本发明涉及一种电子装置。
背景技术
电子装置的多元使用情境与多工操作模式已成为常态,各个应用软件或是***功能之间的操作让使用者的输入行为更加复杂。此时,若是使用传统键盘进行操作,则容易造成使用者关注混乱与注意力降低,进而影响作业效率并容易产生操作错误。
发明内容
本发明提供一电子装置。此电子装置包含一触控输入单元、一显示单元与一控制单元。其中,触控输入单元具有一第一预设输入功能。显示单元是用以显示一预设界面与一第一界面。第一界面是对应于该第一预设输入功能。控制单元是电性连接触控输入单元与显示单元,以控制显示单元由预设界面切换至第一界面。
本发明所提供的电子装置可以将触控输入与传统输入装置(如键盘)有效整合。通过显示单元显示对应于触控输入功能的界面,可以简化输入装置上所需印制的图标、提供使用者更明确的指示。此外,本发明并可以减少使用者反复使用多种输入装置时,界面跳跃所造成的混乱,以提供使用者更直觉的界面互动。
本发明所采用的具体实施例,将通过以下的实施例及附图作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
下面将结合示意图对本发明的具体实施方式进行更详细的描述。根据下列描述和权利要求,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
图1是本发明具触控输入功能的电子装置一实施例的方框示意图。图2是本发明具触控输入功能的电子装置一实施例的结构示意图。在此是以一笔记本电脑为例说明本发明。
如图中所示,此电子装置100包含一触控输入单元120、一键盘输入模块130、一显示单元140、一控制单元160与一触控界面切换单元180。
键盘输入模块130,例如一标准键盘,是用以供使用者输入数据。触控输入单元120是呈长条状或长链状,位于键盘输入模块130的按键区域130a的上方,邻近于显示单元140的下缘。值得注意的是,本发明的触控输入单元120的外型与配置位置不限于此,也不限于必须整合于键盘输入模块130内。举例来说,此触控输入模块120可以是一独立装置,可分离地连接至键盘输入模块130,或是直接整合于显示单元140的外框。
触控输入单元120是由控制单元160赋予一第一预设输入功能。使用者可利用触控方式,通过此触控输入单元120,执行此第一预设输入功能。就一实施例而言,此触控输入单元120可取代一般标准键盘最上方列的按键,即按键Esc,F1,F2…F12,Pause,Del。也就是说,前述第一预设输入功能即为传统键盘中最上方列的按键的功能。不过,本发明并不限于此。触控输入单元120亦可被赋予其他输入功能,如屏幕亮度、键盘亮度、音量调整、设定等功能。
此触控输入单元120具有触控感测器,位于触控面的下方,以侦测使用者的按压动作。此触控感测器可以是电容式感测器、电阻式感测器、压力感测器(force-sensingresistor,FSR)或是超音波感测器等可用以侦测使用者压按或接触动作的感测元件。这些触控侦测技术为本技术领域所现有,在此不予赘述。
显示单元140是用以显示用户界面(user interface,UI,使用者介面),供使用者通过触控输入单元120、键盘输入模块130进行操作。在本实施例中,显示单元140可选择性地显示一预设(default)界面A0与一第一界面A1。预设界面A0是电子装置100启动后,未经界面切换动作时所显示的界面。第一界面A1是对应于前述触控输入单元120的第一预设输入功能的操作界面。预设界面A0可以是Windows,iOS,Android等操作***的预设用户界面。第一界面A1的具体实施例在后续对应于图3的章节会有更详细的说明。
控制单元160是电性连接触控输入单元120、显示单元140与触控界面切换单元180。控制单元160是接收来自触控输入单元120的输入信号并依据前述第一预设输入功能产生相对应的操作。
触控界面切换单元180是用以产生一切换信号S1,通知控制单元160控制显示单元140由预设界面A0切换至对应于第一预设输入功能的第一界面A1。此触控界面切换单元180可以是键盘输入模块130的一特定按键(如按键Fn),鼠标或是位于显示单元140的触控元件。借此,使用者通过对于触控界面切换单元180的操作,即可控制显示单元140显示第一界面A1,以利于使用者通过触控输入单元120执行第一预设输入功能。此部分在后续对应于第一界面A1的章节会有更详细的说明。
虽然在本实施例中,触控输入单元120仅赋予第一预设输入功能。不过,本发明并不限于此。依据实际使用的需求,可通过控制单元160另外赋予触控输入单元120一第二预设输入功能,供使用者切换使用,以提供更多样化的操作。举例来说,前述第一预设输入功能可以是传统键盘中最上方列的按键的功能(主要就是功能键F1,F2…F12)。第二预设输入功能则可以是如屏幕亮度、键盘亮度、音量调整、设定等功能。
图3是本发明具触控输入功能的电子装置的触控输入单元120与其对应的第一界面A1一实施例的示意图。如图中所示,此第一界面A1具有一工具列(toolbar)400位于显示单元140的下缘,邻近于触控输入单元120。此工具列400具有至少一图示(icon)420,以提示使用者位于工具列400下方处的触控输入单元120的功能。
在本实施例中,此工具列400具有的图示420的数量是对应于触控输入单元120的触控按键122的数量,触控输入单元120具有多个光标124以标示各个触控按键的位置,这些光标可以是实心圆点,亦可以为空心圆点,方形点等各种不同设计。
此外,各个图示420的位置是对准相对应的触控按键122。不过,本发明并不限于此。依据实际使用需要,工具列400所具有的图示420数量亦可少于触控输入单元120的触控按键122的数量,以提示使用者这些触控按键122中具有重要性或是功能已启动的触控按键122。
