Compared with the traditional method for manually cleaning the crushed paper scraps, the automatic packaging and shredding method provided by the invention solves the problem that the crushed paper scraps are easy to adhere to a copper wall when the crushed paper scraps are collected by adopting the paper scraps collecting barrel in the prior art by automatically paving the crushed paper scraps collecting bags and automatically filling the crushed paper scraps, and seals and shreds the crushed paper scraps collecting bags under the heating action of the sealing fusing mechanism, so that the operation steps of a user are simplified.

The following are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The invention provides an automatic packing and shredding method of a shredder, which comprises the following steps,
1) A bag placing step, namely placing the crushed paper collecting bag 01 in the inner cavity of the crushed paper collecting bag storage box 3, preferably selecting a plastic through bag with one end being a seal and without a break point as the crushed paper collecting bag 01, and pulling out a bag body with proper length of the crushed paper collecting bag 01, so that a bag opening is opened towards the paper falling opening 31;
2) A step of laying a shredded paper collecting bag, in which air is supplied to the shredded paper collecting bag 01 by an air supply fan 50a and/or air is drawn from the inner cavity of the machine body 2 by an air suction fan 50b, so that the bag body continues to move downwards or outwards to open towards the inner cavity of the machine body 2, and at least when the bag body covers a designated area, the control circuit controls the air supply fan 50a and/or the air suction fan 50b to stop working;
3) A paper shredding step, wherein after the bag body covers a designated area, a control circuit controls a paper shredding motor to rotate, and paper entering a paper inlet is crushed into paper shreds by keeping a paper shredding knife rod rotating, so that the paper shreds fall into a paper shredding collecting bag 01 through a chip removal port 11 under the action of self gravity;
4) The paper shredding step of the paper shredder head, after the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is full of paper or a user triggers a corresponding control key, the control circuit controls the paper shredding knife bar to enter a paper cleaning working state, and in the paper cleaning working state, the paper shredding knife bar reversely rotates for 0.5-10 circles, or the paper shredding knife bar rotates at least for 0.5-5 circles in the forward direction and rotates at least for 0.5-5 circles in the reverse direction in turn;
5) A closing-up packing step, specifically, the closing-up packing step comprises the following sub-processes,
5.1 Closing up the bag body, and controlling the bag collecting rods 40 arranged below the crushed paper collecting bag storage box 3 to be mutually closed so as to collect the bag opening of the crushed paper collecting bag 01 at the sealing fusing mechanism;
5.2 Sealing and fusing the bag body, modulating the temperature of a heating element of the sealing and fusing mechanism through a control circuit, gradually plastic-sealing the bag mouth of the shredded paper collecting bag 01 together under the hot melting action of the heating element, and fusing the shredded paper collecting bag 01 by the heating element after the closing of the bag collecting rods 40, thereby realizing automatic sealing and fusing of the shredded paper collecting bag 01.
The invention is characterized in that a paper shredding collecting bag storage box 3 is arranged at the upper part of a machine body 2, a paper shredding collecting bag 01 without a break point, one end of which is sealed, is selected and stacked on the paper shredding collecting bag storage box 3, wherein the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is preferably a plastic bag, and the bag opening faces to a paper falling opening 31, so that paper shredding scraps automatically fall into the paper shredding collecting bag 01 from a chip discharging opening 11 of a paper shredder head 1 in the paper shredding process, when the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is filled with waste paper, the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is thrown away independently, the problem that the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is easy to adhere to a copper wall when the paper shredding collecting barrel is adopted to collect paper shredding in the prior art is solved, in addition, the invention is characterized in that the bag opening is automatically tightened by a folding rod 40, the bag opening of the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is gradually packaged together under the heating effect of a sealing and fusing mechanism, finally the bag body is sealed, the used paper shredding collecting bag 01 is directly abandoned by a user, the operation steps of a user are simplified, and the operation is simpler, more convenient and quicker.
