本发明公开了一种抗冲击隔热板及其应用,抗冲击隔热板包括:云母板,覆盖在云母板上的耐高温陶瓷棉,包裹云母板和耐高温陶瓷棉的云母纸;耐高温陶瓷棉上涂有防火涂料层;本发明的云母板由云母纸构成,作为隔热板的中间材质,具有良好的抗冲击能力;陶瓷棉呈网状结构,属无机质硅酸盐纤维,不可燃,包裹在云母板表面,具有良好的阻燃和隔热性能;涂在耐高温陶瓷棉上的防火涂料层的配方设计,进一步增强隔热性能,可以抵御长时间的火烧,不会穿孔也不会粉化。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别是一种抗冲击隔热板及其应用。
背景技术
抗冲击隔热板用于放置在新能源电池组的电芯,电池组与箱体之间,避免一个电芯失控后继而影响到旁边的电芯,或是一个电池组失控后影响到旁边的电池组,起到隔离的作用。目前市面上隔热板的材质多用云母片,气凝胶,石棉纸等;云母片的特性是密度大,比重高,属于硬质材料,不能用于曲面或不规则弧面的产品,但是传热性能较好;气凝胶的特性是具有良好的隔热效果,但厚度难以做薄,目前最薄也只有0.8mm,重量轻;石棉纸的特性是密度大,有致癌性。
新能源电池在使用过程中可能会因为某些原因导致断路起火爆燃,如果不采取相应的措施火势蔓延则会影响周边电池组,造成损失以及伤到人员;市场需要一种隔热板放置于电池组内,起到隔离火源防止爆燃熔化盖体火势,留给人员足够的逃离时间;同时具有抗冲击的能力可以防止内部燃烧时气压过大其刺穿,预防火势蔓延,从根本上降低损失,提高安全性能;本发明解决这样的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗冲击隔热板及其应用,不仅隔热效果好,而且耐冲击,重量轻,厚度薄,材料选用安全。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种抗冲击隔热板,包括:云母板,覆盖在云母板上的耐高温陶瓷棉,包裹云母板和耐高温陶瓷棉的云母纸;耐高温陶瓷棉上涂有防火涂料层。
前述的一种抗冲击隔热板,防火涂料层的配方按照质量百分数包括:50%-70%石油精,1%-10%烷氧基化烷基酚树脂,1%-10%烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺,0.1%-1%1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,20%-30%蛭石粉。
前述的一种抗冲击隔热板,防火涂料层的配方按照质量百分数包括:67%石油精,2.5%烷氧基化烷基酚树脂,5%烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺,0.1%1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,25.4%蛭石粉。

本发明的有益之处在于:
云母板由云母纸构成,其厚度均匀,具有完全的化学惰性和不易燃性,温升低,比重大,作为隔热板的中间材质,当电池组内部燃烧气压过大将防爆阀冲开时,防爆阀和高压气流冲击在云母板上的,可以很好的起到抵销作用,不会被破坏和击穿;
陶瓷棉呈网状结构,属无机质硅酸盐纤维,不可燃,包裹在云母板表面,具有良好的阻燃和隔热性能。
涂在耐高温陶瓷棉上的防火涂料层的配方设计,进一步增强隔热性能;可以抵御长时间的火烧,不会穿孔也不会粉化;
本发明整体重量轻(400g-600g/m2),厚度薄(1-2mm),材料的选用安全。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
如图1所示,一种抗冲击隔热板,包括:云母板1,覆盖在云母板1上的耐高温陶瓷棉2,包裹云母板1和耐高温陶瓷棉2的云母纸4;耐高温陶瓷棉2上涂有防火涂料层3。
防火涂料层的配方按照质量百分数包括:50%-70%石油精,1%-10%烷氧基化烷基酚树脂,1%-10%烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺,0.1%-1%1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,20%-30%蛭石粉。
防火涂料层的配方按照质量百分数包括:67%石油精,2.5%烷氧基化烷基酚树脂,5%烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺,0.1%1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,25.4%蛭石粉。
云母纸上涂有胶水层5;胶水的配方按照质量百分数包括:97%亚克力树脂,3%多聚磷酸。胶水的配方选用的强度大,耐候性好。
作为一种抗冲击隔热板的应用,抗冲击隔热板放置在电池组的电芯,电池组与箱体之间,避免一个电芯失控后继而影响到旁边的电芯,或是一个电池组失控后影响到旁边的电池组,起到隔离的作用。
以下用实验验证本发明的效果;
用本发明最优配比的防火涂料层和上文的结构制成抗冲击隔热板;配方按照质量百分数包括:67%石油精,2.5%烷氧基化烷基酚树脂,5%烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺,0.1%1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,25.4%蛭石粉。
对比实施例1:隔热板A,采用气凝胶做内衬,采用玻纤布包裹制作成抗冲击隔热板。
对比实施例2:隔热板B,采用云母板做内衬;采用玻纤布包裹制作成抗冲击隔热板。
对比实施例3:隔热板C,采用云母板加上耐高温陶瓷棉的结构;外面再用耐温云母纸包裹制作成抗冲击隔热板。
验证阻燃和隔热性能;参照实验《GB/T 25352-2010隔热隔音材料耐烧穿试验方法》和导热率测试实验仪;
实验过程:
步骤一,将制作好的样件固定在与垂直方向成300角的支架上。
步骤二,将火焰喷枪口垂直于样件面,离样件面距离8CM。(采用便携式丁烷喷罐自带喷枪的装置)
步骤三,点火后调节火焰距离,保持每次距离统一。
步骤四,计算耐火烧的时间。
采用TC3000E导热率测试仪
实验结果如下:
对比实施例1在实验过程中,爆燃冲击力可以破坏此结构,再起火后热量会很快传到邻近电池组和上盖;不能起到很好的隔离火源和热量。
对比实施例2在实验过程中,爆燃冲击力可以破云母板,同时玻纤布也会受损,同时耐温度达不到,玻纤布在超过400多度后,本身就再无强度,热量和火苗可以穿透其结构,不能起到隔离作用。
对比实施例3在测试过程中云母板可以抵挡电池爆燃冲击力,耐高温陶瓷棉可以抵挡超过1000度的温度,同时由于陶瓷棉为多孔结构,可以起到很好的隔热效果。
本发明的防火涂料层相比隔热板C更进一步的提高阻隔时间,从设计时的3-5分钟提高到15-30分钟。
由以上实验结果可知,本发明的配方和结构配合具有优秀的隔热和抗冲击力的效果。
本发明提供一种抗冲击隔热板及其应用,可以放在电池组内,不仅隔热效果好,而且耐冲击,重量轻,厚度薄,材料选用安全。
