技术领域
本发明涉及童鞋领域，具体的涉及一种儿童0型腿矫正鞋及其制作方法。
背景技术
0型腿，医学上称为膝内翻。以两下肢自然伸直或站立时，两足内踝能相碰而两膝不能靠拢为主要表现的畸形疾病。走路外八字脚、稍息姿势站立、长期穿高跟鞋、盘坐、跪坐、蹲马步等等，会给膝关节向外的力量，而这种力量会牵拉膝关节外侧副韧带，长期如此，就会导致膝关节外侧副韧带松弛。膝关节内外侧副韧带是膝关节内外侧角度的稳定结构。当外侧副韧带松弛的情况下，内侧副韧带偏大的力量就会牵拉小腿胫骨向内侧旋转，形成膝内翻。0型腿除了适当的锻炼可以一定程度上进行矫正。尤其是对于儿童，尽早的矫正可以有效减少由0型腿引起的其他足部和腿部炎症。现有的适用于儿童的鞋子并未有针对0型腿进行矫正的产品，有鉴于此，本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种儿童0型腿矫正鞋及其制作方法，以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案如下：一种儿童0型腿矫正鞋，包括鞋帮、鞋底和鞋垫，其特征在于：所述鞋底包括鞋底外框和嵌入鞋底外框内的可更换的内底，所述鞋底外框的底部开设有多个通孔，所述内底的底部设有与通孔相配合的耐磨橡胶凸起，所述鞋帮包括上鞋帮和下鞋帮，所述下鞋帮与鞋底外框胶粘，所述上鞋帮和下鞋帮之间通过拉链连接，所述鞋帮内侧设有防侧倾护板，该侧护板包括与内底连接的横板、与鞋帮左内侧连接的左侧板和与鞋帮右内侧连接的右侧板，所述左侧板和右侧板贴合足部的内侧附着有乳胶材料层，所述鞋帮的后部设有中空U型后跟杯，所述鞋垫包括亲肤面层、纤维编织层和弹性层，纤维编织层在足弓部位形成双层结构，所述鞋垫往足部内侧下斜，弹性层的材料为类聚胶高弹聚脂，所述纤维编织层和弹性层在第一趾骨部位、第二趾骨部位和后跟均设有乳胶垫。
优选的，所述鞋底外框为由TPU材料制成的顶部设有开口的中空结构。
优选的，所述鞋底外框和内底的侧面在相对应的位置嵌入内螺母，所述鞋底外框和内底通过与内螺母配合的螺钉固定连接。

a、鞋帮成型，根据尺寸要求裁剪帮料，并缝制、绷帮成型；
b、鞋底成型，通过注塑成型鞋底各部件，并组装拼合成鞋底；
c、帮底粘合，进行帮脚处理、帮底刷胶、粘合干燥；
d、鞋垫制作，下料裁剪鞋垫的各部件材料，在纤维编织层和弹性层的第一趾骨部位、第二趾骨部位和后跟嵌入乳胶垫，然后将亲肤面层、纤维编织层和弹性层依次进行胶粘；
e、组装，将鞋垫装入鞋帮内，并进行成鞋装饰与包装。
由上述描述可知，本发明提供的儿童0型腿矫正鞋及其制作方法具有如下有益效果：可以调整鞋底的倾斜度，从而矫正站姿，缓冲身体运动过程中的足部负荷、吸收底面对足底的冲击力，延长行走行程，降低足部疲劳感，缓解足底、膝盖和背部等处的疼痛感；鞋垫包括亲肤面层、纤维编织层和弹性层，纤维编织层和弹性层在第一趾骨部位、第二趾骨部位和后跟均设有乳胶垫，能有效减小地面冲击，舒适贴脚；可以根据不同的路面和使用环境更换不同的鞋底；防侧倾护板能够有效防止运动的过程中脚腕拉伤；中空U型后跟杯设有空气夹层和弹性缓冲材质，有效增强后跟支撑。