In the preferred embodiment, an air pressure bag laying device for outputting the shredded paper collecting bag 01 from the shredded paper collecting box to the inner cavity of the machine body 2 is arranged above the shredded paper collecting box and/or at the lower part of the machine body 2, the air pressure bag laying device can adopt an air draft fan 50b arranged above the shredded paper collecting box, the air outlet surface of the air draft fan 50b faces the paper dropping opening 31, the bag body continuously descends to the inner cavity of the machine body 2 or opens to the outer side, the air pressure bag laying device can also adopt an air draft fan 50b arranged at the bottom of the machine body 2, the air outlet surface of the air draft fan 50b faces the outer side of the machine body 2, and in actual use, the air draft fan 50b draws out the air in the inner cavity of the machine body 2, and the shredded paper collecting bag 01 covers the inner cavity of the machine body 2 under the action of negative pressure, so that the bag body can be automatically replaced.
Wherein the sealing fusing mechanism specifically comprises one of the following modes,
a) The sealed fusing mechanism is provided with three heating elements, the three heating elements are arranged below the paper shredding collecting and storing box in parallel, wherein the heating element positioned in the middle is configured into a fused heating element 60a, the two heating elements positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the fused heating element 60a are respectively configured into a sealed heating element 60b, namely, the fused target temperature of the fused heating element 60a is higher than the sealed target temperature of the sealed heating element 60b, in the process of sealing and fusing the bag body, the control circuit respectively controls the heating temperature of the fused heating element 60a to rise to the fused target temperature and the heating temperature of the sealed heating element 60b to rise to the sealed target temperature, wherein the two sealed heating elements 60b respectively seal the lower layer of bag body filled with the paper shredding and seal the upper layer of the bag body to be filled into the inner cavity of the machine body 2, then the fused heating element 60a cuts off the bag body, and separates the upper layer of bag body and the lower layer of bag body, wherein the fused heating element 60a and/or the sealed heating element 60b can be directly arranged at the position of the bag collecting rod 40 or can be fixed below the paper falling opening 31 through the heating seat.
b) The sealing fusing mechanism is provided with a heating element which is configured to seal the fusing heating element 61, the sealing fusing heating element 61 has a sealing target temperature and a fusing target temperature, the temperature of the sealing fusing heating element 61 is modulated by a control circuit to gradually rise to the fusing target temperature in the process of closing the bag opening by the bag collecting rod 40 so as to cut off the bag body, the upper layer of bag body and the lower layer of bag body are separated, the sealing target temperature is modulated by the temperature of the sealing fusing heating element 61 by the control circuit, and the sealing fusing heating element 61 seals the upper layer of bag body and the lower layer of bag body respectively, wherein the sealing fusing heating element 61 can be directly arranged at the bag collecting rod 40 or fixed below the paper dropping opening 31 through a heating seat.
Wherein, the control circuit modulates the temperature of the heating element in one of the following ways:
a) Setting a target temperature/target temperature curve of the heating element, acquiring the real-time temperature of the heating element, comparing the real-time temperature with the value of the target temperature, and controlling the control circuit to conduct the heating branch of the heating element when the real-time temperature is smaller than or equal to the set target temperature and to control to cut off the heating branch of the heating element when the real-time temperature is larger than the set target temperature;
b) Setting a target temperature/target temperature curve of the heating element, acquiring the real-time temperature of the heating element, comparing the real-time temperature with the value of the target temperature, controlling the pulse width output by a switch tube, a silicon controlled rectifier module or a contactor through a PID algorithm, and then controlling the voltage applied to the two ends of the heating element until the real-time temperature of the heating element reaches or is close to the preset temperature in a wireless mode.
