Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a foldable screen protective film 100 according to the present invention in a flat state; fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the folding screen protective film provided by the present invention in a folded state. The folding screen protection film 100 according to the present invention includes a first protection film 10 and a second protection film 20 which are stacked.
Referring to fig. 3, a side of the first protective film 10 away from the second protective film 20 is used for being attached to the foldable screen 200; the second protection film 20 includes a bending region 201 provided with a plurality of slits 21, and the bending region 201 is used for cooperating with a folding region 210 of the folding screen 200 to realize bending along two side directions of the slits 21. Specifically, the folding screen 200 further includes two flat areas 220, the folding area 210 is located between the two flat areas 220, and when the folding screen 200 is folded, the folding area 210 can be bent into a certain arc to enable the two flat areas 220 to approach each other until being overlapped; also, when the folding screen 200 is unfolded, the folding area 210 can be converted from a bent arc state to a straight state.
The protection film 100 for the folding screen comprises a first protection film 10 and a second protection film 20, and the folding screen 200 can be effectively protected by adopting a double-layer film design, so that the folding screen 200 is prevented from being scratched and collided; moreover, the second protection film 20 comprises a bending area 201 provided with a plurality of cutting slits 21, the cutting slits 21 ensure the deformation resistance and the ductility of the second protection film 20 at the bending area 201, and the bending area 201 of the second protection film 20 can be tightly attached to the first protection film 10 in the folding and straightening states of the folding screen 200, so that the folding screen 200 is tightly attached to the second protection film, and the omnibearing protection of the folding screen 200 is realized.
In this embodiment, the slits 21 are uniformly spaced in the bending region 201, so as to uniformly disperse the deformation force in the folded state, and adapt to the change of the radian of the folding screen 200 in the folded and flat states. Specifically, the slits 21 are disposed on a side of the second protection film 20 away from the first protection film 10, and the depth of the slits 21 is half of the thickness of the second protection film 20, so that the depth of the slits 21 can better adapt to the change of the radian, and the structural integrity of the second protection film 20 can be ensured, thereby improving the durability of the second protection film 20. Of course, in other embodiments, the depth of the slit may also be set to 1/3, 2/3, 2/5, etc. of the thickness of the second protective film, and may be specifically set as required. Preferably, the distance between the adjacent slits 21 may be set to 0.1 mm. It will be appreciated that the slits 21, i.e. the lines of weakness in the bending region 201, are able to disperse the deformation occurring during bending to accommodate the change in curvature.
Further, the second protection film 20 further includes two flat protection regions 202 located at two sides of the bending region 201, and the two flat protection regions 202 are used for protecting two flat regions 220 of the folding screen 200. In the present embodiment, the direction of the slits 21 is parallel to the boundary line 203 between the bending region 201 and the flat protection region 202, and when the second protection film 20 is folded along with the foldable screen 200, the slits 21 at the bending region 201 can disperse the deformation generated during bending, so that the bending region 201 can be tightly attached to the first protection film 10, and further tightly attached to the folding region 210 of the foldable screen 200, so as to protect the folding region 210.
In this embodiment, the two straight protection regions 202 are rectangles with the same size and the same shape corresponding to the straight region 220 of the folded screen 200, the bending region 201 is a rectangle with the same size and the same shape corresponding to the folded region 201 of the folded screen 200, the bending region 201 includes a pair of opposite long sides and a pair of opposite short sides 204, the pair of opposite long sides is an intersection line 203 between the bending region 201 and the straight protection region 202, and the pair of opposite short sides 204 is flush with edges of the two straight protection regions 202.
Further, the thickness of the first protective film 10 is 0.02 to 0.03mm, and specifically may be 0.02mm, or 0.025mm, or 0.03 mm. The first protective film 10 may be provided as a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) film. The first protection film 10 has good mechanical properties and good folding endurance, and the thickness of the first protection film 10 is small, so that the problem that the screen cannot be tightly attached due to the radian problem after bending does not exist.
Further, the thickness of the second protective film 20 is 0.5 to 0.7mm, and specifically may be 0.5mm, or 0.6mm, or 0.7 mm. The second protective film 20 may be a PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) film. The second protective film 20 is corrosion-resistant and has good mechanical strength, and can well protect the folding screen 200.
It can be understood that the first protective film 10 and the second protective film 20 are bonded by transparent glue to form an integrated foldable screen protective film 100, and the foldable screen protective film 100 is attached to the foldable screen for protecting the foldable screen and preventing scratch and bump on the foldable screen 200.
The present invention also provides a folding screen assembly comprising a folding screen 200 and the folding screen protective film 100 of any of the above embodiments attached to a surface of the folding screen 200. It is understood that all embodiments of the foldable screen protective film 100 provided by the present invention are applicable to the foldable screen assembly provided by the present invention, and can achieve the same or similar technical effects.
The protection film 100 for the folding screen and the folding screen assembly provided by the invention comprise a first protection film 10 and a second protection film 20, and the design of double-layer films is adopted to effectively protect the folding screen 200 and prevent the folding screen 200 from being scratched and collided; moreover, the second protection film 20 comprises a bending area 201 provided with a plurality of cutting slits 21, the cutting slits 21 ensure the deformation resistance and the ductility of the second protection film 20 at the bending area 201, and the bending area 201 of the second protection film 20 can be tightly attached to the first protection film 10 in the folding and straightening states of the folding screen 200, so that the folding screen 200 is tightly attached to the second protection film, and the omnibearing protection of the folding screen 200 is realized.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
