All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, and "a plurality" typically includes at least two.
It is also noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a good or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such good or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system that includes the element.
Before specifically describing the interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of understanding, an effect of establishing an interaction relationship based on the interaction method is exemplarily described with reference to fig. 1.
In fig. 1, when a user has goods to be transported, it is assumed that the user sends a shipping order to a server through a client. The server allocates appropriate delivery personnel for the freight order according to the information of the freight time, the freight place, the type of the goods and the like specifically contained in the freight order. Generally, the service end recommends a plurality of suitable delivery personnel for the freight order, and then the user selects one of the delivery personnel to perform delivery service according to the requirement of the user.
And after the user determines the distribution personnel, sending an interaction request to the server. And the server side analyzes the interactive request to obtain the order number carried by the interactive request. And then, finding the delivery personnel corresponding to the order number according to the server, and sending the instant communication interface corresponding to the delivery personnel to the client. The user can realize one-to-one information interaction with the distribution personnel through the instant messaging interface. It should be noted that any private information of the user or the delivery person is not displayed on the instant messaging interface. Such as telephone numbers, personal names, real identity information, bank card information, etc. The method can well contain the privacy information of the user and the distribution personnel while meeting the interaction requirements of the user and the distribution personnel. The delivery personnel may be a freight driver or a worker who is responsible for the delivery of the freight together with the freight driver.
The following describes an implementation procedure of the interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present invention with reference to the following embodiments.
fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an interaction method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to a server. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
201: and receiving a freight order sent by a user through a client.
202: a correspondence between the delivery person assigned to the shipment order and the order number of the shipment order is established.
203: and receiving an interactive request sent by a client, wherein the interactive request comprises an order number.
204: and sending an instant messaging interface corresponding to the distribution personnel to the client according to the corresponding relation so that the user can interact with the distribution personnel through the instant messaging interface, wherein the instant messaging interface does not contain the privacy information of the distribution personnel and the user.
in practical applications, the user may send the shipping order through the client. The client may be a terminal device such as a mobile phone or a computer of the user, which can support the generation and transmission of the freight order. In the shipping order, it usually contains the shipping time, the starting address and the destination address of the shipping order, the type of article, the quantity of goods, and so on.
to facilitate the differentiation of shipping orders, each shipping order has a unique corresponding order number. And the server allocates corresponding delivery personnel for the freight order according to the information such as the freight time, the starting address and the destination address of the freight order, the article type, the quantity of the goods and the like. In practical applications, the server usually allocates a plurality of suitable distribution personnel to the user, and then the user selects one suitable distribution personnel according to the user's own needs.
After the delivery personnel are determined, the corresponding relation between the delivery personnel and the order number is established. Generally, there is a one-to-one correspondence between the delivery person and the order number at the same time. Of course, if multiple freight orders are put together, there may be a case where one delivery person corresponds to multiple freight orders. For convenience of understanding, the present application will be described by taking a case where the delivery person corresponds to the order number one by one as an example.
And if the server receives an interaction request sent by the user through the client, the server responds to the interaction request and establishes an instant messaging relationship meeting the interaction requirements of the user and the delivery personnel. Specifically, the server sends an instant messaging interface corresponding to the delivery staff to the client of the user according to the corresponding relationship between the order number and the delivery staff, and the user and the delivery staff can interact in real time through the instant messaging interface, for example, voice information, image information, positioning information and the like can be sent in real time. And privacy information of the delivery personnel and the user is not contained in the instant communication interface.
it should be noted that the instant messaging relationship between the user and the delivery person exists only during the valid period of the shipping order, and if the shipping order is completed or the shipping order is cancelled, the instant messaging relationship between the user and the delivery person is also released, in other words, the user and the delivery person cannot interact in an instant messaging manner. In this way, it is possible to prevent the delivery person from transmitting advertisement information or the like to the user during non-service.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an instant messaging interface according to an embodiment of the present invention. When the server side sends the instant messaging interface to the client side of the user, the server side determines the instant messaging interface of the distribution personnel according to the corresponding relation, and determines the content displayed in the instant messaging interface according to the article type and other related information in the freight order. For example, prompt information corresponding to the type of the article may be displayed in the instant messaging interfaces of the user and the distributor. The prompting information can be article description information such as the size of the article, the number of the article and the like. And the user completes the filling of the item description information according to the prompt information on the instant messaging interface and then sends the item description information to the server. And the service end sends the article description information to corresponding distribution personnel. Therefore, the distribution personnel can more intuitively know the details of the freight order of the user, and the communication efficiency between the user and the distribution personnel can be improved.
Fig. 4a and 4b are schematic diagrams of instant messaging interfaces corresponding to different delivery statuses according to an embodiment of the present invention. The client side can refresh according to the preset frequency and update the instant communication interface in time according to the latest distribution state of the current freight order. The delivery status referred to herein includes: the delivery personnel are currently positioned between the starting position and the ending position corresponding to the freight order, and the freight order is currently delivered; the delivery personnel are currently positioned at the initial position corresponding to the freight order, and the delivery personnel indicate that the delivery of the freight order is not started; the delivery person is currently at the end location corresponding to the shipment order or has left the end location indicating that the shipment order has completed delivery.