此外,本发明可通过改变第一界面A1上的对应图示,达到提示使用者的目的,而不需要在触控按键122上增加额外的图标,因而可避免使用者操作上的混淆。
本实施例的触控输入单元120具有光标124标示触控按键122的位置,可以取代传统键盘中的图标,如F1,F2…F12等。不过,本发明并不限于此。举例来说,依据实际使用需要,若是需要赋予触控按键122多种功能,触控输入单元120的表面可标示触控按键122的其中一种预设输入功能,第一界面A1则可用以标示触控按键122的其他预设输入功能。
图4是本发明具触控输入功能的电子装置200另一实施例的方框示意图。一实施例中,在第一界面A1的操作模式下,为了提供使用者更直觉的操作,若是触控输入单元220被触发而产生一进阶界面信号S2时,控制单元260随即赋予触控输入单元220一进阶预设输入功能,并控制显示单元240显示一相对应的第二界面A2a或A2b,以利于使用者通过触控输入单元220执行此进阶预设输入功能。
图5是本发明具触控输入功能的电子装置的触控输入单元220与其对应的第二界面A2a一实施例的示意图。图6是本发明具触控输入功能的电子装置的触控输入单元220与其对应的第二界面A2b另一实施例的示意图。
请参照图4和图5,在第一界面A1的操作模式下,当使用者压按触控输入单元220中,对应于亮度或音量调整的触控按键122时,如键盘亮度、屏幕亮度与音量调整等按键(亦即对应于进阶界面信号S2),控制单元260随即控制显示单元240显示相对应的第二界面A2a,以带出一滑轨操作界面282,同时,触控输入单元220也会被切换至相对应的进阶预设输入功能,供使用者以模拟方式进行数字调整(亦即,使用者可通过拖动滑轨调整亮度或音量高低)。
请参照图4和图6,在第一界面A1的操作模式下,当使用者压按触控输入单元220中,对应于影音拨放的按键时(亦即对应于进阶界面信号S2),控制单元260随即控制显示单元240显示相对应的第二界面A2b,带出一选单284与一功能操作列286,同时,触控输入单元220也会被切换至相对应的进阶预设输入功能,供使用者进行选择与操作。就一实施例而言,此进阶预设输入功能可区分使用者的不同的压按动作,如单点短时间、单点长时间等,启动不同的操作功能。
前述实施例是在第一界面A1的操作下,赋予触控输入单元220二种不同的进阶预设输入功能,并显示相对应的第二界面A2a,A2b。不过,本发明并不限于此。依据实际需求,亦可在第一界面A1的操作下,赋予触控输入单元220更多类型或是更多层次的输入功能,并控制显示单元240显示相对应的界面以利于使用者进行操作。
图7是本发明具触控输入功能的电子装置300又一实施例的方框示意图。本实施例与图1的实施例的主要差异在于,本实施例的触控输入单元320可由控制单元160选择性地赋予默认预设输入功能与第一预设输入功能。默认预设输入功能不同于第一预设输入功能。举例来说,若是默认预设输入功能则是对应于传统键盘中最上方列的按键,即按键Esc,F1,F2…F12,Pause,Del,的功能,第一预设输入功能则可对应于显示亮度、键盘亮度、音量调整、设定等功能。
默认预设输入功能是此电子装置300的默认(default)输入功能,亦即在使用者未通过触控界面切换单元180控制显示单元140由预设界面A0切换至第一界面A1时由触控输入单元320所执行的输入功能。
使用者通过触控界面切换单元180的操作,例如压按键盘输入模块130的特定按键,可触发控制单元160切换至第一预设输入功能以控制触控输入单元320的运行,并控制显示单元140显示相对应的第一界面A1,以利于使用者进行操作。本实施例的其他部分是类似于前述图1的实施例,在此不予赘述。
前述实施例是在第一预设输入功能外,另外具有默认预设输入功能,直接套用电子装置的预设界面。就一实施例而言,此电子装置的触控输入单元320上是标示有图标,以提示使用者触控输入单元320对应的默认预设输入功能。
本发明所提供的电子装置可以将触控输入与传统输入装置(如键盘)有效整合。通过显示单元显示对应于触控输入功能的界面,可以简化输入装置上所需印制的图标、提供使用者更明确的指示以及提供使用者更直觉的界面互动。
虽然本发明已以实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的变动与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (7)

1.一电子装置,其特征是,包含:
触控输入单元,具有第一预设输入功能,多个进阶预设输入功能和多个触控按键;
显示单元,用以显示预设界面,第一界面或多个第二界面之一,第一界面包括具有多个图示的工具列,上述第一界面是对应于上述第一预设输入功能,上述这些第二界面分别对应于上述这些进阶预设输入功能;以及
控制单元,电性连接上述触控输入单元与上述显示单元,用以控制上述显示单元及上述触控输入单元;及
触控界面切换单元,用以产生切换信号,通知上述控制单元控制上述显示单元由上述预设界面切换至上述第一界面;
其中当显示单元显示上述预设界面时,若上述触控界面切换单元产生上述切换信号,上述显示单元显示上述第一界面,上述触控输入单元执行上述第一预设输入功能,
当上述显示单元显示上述第一界面且上述这些触控按键之一被按压时,上述控制单元控制上述显示单元显示对应的上述第二界面,且上述触控输入单元切换至相应的上述进阶预设输入功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征是,其中,上述触控输入单元具有第二预设输入功能,上述控制单元是用以控制上述触控输入单元执行上述第一预设输入功能或上述第二预设输入功能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征是,还包括键盘输入模块,上述触控输入单元位于上述键盘输入模块的按键区域的上缘。
