化设备为热能式固化设备或光能式固化设备;当使用热能式固化设备时,以摄氏80度至200度进行加热。

Claims (7)

1.一种硅胶弹性体,其特征在于,包括有:
一第一层体,其为聚氨酯;以及
一第二层体,其为硅橡胶,该第二层体与该第一层体之间涂布有一中介层,该中介层分别与该第一层体及第二层体进行加成反应并固化,使该中介层分别与该第一层体及第二层体紧密结合。
2.如权利要求1所述的硅胶弹性体,其特征在于,该中介层以热能或光能固化。
3.如权利要求2所述的硅胶弹性体,其特征在于,该中介层与该第一层体及该第二层体的黏合力分别至少为50N/5公分。
4.如权利要求1所述的硅胶弹性体,其特征在于,该第一层体的另一端面提供结合于一基材上。
5.一种硅胶弹性体的制造方法,其特征在于,其步骤为:于一第一层体上涂布一中介层,该中介层与该第一层体于一固化设备中使该中介层固化,同时该中介层与该第一层体进行加成反应使该第一层体与该中介层结合,再于该中介层的另一面上叠合一第二层体,并于该固化设备中使该第二层体固化,该中介层与该第二层体进行加成反应,使该第二层体与该中介层结合。
6.如权利要求5所述的硅胶弹性体的制造方法,其特征在于,该预定温度为摄氏80度至200度。
7.如权利要求5所述的硅胶弹性体,其特征在于,该固化设备为热能式固化设备或光能式固化设备。