The related structure of the shredder related to the steps of the invention is shown in the second embodiment.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2 to 12, the shredder for automatically packaging shredded paper provided by the invention comprises a machine body 2, a shredder head 1 arranged at the upper end part of the machine body 2, and a control circuit, wherein the upper part of the shredder head 1 is provided with a paper inlet, the lower part of the shredder head is provided with a chip discharge port 11, a shredder core is arranged in the shredder head 1, the shredder core is provided with a shredding motor, a gear transmission mechanism and two shredding knife bars, the shredding motor is in driving connection with the gear transmission mechanism, the gear transmission mechanism is in driving connection with the shredding knife bars, one shredding knife bar comprises a cutter shaft and a plurality of shredding knife blades, each shredding knife blade is respectively and alternately connected with the same cutter shaft in series, and the control circuit is electrically connected with the shredding motor.
An automatic packing device 4 is installed on the upper portion of the machine body 2, the automatic packing device 4 is provided with a paper falling port 31, a paper shredding collecting bag storage box 3, a folding mechanism and a sealing fusing mechanism, the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is stored in the paper shredding collecting bag storage box 3, the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is preferably made of plastic materials, the manufacturing cost is low, the paper falling port 31 vertically penetrates through the paper shredding collecting bag storage box 3, a bag opening of the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is opened towards the paper falling port 31, the folding mechanism and the sealing fusing mechanism are respectively arranged below the paper falling port 31, the folding mechanism is provided with a plurality of bag folding rods 40 and bag folding driving components 41, and the bag folding rods 40 are respectively in transmission connection with the bag folding driving components 41.
In actual use, the paper shredder has a shredding state, a cleaning working state and a closing packaging state;
the paper shredding state, the control circuit controls the paper shredding motor to rotate, and the paper at the paper inlet is crushed into paper shreds through the cooperation of the two paper shredding knife bars of the gear transmission mechanism, the paper shreds freely fall and fall out of the chip removal port 11, and fall into the paper shredding collecting bag 01 through the paper falling port 31;
when the paper cleaning working state is that the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is full of paper or after a user triggers a corresponding control button, the control circuit shreds the paper by 0.5-10 turns, or the paper shredding knife is rotated at least 0.5-5 turns in turn and 0.5-5 turns in reverse, so that the shredder automatically cleans the shredded paper scraps remained in the shredder head 1 before the paper shredding collecting bag 01 is packed each time;
The paper shredder is switched to a closing-in packaging state after paper is cleared by the paper shredder head 1, the control circuit drives the paper collecting driving assembly 41 to start to act, the paper collecting driving assembly 41 drives the paper collecting rods 40 to be close to each other so as to collect the paper collecting bags 01 in the sealing fusing mechanism, the control circuit modulates the heating temperature of the sealing fusing mechanism in the moving process of the paper collecting rods 40, the bag openings of the paper collecting bags 01 are gradually packaged together under the action of the heat fusing mechanism, and when the paper collecting rods 40 act, the heating piece seals the last paper collecting bag 01 sleeved on the machine body 2 and seals the lower end of the next paper collecting bag 01 to be sleeved on the machine body 2.
In particular, the following describes in detail a number of possible preferred embodiments of the folding mechanism:
in a possible embodiment, the folding mechanism includes a mounting seat 42a and two folding bars 40, the mounting seat 42a is mounted on the upper portion of the machine body 2, the folding driving component 41 is a linear driving mechanism, the linear driving mechanism is mounted on the mounting seat 42a, the linear driving mechanism is only in transmission connection with one of the folding bars 40 or respectively in transmission connection with the two folding bars 40, at least one sealing fusing mechanism is mounted on the inner side of at least one of the folding bars 40 facing to each other, wherein the linear driving mechanism can use a driving motor to match with a screw-nut mechanism, or can use a driving motor to match with a rack and pinion mechanism, or can be a cylinder mechanism, when the shredder does not enter a packaging state, the two folding bars 40 are respectively arranged on two sides below the paper falling port 31 in parallel, as shown in fig. 6, when the shredder switches to a closing packaging state, the two folding bars 40 are respectively driven to face each other, at this time, the temperature of the heating element generates heat step by step, the paper collecting bag 01 is subjected to the thermal fusing action of the heating element, and finally the paper collecting bag 01 is gradually sealed together by the thermal fusing element, and finally the paper 01 is cut off the two collecting bags 01 and reaches the temperature 01 between the two folding elements.