The updating mode of the instant communication interface in the client can be that the server updates the corresponding instant communication interface according to the corresponding relation and the distribution state; and then the latest instant communication interface is sent to the client. If only individual content in the timing communication interface changes, for example, time changes, the server side can also send corresponding time information to the client side, and the client side completes updating by itself.
to facilitate understanding of the correspondence between the delivery status and the instant messaging interface, the following description is given in detail. FIG. 4a shows the shipping order being delivered, and the instant messaging interface displays various available status controls, such as positioning display controls, real-time voice controls, file transfer controls, and the like. And the user can also utilize the interactive controls to realize corresponding functions. For example, the user triggers the positioning display control to display the current position information of the delivery personnel; specifically, if the user touches the positioning display control once, the current position information of the delivery personnel is obtained from the server through the instant messaging interface, and if the user double-clicks or touches the positioning display control for a long time, the real-time dynamic position information of the delivery personnel is obtained from the server through the instant messaging interface. Here, the triggering manner for the positioning display control is only an example, and does not form a limitation to the present application, and an effective triggering manner for the positioning display control may be set according to a requirement in practical application.
Fig. 4b shows that the shipment of the freight order is completed, and at this time, the various interactive controls in the instant messaging interface are in the disabled state, in other words, the interactive controls are represented in the disabled state, but of course, the interactive controls may also be displayed in a gray color in the instant messaging interface, and no response is obtained when the user touches the display screen; the interaction control in the disabled state may also be hidden. In this case, the server cancels the instant messaging relationship between the user and the delivery person, and also cancels the correspondence relationship between the delivery person and the order number.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a display effect of private information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The server detects the received information of the user or the delivery personnel, and after the server detects the private information sent by the user or the delivery personnel, the server protects the private information and replaces characters of some information, in other words, the original text information is replaced by special characters which do not represent any meaning. For example, the user sends the telephone number 0123456789, the server receives the text message, replaces part of the digits in the text message with asterisks in the same color, and sends the text message to the distributor, wherein the display effect of the text message is 012 in the same color and 89 in the terminal of the distributor. Therefore, the leakage of the privacy information of the user or the distributor can be well prevented.
fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating another interaction method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Applied to a client, the method comprises the following steps:
601: and sending a freight order to a server side so that the server side establishes a corresponding relation between a delivery person allocated to the freight order and an order number of the freight order.
602: and responding to the interactive operation triggered by the user to the freight order, and sending an interactive request to the server, wherein the interactive request comprises the order number.
603: and receiving an instant messaging interface which is sent by the server side according to the corresponding relation and corresponds to the distribution personnel so that the user can interact with the distribution personnel through the instant messaging interface, wherein the instant messaging interface does not contain the distribution personnel and the privacy information of the user.
In practical application, a user fills in information of an article to be transported through a client to generate a freight order and a corresponding order number. The server establishes a corresponding relation between the order number and the delivery personnel according to the order number of the received freight order. It is easy to understand that before the corresponding relationship is established, the server is further required to determine a suitable delivery person for the freight order, and the specific determination process is described in the above embodiments, and will not be described repeatedly here.
after determining the delivery personnel, the user may send an interaction request to the server requesting to establish an interaction relationship with the delivery personnel. For example, when the user touches the deliverer control at the client, the user may be considered to trigger the interactive operation. And the server side responds to the interaction request and establishes an instant communication relationship between the user and the delivery personnel. Specifically, the server side determines corresponding delivery personnel according to the order number, and then sends an instant communication interface corresponding to the delivery personnel to the client side. It should be noted that, in the instant messaging interface, there is no private information included in the distribution personnel and the user, and the user or the distribution personnel is not allowed to send any private information in an instant messaging interactive manner.
The goods type is included in the freight order, and prompt information corresponding to the goods type is displayed in an instant messaging interface of the client. And filling corresponding item description information in an instant messaging interface of the client by the user according to the prompt information.
The content in the instant messaging interface displayed in the client is related to the delivery status of the freight order, in other words, the interactive controls included in the instant messaging interfaces corresponding to different delivery statuses are not exactly the same. The different types of the displayed interactive controls may be different, for example, there are five types of the interactive controls in the instant messaging interface corresponding to some delivery statuses, and there is one type of the interactive controls in the instant messaging interface corresponding to another delivery status. Or the states of the interactive controls are not completely the same, for example, some interactive controls are in an available state, and some interactive controls are in a disabled state.
in practical application, if the delivery staff completes order delivery, the user may trigger the order ending control in the instant messaging interface, and the interactive control in the instant messaging interface corresponding to the delivery staff is in a disabled state. Therefore, instant communication between the user and the distribution personnel can be forbidden, and the distribution personnel can be effectively prevented from sending interference information such as advertisements to the user in a non-service period.
the triggering mode of the freight order ending can also be triggered by the delivery personnel, or the server side triggers according to the distance relationship between the delivery personnel and the ending position. Regardless of the manner of the order completion triggered by the order completion, the server will release the instant messaging relationship between the user and the delivery personnel and the correspondence relationship between the delivery personnel and the order number.
