When the temperature of the air in the roller reaches 40 ℃, the ozone generator, the negative ion generator and the fan start to work, and the fan enables the air in the machine body to carry out inner circulation. The heat pump also begins to work, and novel heat pump formula drying system forces the running water valve in cooling water route to open when freon pressure is too high, and cold water flows through the high temperature liquid storage pot, takes away the heat of refrigerant, lets the pressure of compressor refrigerant keep in safety range. The damp and hot air evaporated from the clothes by heating is pumped out from the rear cover of the second roller under the action of the second fan, passes through the pipeline, the air inlet pipe of the second fan, the humidity sensor and the refrigeration evaporator in sequence, is condensed into liquid in the refrigeration evaporator, then flows into the oil-water separator, and the dry cleaning solvent or tap water drops are separated by the oil-water separator. The running water after the oil-water separation is directly discharged out of the washing machine through a drain pipe, and the dry cleaning agent after the oil-water separation is recovered into the dry cleaning solvent storage box through an oil return pipe connected with the dry cleaning solvent storage box. The dry cold air after condensation and liquid removal continues to move forward, ozone molecules for sterilization and negative ion electrons for static removal are given by an ozone generator and a negative ion generator in the air passage, then the cold air is heated by the condenser fins for heating and then becomes hot air, and the hot air is directly blown to the surface of clothes in the rotating cage from an air inlet above the second door curtain to take away wet and hot steam on the surface of the clothes. The clothes are repeatedly circulated, so that the aim of dehydrating and drying the clothes can be fulfilled. A humidity sensor in the air duct senses the water content in the air flowing through the air duct, and the steam generator stops heating after the air is detected to be dried. After drying, the procedure enters a deodorization and cooling link; the control system can open the air suction electronic valve at the low-pressure end to suck the fresh air at normal temperature. The electronic valve of the high-pressure end exhaust port is opened at the same time. The tail end of the electronic valve is provided with an activated carbon odor removing tank which can discharge high-temperature gas and simultaneously prevent odor of dry cleaning solvent or ozone from attaching to clothes fibers and diffusing in indoor space. (particularly, when the clothes are washed by water, washed by steam and independently dried, three modes of external discharge open drying, internal circulation liquid cooling drying or full closed loop heat pump drying can be selected, but the fixed mode is the full closed loop heat pump drying mode after the dry cleaning is finished), when the air temperature in the cylinder body is reduced to 40 ℃, the machine automatically finishes drying, the door plate is unlocked, the clothes can be taken out and directly stored or worn, and the clothes do not need to be aired. Thus, the function of quickly drying and sterilizing the clothes is realized. After dry cleaning and drying, and taking out the clothes, the program will execute the self-cleaning function of the machine.
Distilling, purifying and regenerating the dry cleaning solvent; the whole process is a totally closed cycle. When the impurities of the dry cleaning liquid are excessive, the water quality sensor at the bottom of the dry cleaning liquid storage box can prompt the dry cleaning liquid to be distilled and purified on an operation interface. At this point, there is no laundry in the machine. When the button for starting distillation purification of the machine is clicked, the machine performs the following actions: the oil discharge valve and the top oil inlet valve of the dry cleaning solvent box are opened simultaneously, the oil pump is started to completely pump the dry cleaning solvent in the dry cleaning solvent storage box into the roller shell, the oil outlet valve and the oil inlet valve are closed, and the motor stops pumping. The steam generator starts to heat, when the temperature in the roller reaches 40 ℃, the fan and the heat pump start to operate, gas after the solvent is distilled and gasified is pumped out from the rear part, wet and hot dry cleaning solvent gas can be liquefied when meeting cold when passing through the evaporator fins, the dry cleaning solvent after purification is guided back to the dry cleaning solvent storage tank for storage through the oil-water separator at the bottom, and waste water flows to the drain pipe. The dry cold air after liquid removal continues to move forwards, is heated when flowing through the fins of the condenser in the air duct, and is blown into the barrel from the door curtain at the front part. When the temperature in the drum shell reaches 130 ℃, the steam generator is intermittently heated, the temperature in the distillation box body is kept between 130 and 180 ℃, and the high temperature can ensure that the dry cleaning solvent is continuously boiled and evaporated. Meanwhile, the rotating cage can rotate forward and backward, so that the effect of stirring the dry cleaning solvent is achieved, and the evaporation speed of the solvent is increased. When the humidity sensor in the air duct senses that the air flowing through the air duct is dry, the evaporation action of distillation purification is finished. At the moment, the machine enters a procedure of cleaning solid dirt remained on the four walls of the cylinder after the running water evaporates to clean the dry cleaning liquid. At the moment, tap water only enters from the pipeline of the fan filter screen, and the lint dust on the air duct filter screen can be washed clean. Stopping water inflow when the water inflow height just exceeds the bottom of the roller by 10 mm upwards, controlling the temperature of the steam generator to be between 80 and 100 ℃ when water flows in, rotating the roller, vibrating the ultrasonic vibrator, operating the circulating fan, operating the ozone generator and operating the ultrasonic waves. After a duration of 2 minutes, the self-cleaning process was complete. And after the heating of the steam generator is stopped, the ozone is stopped, the negative ions are stopped, the fan continues to circulate, and the roller continues to rotate. Normal temperature tap water is pressurized by a high-pressure water pump and then is sprayed out from a front nozzle of a heat pump evaporator fin, so that fine dust on the evaporator fin is washed away, and meanwhile, the temperature of hot air flowing through is reduced. The flushed tap water and dust are communicated to the drainage pipe of the oil-water separator through the water dividing valve in the oil-water separator and then flow into the sewer pipeline. And when the temperature in the roller is reduced to 40 ℃ continuously, the high-pressure water of the fin cleaning pipeline stops spraying water for washing, a drain valve at the bottom of the roller is opened, and the wastewater is discharged into a sewer pipeline. After the water is drained, the rotation of the roller is stopped, and the fan is stopped after continuously running for 1 minute. After the program is finished, the door lock is unlocked, and the machine completes the distillation purification of the dry cleaning solvent and the self-cleaning disinfection of the roller after the dry cleaning.
In particular, the heat source is from the electric resistance heating tube in the steam generator and the electromagnetic coil of the casing when the machine is in the process of dry cleaning or water washing. The heat source heats the tap water inside and then the purpose of heating the liquid and the gas of the roller is realized through heat conduction. Steam generator all can self-checking water level when starting at every turn, and water pump automatic water supply. The control of the temperature in the drum is realized by controlling a pressure sensor of a steam generator through an air temperature sensor above the washing drum, and controlling the heating and stopping of an electric heating pipe or an electromagnetic coil of the steam generator through the pressure sensor so as to keep the temperature in the drum shell within a range set by a program. When the pressure of the steam generator exceeds 0.5mpa, the safety valve can forcibly release the pressure, so that no danger can occur.
No matter in the dry cleaning or water washing process, in order to enable the dry cleaning or water washing to be cleaner and faster, the ultrasonic transducer at the bottom of the water accumulation plate can be opened for cleaning harder articles such as shoes or leather bags which are easy to be damaged, the articles in the roller are cleaned by ultrasonic, air cannons generated by the ultrasonic transducer can directly break stains by themselves, and damage to the articles caused by the rotation of the roller cage is avoided.
