The machine mainly comprises a BC5070 small square bundle baler produced by Netherlands, a round bundle rolling baler made by Huade 9 YG-1-4 called and Haaste division of agricultural machinery of China, an MF3040 baler produced by Rewa and a MARKANT 65D baler produced by Class of Germany.
Because the material characteristics of the residual film are special, the existing bundling machine or the existing packaging machine can not meet the packaging requirement of the residual film, and the residual film is used less in production, the invention of the farmland residual film packaging machine with reliable work, high operation efficiency and convenient use is necessary.

The working process of the invention is as follows: external power drives the upper belt rollers of the front roller belt set and the rear roller belt set to rotate through the transmission system, the upper belt rollers drive the packing belts to rotate around the upper belt rollers, the lower belt rollers and the tensioning rollers, and the rotation directions of the packing belts on the front roller belt set and the rear roller belt set are the same. After the plastic film residue enters a V-shaped groove between a front packing belt and a rear packing belt from an upper side gap between a front roller belt set and a rear roller belt set, the packing belt on the rear roller belt set drives the plastic film residue to move downwards, the packing belt on the front roller belt set drives the plastic film residue to move upwards, the plastic film residue rotates in the V-shaped groove under the combined action of the front and rear packing belts to form a round roller, the diameter of the plastic film residue round roller is increased along with the increase of the plastic film residue entering the V-shaped groove, the packing belt is increased, and a tensioning spring is compressed by a tensioning support and is close to a side plate by the tensioning roller. When the residual film roller in the V-shaped groove reaches the specified size, the rear side roller belt group rotates backwards around the upper belt roller shaft end of the rear side roller belt group under the action of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the lower ends of the front roller belt group and the rear roller belt group are separated, and the beaten residual film roller rolls out of the packaging machine under the action of gravity to complete packaging operation. The compactness of the incomplete membrane roller can be adjusted by adjusting the tension degree of the tension spring.
The invention solves the problem of packing the residual films in the farmland, has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work, convenient use and the like, and can meet the use requirements.
