The invention discloses an automatic unloading device of a multi-station turntable and a self-unloading multi-station turntable, wherein the automatic unloading device comprises a workpiece jacking mechanism arranged on one side of the multi-station turntable in a sliding manner and a chute connected with the workpiece jacking mechanism; the workpiece fixed on the multi-station turntable rotates to the blanking area after being processed, the workpiece jacking mechanism slides to the position right below the blanking area and jacks the workpiece to the chute side, and the workpiece is jacked to the chute and then slides to the material arranging area along the chute. The automatic blanking device is integrally assembled, can be integrally integrated into an automatic production line or automatic equipment, and has high automation degree, good device adaptability and flexibility; the safety accidents possibly occurring during manual blanking are avoided, the time of manual blanking is saved, and the safety coefficient and the production efficiency are greatly improved.

The robot also needs follow-up equipment to cooperate with operation to carry out operations such as blanking. The existing blanking mode mainly comprises manual blanking, mechanical hand blanking and the like. The manual blanking consumes manpower and has lower working efficiency; the manipulator blanking work occasions are limited, for example, the manipulator is difficult to spread in a closed space.

Further, the workpiece jacking mechanism mainly comprises a jacking cylinder, a connecting piece fixed at the end part of the jacking cylinder and a blanking piece fixed at the top of the connecting piece, wherein one end of the blanking piece is hinged with the connecting piece through a tension spring, and the other end of the blanking piece is a free end and faces the chute; and a limiting baffle plate is arranged on one side of the chute, which is close to the workpiece jacking mechanism, and is used for limiting the upward movement of the free end of the blanking piece.
Further, the connecting piece comprises a flat plate fixed at the top of the jacking air cylinder and support columns symmetrically arranged on the flat plate, and blanking pieces are fixed on the two support columns.
Further, the chute comprises a first chute fixedly connected with the workpiece jacking mechanism and a second chute fixed on the floor, the first chute moves relative to the second chute along with the sliding of the workpiece jacking mechanism, and in a discharging state, the first chute is in seamless connection with the second chute.
The invention also protects a self-blanking multi-station rotary table, which comprises a multi-station rotary table and a driving assembly thereof, wherein one side of the multi-station rotary table is provided with the automatic blanking device in a sliding manner; through holes for the workpiece jacking mechanism to pass through are formed in each station of the multi-station turntable, and a plurality of threaded mounting holes are formed in the periphery of each through hole and used for detachably mounting different workpiece clamps.
Further, a pressing plate is arranged above the multi-station turntable, and the pressing plate moves up and down relatively to the multi-station turntable through a pressing plate cylinder; the pressing plate is characterized in that pressing rods are downwards arranged on the periphery of the pressing plate, and weight reducing holes are uniformly distributed on the pressing plate.

