本发明公开了一种确定参考信号(RS)的方法、网络设备、用户设备(UE)及计算机存储介质,其中方法包括:为UE配置N个控制资源集合,在所述N个控制资源集合中的至少部分控制资源集合中配置K个传输配置指示TCI信息,且至少部分控制资源集合中不同的控制资源集合中配置的TCI数量相同或不同;其中,N和K均为大于等于1的整数;所述TCI信息中至少指示一个RS;向所述UE指示所述K个TCI信息中的至少一个RS。
