Abstract

The invention provides a server device, which comprises a frame, a main board module arranged in the frame and a plurality of locking pieces. The main board module comprises a bearing frame which can be arranged in the frame in a detachable mode and a main board unit which is arranged on the bearing frame. The bearing frame is provided with a tray and a plurality of fixing pieces penetrating through the tray. Each fixing piece is provided with a base and a fixing column penetrating through the tray. Each base has a rolling portion that can roll relative to the frame. The locking parts respectively penetrate through the main board unit and can be locked into the fixing columns of the fixing parts, and the main board unit is fixed on the tray. The tray 210 of the support 21 has a base plate 211 and two side plates 212 extending from the base plate 211 in a direction away from the base plate 211. The base plate 211 and the side plate 212 together define a receiving space 21a for receiving the motherboard unit 22, and the fixing members 213 respectively penetrate the base plate 211. The locking member 3 locks the motherboard unit 22 on the base 211 of the tray 210.
When in installation, the locking piece 3 is firstly utilized to respectively pass through each locking hole 221 of the motherboard unit 22 and locked in the screw hole 215b of each fixing column 215 of the bearing frame 21, so that the motherboard unit 22 is locked on the base plate 211 of the tray 210 of the bearing frame 21. Then, the bearing frame 21 is combined with the layer plate 11 of the frame 1 and pushed into the frame 1. When the supporting frame 21 is combined with the layer 11, the rolling part 216 of the base 214 of the fixing piece 213 is abutted against the layer 11, so that the substrate 211 of the tray 210 is not directly abutted against the layer 11. The rolling part 216 of the fixing member 213 can roll relative to the laminate 11, and the rolling part 216 of the positioning member 217 can roll relative to the laminate 11, so as to effectively avoid damage caused by direct contact friction between the substrate 211 of the tray 210 and the laminate 11. In the present embodiment, the rolling portion 216 of the fixing member 213 provided on the supporting frame 21 can roll relative to the laminate 11, but not limited thereto, and the supporting frame 21 may have only one fixing member 213 to enable the rolling portion 216 of the fixing member 213 to roll relative to the laminate 11 according to practical production requirements, so as to reduce the problem of direct contact friction between the substrate 211 of the tray 210 and the laminate 11.
When the motherboard unit 22 needs to be repaired or replaced, the tray 210 combined with the motherboard unit 22 to be repaired is moved out of the frame 1 in a direction away from the frame 1, so that subsequent maintenance operations can be performed, and the substrate 211 of the tray 210 does not directly contact with the laminate 11 during the process of moving out or pushing in the tray 210 into the frame 1, but rolls relative to the laminate 11 through the rolling part 216 of the base 214 of the fixing member 213 of the tray 210, so that the problems of scrap iron and the like generated due to abrasion of the substrate 211 or the laminate 11 caused by direct friction of the substrate 211 of the tray 210 in the process of moving out or pushing in the frame 1 in the past are effectively improved. In the present embodiment, the rolling portions 216 are embedded in the base 214 and the base 218, and the rolling portions are in point contact with the laminate 11, so that the friction force during the moving process is effectively reduced, but not limited thereto, compared with the conventional problem of direct contact friction damage between the substrate 211 and the laminate 11.
In summary, in the server apparatus of the present invention, when the tray 210 of the supporting frame 21 moves away from the frame 1, the rolling portion 216 of the base 214 of each fixing member 213 can roll relative to the frame 1, so that a user can easily move the tray 210 to be moved out of the frame 1, and the problem caused by excessive friction of the tray 210 directly against the frame 1 can be effectively avoided, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.