The embodiments were chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
Example 1
The invention provides an automatic blanking device of a multi-station turntable, which is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and comprises a workpiece jacking mechanism arranged on one side of the multi-station turntable in a sliding manner and a chute connected with the workpiece jacking mechanism; the workpiece fixed on the multi-station turntable rotates to the blanking area after being processed, the workpiece jacking mechanism slides to the position right below the blanking area and jacks the workpiece to the side of the chute, the workpiece is jacked to the chute and then slides down to the material arranging area along the chute, an operator does not need to approach the processing area, the blanking operation space is not limited, and the tail of the chute is directly extended out in the closed operation area.
The workpiece jacking mechanism mainly comprises a jacking cylinder 14, a connecting piece 15 fixed at the end part of the jacking cylinder and a blanking piece 16 fixed at the top of the connecting piece, wherein one end of the blanking piece 16 is hinged with the connecting piece 15 through a tension spring 20, and the other end of the blanking piece is a free end and faces the chute; and a limiting baffle 17 is arranged on one side of the chute, which is close to the workpiece jacking mechanism, and is used for limiting the upward movement of the free end of the blanking piece 16. The free end of the blanking member is limited by the limiting baffle, and the jacking cylinder moves upwards, so that the blanking plate inclines to the chute side, and a workpiece is dragged into the chute. In this embodiment, the blanking plate is approximately zigzag.
In order to improve the blanking stability, the connecting piece 15 is composed of a flat plate fixed on the top of the jacking cylinder and supporting columns symmetrically arranged on the flat plate, and blanking pieces 16 are fixed on the two supporting columns.
The chute comprises a first chute 18 fixedly connected with a workpiece jacking mechanism and a second chute 19 fixed on the floor, wherein the first chute 18 moves relative to the second chute 19 along with the sliding of the workpiece jacking mechanism, and in a discharging state, the first chute 18 is in seamless connection with the second chute 19.
The workpiece jacking mechanism is arranged in a sliding manner relative to the multi-station turntable, so that the workpiece jacking mechanism is prevented from interfering with machining operation. During processing, the workpiece lifting mechanism is pushed away from the multi-station turntable by pushing the air cylinder 10, as shown in fig. 3. The jacking cylinder 14 is fixed on the jacking frame 12 through a cylinder adjusting plate 13, and the jacking frame 12 is fixed on the bottom plate 9 through a sliding rail 11.
Example 2
The automatic blanking multi-station turntable comprises a multi-station turntable 5 and a driving assembly thereof, wherein an automatic blanking device in the embodiment 1 is arranged on one side of the multi-station turntable in a sliding manner; through holes for the workpiece jacking mechanism to pass through are formed in each station of the multi-station turntable, and a plurality of threaded mounting holes are formed in the periphery of each through hole and used for detachably mounting different workpiece clamps. The through holes are matched and arranged according to the blanking plate structure of the jacking mechanism.
The multi-station turntable driving assembly comprises a base 1 fixed on a bottom plate 9, a rotating motor 3 fixed in the base, a speed reducer 2 connected with the rotating motor and a flange 4 connected with the speed reducer, and the multi-station turntable 5 is fixedly connected to the flange.
The multi-station turntable is characterized in that a pressing plate 7 for stabilizing a workpiece is arranged above the multi-station turntable, the pressing plate moves up and down relatively to the multi-station turntable through a pressing plate cylinder 6, and the pressing plate cylinder 6 is fixed on the base.
For further fixing the workpiece, the pressing plate is provided with a pressing rod 8 downwards along the circumference.
In order to reduce the weight of the pressure plate and save materials, weight reducing holes are uniformly distributed on the pressure plate 7.

1. The automatic blanking device of the multi-station turntable is characterized by comprising a workpiece jacking mechanism arranged on one side of the multi-station turntable in a sliding manner and a chute connected with the workpiece jacking mechanism;
the workpiece jacking mechanism slides to the position right below the blanking area and jacks the workpiece to the chute side, and the workpiece slides to the material arranging area along the chute after being jacked to the chute;
the workpiece jacking mechanism mainly comprises a jacking cylinder, a connecting piece fixed at the end part of the jacking cylinder and a blanking piece fixed at the top of the connecting piece, wherein one end of the blanking piece is hinged with the connecting piece through a tension spring, and the other end of the blanking piece is a free end and faces the chute; a limiting baffle plate is arranged on one side of the chute, which is close to the workpiece jacking mechanism, and is used for limiting the upward movement of the free end of the blanking piece;
the chute comprises a first chute fixedly connected with the workpiece jacking mechanism and a second chute fixed on the floor, wherein the first chute moves relative to the second chute along with the sliding of the workpiece jacking mechanism, and in a discharging state, the first chute is in seamless connection with the second chute.

The automatic blanking device of a multi-station turntable according to claim 1, wherein the connecting piece is composed of a flat plate fixed on the top of the jacking cylinder and supporting columns symmetrically arranged on the flat plate, and blanking pieces are fixed on the two supporting columns.
3. A self-blanking multi-station rotary table, which comprises a multi-station rotary table and a driving assembly thereof, and is characterized in that one side of the multi-station rotary table is slidably provided with the automatic blanking device according to claim 1 or 2;
through holes for the workpiece jacking mechanism to pass through are formed in each station of the multi-station turntable, and a plurality of threaded mounting holes are formed in the periphery of each through hole and used for detachably mounting different workpiece clamps.
4. A self-discharging multi-station rotary table according to claim 3, wherein a platen is arranged above the multi-station rotary table, and the platen moves up and down relatively to the multi-station rotary table through a platen cylinder.
5. The self-discharging multi-station rotary table according to claim 4, wherein the pressing plate is provided with a pressing rod downwards along the circumference.
6. The self-discharging multi-station rotary table according to claim 4 or 5, wherein weight reducing holes are uniformly distributed on the pressure plate.
