本发明涉及日化洗涤用品技术领域,具体涉及一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,瓷砖已经进入千家万户,并且受到人们的喜爱。然而,瓷砖使用久了,会出现各种各样的污染问题,特别是卫生间的环境一直比较潮湿,卫生器具以及地面墙壁长期处于潮湿环境中很容易滋生细菌并产生霉斑和异味。
目前市面上大部分瓷砖清洁剂,很容易洗净瓷砖表面的污垢,但没有杀灭瓷砖表面上的细菌、霉菌以及病毒等功能,只有部分产品只能达到除菌或抑菌作用。因此,目前的瓷砖清洁剂一般只具有清洁功能,已不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种由天然原料的消毒剂、表面活性剂、缓蚀剂等主要成分制备的瓷砖消毒清洁剂,具有消毒、去污、除味等功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:非离子表面活性剂1-10%、溶剂0-5%、有机酸1-5%、缓蚀剂0.1-3%、消毒剂0.1-5%、pH调节剂0-3%,余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氧化铵、烷基糖苷及椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或者多种混合;
进一步地,所述的溶剂为乙醇、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇叔丁醚中的一种或多种混合;
进一步地,所述的有机酸为氨基磺酸、柠檬酸、草酸中的一种或多种混合;

二、再向溶液一中加入按上述质量百分比计量好的有机酸、溶剂、缓蚀剂、pH调节剂,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液二;
三、将溶液二用300-450目滤网过滤后包装。
采用上述方案后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,采用天然杀菌剂成分制成,使用时对瓷砖表面具有良好的去污、除味及保护釉面的效果,同时具备较强的杀菌能力,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的灭杀对数值不小于5.0,且本发明具有使用安全、生产工艺简单、性价比高等特点,能够满足市场需求。

实施例1:它由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)6%、乙醇4%、柠檬酸2%、羟基亚乙基叉二膦酸1%、苯扎氯胺1%、茶树精油1%,氨水1%,去离子水84%;
它的制备方法包含如下步骤:
一、依次加入计量好的去离子水84%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)6%、苯扎氯胺1%、茶树精油1%,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液一;
二、再向溶液一中加入柠檬酸2%、乙醇4%、羟基亚乙基叉二膦酸1%、氨水1%,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液二;
三、将溶液二用300-450目滤网过滤后包装。
实施例2:它由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)4%、氧化铵3%、乙醇2%、二乙二醇丁醚2%、草酸2%、氨基三亚甲基叉膦酸2%、三氯卡灵2%、茶树精油2%、氢氧化钠0.5%、去离子水80.5%;
它的制备方法包含如下步骤:
一、依次加入计量好的去离子水80.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)4%、氧化铵3%、三氯卡灵2%、茶树精油1%,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液一;
二、再向溶液一中加入草酸2%、乙醇2%、二乙二醇丁醚2%、氨基三亚甲基叉膦酸2%、氢氧化钠0.5%,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液二;
三、将溶液二用300-450目滤网过滤后包装。

实施例4:它由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)4%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2%、乙醇2%、乙二醇叔丁醚3%、羟基亚乙基叉二膦酸2%、氨基磺酸3%、苯扎氯胺1%、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐2%、茶树精油4%、氨水3%、去离子水70%;
它的制备方法包含如下步骤:
一、依次加入计量好的去离子水70%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)4 %、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)4 %、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2%、苯扎氯胺1%、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐2%、茶树精油4%,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液一;
二、再向溶液一中加入氨基磺酸3%、乙醇2%、乙二醇叔丁醚3%、氨基磺酸3%、氨水3%,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液二;
三、将溶液二用300-450目滤网过滤后包装。
实施例1-4中制备的瓷砖消毒清洁剂中,非离子表面活性剂选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氧化铵、烷基糖苷及椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或者多种混合,具有极强的污垢渗透、乳化去除功能;
溶剂选用乙醇、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇叔丁醚中的一种或者多种混合,具有低味及良好的污垢渗透作用;
有机酸选用氨基磺酸、柠檬酸、草酸中的一种或者多种混合,性质温和、无刺激性气味、安全环保,具有较强的去除水垢、除锈迹等功能;
缓蚀剂选用羟基亚乙基叉二膦酸、氨基三亚甲基叉膦酸、硫脲中的一种或者多种混合,具有保护瓷砖表面、防再次结垢功能;
消毒剂选用苯扎氯胺、三氯卡灵、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐、天然茶树精油中的一种或者多种混合,具备消毒、除味功能,其中天然茶树精油具有优异的杀菌功能,使用安全环保。
对实施例1-4制得的瓷砖消毒清洁剂进行稳定性考察、理化指标、灭杀能力测试、去污及除味测试:
一、稳定性考察:分别取实施例1-4的瓷砖消毒清洁剂样品2份,每份200克,分别置于40℃±2℃恒温24 小时及置于-5℃±2℃恒温24 小时,取出恢复至室温25℃观察;经过检测实施例1-4的瓷砖消毒清洁剂样品无分层和无变色现象、不混浊,均与试验前相同;因此,本发明所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂的稳定性符合要求;
二、按照GB13173中第七章A法的规定对实施例1-4的瓷砖消毒清洁剂样品进行理化指标的测试:实施例1-4的瓷砖消毒清洁剂样品的表面活性剂含量均不小于6%,完全符合企业标准不小于5%的要求;
三、灭杀能力测试:将实施例1-4的瓷砖消毒清洁剂按照***《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.7.4和2.1.2.10规定的方法,使用原液、作用5分钟条件下测定,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均不小于5.0,完全符合企业标准规定的要求。
四、去污、除味测试:实施例1-4制得的瓷砖消毒清洁剂,各取50个样品,经50个测试人员试用,其中有48人认为产品达到了去污、除味的效果,2人认为有一定的去污、除味效果,去污、除味满意率达到96%,因此本发明所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂完全能够达到去污、除味的效果。

1.一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,其特征在于它由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:非离子表面活性剂1-10%、溶剂0-5%、有机酸1-5%、缓蚀剂0.1-3%、消毒剂0.1-5%、pH调节剂0-3%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氧化铵、烷基糖苷及椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种或者多种混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的溶剂为乙醇、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇叔丁醚中的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的有机酸为氨基磺酸、柠檬酸、草酸中的一种或多种混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的缓蚀剂为羟基亚乙基叉二膦酸、氨基三亚甲基叉膦酸、硫脲中的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的消毒剂为苯扎氯胺、三氯卡灵、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐、天然茶树精油中的一种或多种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂,其特征在于所述的pH调节剂为氨水、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种混合。
8.一种瓷砖消毒清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包含如下步骤:
一、依次加入按上述质量百分比计量好的去离子水、非离子表面活性剂、消毒剂,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液一;
二、再向溶液一中加入按上述质量百分比计量好的有机酸、溶剂、缓蚀剂、pH调节剂,搅拌使之溶解,得溶液二;
三、将溶液二用300-450目滤网过滤后包装。
