Description
Technical Field
the invention relates to a skin cell repairing spray, in particular to a skin cell repairing spray suitable for astronauts.
Background
After the breakthrough of manned technology is realized, the manned space engineering in China gradually enters the era of space stations, the time of the spaceman staying in the space is gradually increased, and the manned space technology also faces the problem of how to guarantee the long-term life of the spaceman in the space environment because the spaceman needs to face the severe environments of weightlessness, radiation, space-time disorder and the like in the space. Among them, the space radiation environment is an important cause of health hazards for astronauts, and has a great influence on safety of astronauts during tasks. The space environment radiation mainly comprises a Galaxy cosmic ray, solar high-energy particles and radiation zone particles in an abnormal region of the southern Atlantic region. Generally, a large amount of high-energy protons, electrons and heavy ions exist in the near-earth space where the astronaut is located, which can cause radiation injury to the astronaut in orbit, and especially when the astronaut leaves the capsule, the radiation can cause the accumulated dose in the astronaut to exceed the maximum safe radiation dose allowed in one year in a short time, which causes the injury to cells, tissues, organs and the like of the human body
research shows that the early effect of space radiation environment on human body is shown as direct damage caused by ionization, such as blood function reduction, skin erythema, depilation, reproductive dysfunction and the like, and usually the first symptoms appear in parts of digestive system, blood system, skin and the like. The skin, the largest organ of the human body, is in direct contact with the external environment and is one of the major target organs for the action of ultraviolet rays. In the space radiation environment, the skin damage degree mainly depends on the irradiation dose, the skin damage is more serious when the irradiation dose is larger, and if the irradiation dose reaches 400-800 rads, erythema can appear on the skin within hours to one day after irradiation. In order to reduce the damage of the space radiation environment to astronauts, physical shielding layers can be generally adopted for protection, such as bulkheads of spacecrafts, space suits and the like, and radiation protection medicines can be used for enhancing the capacity of resisting space radiation or improving the repair speed of radiation damage parts after the radiation protection medicines return to the earth.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the skin cell repairing spray suitable for astronauts, which is prepared by adopting chlorella extract and collagen amino acids as raw materials, is green and natural, is convenient to use, has no toxic or side effect, is particularly rich in active substances such as chlorella growth factors, collagen amino acids and the like, has the effects of sterilization, inflammation diminishing, oxidation resistance and the like, and can promote the repair of skin cells after light radiation damage.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
A skin cell repairing spray suitable for astronauts is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: chlorella extract, collagen amino acids, and ethanol.
As a preferred technical scheme, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 5 percent of chlorella extract, 0.1 to 5 percent of collagen amino acids and the balance of ethanol.
as a preferred technical scheme, the chlorella extract is prepared by adopting the following method:
1) Enzymolysis: mixing chlorella powder with warm water according to the feed liquid mass ratio of 1: 2-4 kg/kg, soaking for 2-4 h, adding pectinase and cellulase, and performing enzymolysis at the pH of 5-6 and the temperature of 25-30 ℃ for 30-60 min to obtain chlorella enzymatic hydrolysate; through the step, the cell wall structure of the chlorella powder can be destroyed by enzymolysis, and the release of intracellular nutritional active ingredients in the chlorella powder is facilitated;
2) High-pressure negative-pressure treatment: transferring the chlorella enzymolysis liquid into a high-pressure-resistant container, pressurizing to 80-200 MPa, then instantly reducing the pressure to 0.50-0.85 MPa within 2s, then centrifuging the chlorella enzymolysis liquid, and respectively collecting supernatant and lower-layer precipitates; specifically, this step may be performed by a differential pressure bulking device; by the high-pressure negative-pressure treatment in the step, the formed larger pressure difference inside and outside the cell can be utilized to enable the cytoplasm containing the active substances in the cell to flow rapidly, so that the extraction time of the active substances is reduced, and the yield of the chlorella extract is improved;
3) Low-temperature slow freezing-low-power intermittent microwave thawing treatment: slowly freezing the lower-layer precipitate at the temperature of-2 to-8 ℃, then freezing at the temperature of-18 to-60 ℃ for 12 to 36 hours, then carrying out low-power intermittent microwave thawing under the conditions that the microwave power is 0.1 to 1kw/kg, the microwave intermittent time is 10 to 30s and the microwave working time is 30 to 60s until the lower-layer precipitate is completely thawed, and collecting a thawing solution for later use; through the step, the active substances which are difficult to extract by the conventional method or the active ingredients remained in the waste (such as the lower layer sediment in the step 2) can be extracted and enriched along with the flowing of the unfrozen juice by utilizing the further damage of the plant tissue to the cells of the plant tissue in the slow freezing and unfreezing processes of the plant tissue, so that the yield of the chlorella extract can be greatly improved;
4) And (3) drying: mixing the supernatant obtained in the step (2) and the unfrozen liquid obtained in the step (3), concentrating and drying to obtain a chlorella extract;
In the steps, the combination of enzymolysis, high-pressure negative-pressure treatment, low-temperature slow freezing and low-power intermittent microwave thawing treatment can greatly improve the extraction yield and the content level of active ingredients of a final product so as to prepare a high-quality chlorella extract raw material.
Preferably, the collagen amino acids are amino acid products obtained by hydrolyzing collagen.
as a preferred technical scheme, the amino acid product comprises glycine, alanine, glutamic acid, arginine and cysteine.
Preferably, the collagen amino acids are prepared by the following method: dissolving collagen with warm water according to the mass ratio of 1: 5-7 of feed liquid, adding pepsin, trypsin and proteinase K, and carrying out heat preservation and enzymolysis for 2-4 hours at the temperature of 30-35 ℃; then treating the enzymolysis liquid for 2-3 times at 150-200 MPa by adopting a nano collider, and inactivating enzyme by utilizing ultrahigh pressure and further hydrolyzing the polypeptide in the hydrolysis liquid; and then, carrying out ultrafiltration by adopting an ultrafiltration membrane with the molecular weight cutoff of 2 ten thousand daltons, collecting filtrate for dialysis, and carrying out freeze drying on a dialyzed product to obtain the collagen amino acid.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the collagen is deep sea fish skin collagen.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The product of the invention is rich in chlorella growth factors, which are also called chlorella essence, are cell active substances, comprise amino acids, nucleic acids, polysaccharides, polypeptides, proteins, enzymes, vitamins, mineral substances and 'mysterious components', are called 'hormone-like', and have the functions of activating lymphocytes, enhancing the immunity of human bodies, activating human cells, promoting the repair of injured tissues of human bodies, resisting ultraviolet injury to skin and the like; the collagen amino acid as another active substance in the product can promote the repair of damaged skin, delay skin aging, accelerate wound healing and improve skin appearance; therefore, the product of the invention can be used for daily skin care such as sterilization, inflammation diminishing, oxidation resisting and the like, and can also be used for repairing skin cells damaged by ultraviolet radiation and the like.
2) The product of the invention is a spray product which takes natural, green and safe chlorella extract and collagen amino acids as raw materials and takes ethanol as a carrier, and the spray product does not contain antiseptic and hormone components, is mild, has no stimulation to skin, is convenient to use and has long storage time.