以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图所示，本发明所述的儿童0型腿矫正鞋，包括鞋帮1、鞋底2和鞋垫3，矫正鞋的左右脚呈对称设计，附图所示为右脚的结构，左脚的结构与右脚对称。
所述鞋底2包括鞋底外框21和嵌入鞋底外框21内的可更换的内底22，所述鞋底外框21的底部开设有多个通孔211，所述内底22的底部设有与通孔211 相配合的耐磨橡胶凸起221，所述鞋帮1包括上鞋帮11和下鞋帮12，所述下鞋帮12与鞋底外框21胶粘，所述上鞋帮11和下鞋帮12之间通过拉链13连接，所述鞋帮1内侧设有防侧倾护板4，该侧护板包括与内底22连接的横板41、与鞋帮1左内侧连接的左侧板42和与鞋帮1右内侧连接的右侧板43，所述左侧板 42和右侧板43贴合足部的内侧附着有乳胶材料层，所述鞋帮1的后部设有中空 U型后跟杯5，所述鞋垫3包括亲肤面层、纤维编织层和弹性层，纤维编织层在足弓部位形成双层结构，所述鞋垫3往足部内侧下斜，下斜角度根据患者腿的变形程度调整，一般为2-10度，弹性层的材料为类聚胶高弹聚脂，所述纤维编织层和弹性层在第一趾骨部位、第二趾骨部位和后跟均设有乳胶垫31。
所述鞋底外框21为由TPU材料制成的顶部设有开口的中空结构。
所述鞋底外框21和内底22的侧面在相对应的位置嵌入内螺母23，内螺母 23在左右两侧各设有多个，所述鞋底外框21和内底22通过与内螺母23配合的螺钉24固定连接。
所述上鞋帮11和下鞋帮12的前部通过布料连接、后部通过拉链13连接，更换内底22时，松开螺钉24，拉开拉链13，掀开上鞋帮11，取出内底22并跟换新的内底22，根据使用场所不同更换不同内底22，比如踢足球可选用内底22 带钉、跑步可选用耐磨橡胶凸起221防滑性更好的。
所述防侧倾护板4的左侧板42和右侧板43设有透气孔(未图示)。
所述上鞋帮11的左内侧和右内侧设有与防侧倾护板4的左侧板42和右侧板43配合的内兜(未图示)，所述左侧板42和右侧板43***所述内兜,所述内底22设有T型截面的卡槽222，所述防侧倾护板4横板41卡设于卡槽222内。
所述中空U型后跟杯5设有空气夹层，所述中空U型后跟杯5内侧附着弹性缓冲材质。
所述鞋垫3还包括设置于弹性层底部的斜度调整层，所述斜度调整层包括弹性布罩和设置于弹性布罩内的多个楔形块32，多个楔形块32对垒和配合可以调整不同的角度。
所述楔形块32由热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶制成。
根据上述的儿童0型腿矫正鞋及其制作方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤:
a、鞋帮1成型，根据尺寸要求裁剪帮料，并缝制、绷帮成型；
b、鞋底2成型，通过注塑成型鞋底2各部件，并组装拼合成鞋底2；
c、帮底粘合，进行帮脚处理、帮底刷胶、粘合干燥；
d、鞋垫3制作，下料裁剪鞋垫3的各部件材料，在纤维编织层和弹性层的第一趾骨部位、第二趾骨部位和后跟嵌入乳胶垫31，然后将亲肤面层、纤维编织层和弹性层依次进行胶粘；
e、组装，将鞋垫3装入鞋帮1内，并进行成鞋装饰与包装。

1.一种儿童0型腿矫正鞋，包括鞋帮、鞋底和鞋垫，其特征在于：所述鞋底包括鞋底外框和嵌入鞋底外框内的可更换的内底，所述鞋底外框的底部开设有多个通孔，所述内底的底部设有与通孔相配合的耐磨橡胶凸起，所述鞋帮包括上鞋帮和下鞋帮，所述下鞋帮与鞋底外框胶粘，所述上鞋帮和下鞋帮之间通过拉链连接，所述鞋帮内侧设有防侧倾护板，该侧护板包括与内底连接的横板、与鞋帮左内侧连接的左侧板和与鞋帮右内侧连接的右侧板，所述左侧板和右侧板贴合足部的内侧附着有乳胶材料层，所述鞋帮的后部设有中空U型后跟杯，所述鞋垫包括亲肤面层、纤维编织层和弹性层，纤维编织层在足弓部位形成双层结构，所述鞋垫往足部内侧下斜，弹性层的材料为类聚胶高弹聚脂，所述纤维编织层和弹性层在第一趾骨部位、第二趾骨部位和后跟均设有乳胶垫。