In still another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the folding mechanism includes a mounting seat 42a, a first folding rod 40 and a second folding rod 40, the mounting seat 42a is mounted on the upper portion of the machine body 2, the folding driving assembly 41 selects a linear driving mechanism, the linear driving mechanism and the sealing fusing mechanism are respectively mounted on the mounting seat 42a, the first folding rod 40 and the second folding rod 40 are respectively connected to the linear driving mechanism in a transmission manner, at least one of the first folding rod 40 and the second folding rod 40 is provided with a hollow structure into which the other is inserted, the first folding rod 40 and the second folding rod 40 are crosswise arranged below the paper dropping opening 31, in actual use, under the driving of the linear driving mechanism, the first folding rod 40 and the second folding rod 40 respectively move towards the sealing fusing mechanism to respectively close up the paper collecting bag 01 from two directions, preferably, the sealing fusing mechanism is mounted under a motor of a corner of the paper collecting box 3, wherein the linear driving mechanism can be matched with a screw driving mechanism, and the screw driving mechanism can also be matched with a screw nut.
In still another possible embodiment, the collecting mechanism includes a mounting seat 42a, a first collecting rod 40, a second collecting rod 40 and the collecting driving assembly 41, the collecting driving assembly 41 includes a transmission fluted disc 411 and a driving mechanism 410, the driving mechanism 410 is fixedly mounted on the mounting seat 42a, the transmission fluted disc 411 is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism 410, the middle of the transmission fluted disc 411 is hollowed out and forms a paper falling through hole 4111, wherein the driving mechanism 410 is a motor separately mounted on the mounting seat 42a, or is in transmission connection with a gear of the transmission mechanism of the paper shredder, a first end of the first collecting rod 40 is hinged with a first end of the second collecting rod 40, a second end of the first collecting rod 40 is in transmission connection with the transmission fluted disc 411, a second end of the second collecting rod 40 is fixedly connected with the mounting seat 42a, as shown in fig. 9, in a paper shredding state, the first collecting rod 40 and the second collecting rod 40 are arranged around the inner edge or the outer edge of the paper falling through hole 4111, as shown in fig. 10, in a packing state, the first collecting rod 40 is rotated around the first end of the paper falling through hole 4111, and the first collecting rod 40 is rotated around the first end of the first collecting rod 402, and the second collecting rod 40 is rotated around the first end of the first collecting rod 402, and the first end of the collecting rod is rotated around the first end of the paper falling through hole 4111.
In still another possible embodiment, the collecting mechanism includes a mounting seat 42a, a plurality of collecting rods 40 and a collecting driving assembly 41, the collecting driving assembly 41 includes a transmission fluted disc 411 and a driving mechanism 410, the driving mechanism 410 is fixedly mounted on the mounting seat 42a, the transmission fluted disc 411 is connected to the driving mechanism 410 in a transmission manner, the middle of the transmission fluted disc 411 is hollowed out to form a paper falling through hole 4111, a first end of each collecting rod 40 is provided with a collecting opening 400, a second end of each collecting rod 40 is provided with a rotating part 401, each rotating part 401 is respectively connected to the transmission fluted disc 411 in a transmission manner, as shown in fig. 11, in a shredding state, the collecting opening 400 of each collecting rod 40 is located at the inner edge or the outer edge of the paper falling through hole 4111, the collecting opening 400 of two adjacent collecting rods 40 are arranged at intervals or are overlapped up and down, in a closing packing state, as shown in fig. 12, the driving mechanism 410 cooperates with the transmission fluted disc 411 to drive each collecting rod 40 to rotate by a set angle, so that the collecting opening 400 of each collecting opening 40 forms a collecting opening 402, and the collecting bag 01 is collected in a paper collecting opening 402, and in a particular in a paper collecting opening shape, and a shape of the embodiment of the collecting opening is shown in the shape of the L7, or in the embodiment of the collecting opening is shown in the L.
