Further, as shown in fig. 2, the outer sides of the chain conveyors 11 at the front side are respectively provided with guard plates 111, the distance between the two guard plates 111 is greater than or equal to the width of the carrier plate 3, and the top surface of the guard plates 111 is higher than the top surface of the carrier plate 3. As shown in fig. 3, the outer side of the chain conveyor 12 in the middle is provided with protection plates 121 positioned at the front side and the rear side of the fiber spraying workbench 123, the distance between the two protection plates 121 is larger than or equal to the width of the carrier plate 3, and the top surface of the protection plate 121 is higher than the top surface of the carrier plate 3; the carrier plate 3 is a square plate. The chain conveyor 13 located at the rear side is identical to the chain conveyor 11, and the outer side thereof is also provided with a protection plate. In the present embodiment, the distances between the guard plates on both sides of the chain conveyor 11, the chain conveyor 12, and the chain conveyor 13 are uniform. The setting of guard plate plays spacing, guide effect, can avoid the carrier plate to drop from chain conveyor, and more importantly guarantees that the carrier plate can remove always along chain conveyor's direction of delivery in proper order, prevents that it from taking place the skew so that the carrier plate blocks on the horizontal plane, and the assembly line trouble appears. In addition, the inner side surface of the protection plate 121 is provided with a groove 122 slidably connected to the carrier plate 3, and the inner side surface of the protection plate 111 is provided with a groove 112 slidably connected to the carrier plate 3. Of course, the rotatable guide wheels connected with the outer side surfaces of the carrier plates can be arranged in the grooves, so that the carrier plates can move smoothly and stably.
As shown in fig. 8, a broken yarn detector 92 and a plurality of guide members 93 are provided on a glass fiber holder 91, respectively; the glass fiber bundles 94 pass through the guide member 93, the holes of the broken yarn detector 92, and the guide member 93 in order, and are connected to the automatic spray gun 21 of the spraying robot 2. The automatic spray gun 21 has a function of automatically spraying resin and glass fiber. In the prior art, a spraying robot is applied to a bathtub manufacturing process, a spray gun is fixed on the robot, and the position is adjusted through rotation and swing of a mechanical arm to automatically spray resin and glass fiber. The main structure of the automatic spray gun is just like a chopped fiber spray gun (or a resin glass fiber spray gun) of a solid rake brand, and the swing of a switch pressing handle of the automatic spray gun can be controlled through the telescopic action of a piston rod of a telescopic cylinder, so that the work of the automatic spray gun is controlled. In addition, the yarn breakage detector 92 and the buzzer are respectively electrically connected to the control device.
After passing through the guide member 93, the glass fiber bundles 94 pulled from the glass fiber rolls 95 placed on the glass fiber holders 91 pass through the holes of the broken yarn detector 92, and are then connected to the automatic spray gun 21 through the guide member 93. Under the intelligent remote control of the control device, the spraying robot 2 starts to work, and the automatic spray gun 21 is used for spraying resin and glass fibers on the bathtub. In the process, the glass fiber bundles 94 are continuously consumed, so that the glass fiber bundles 94 are continuously pulled out from the glass fiber rolls 95, and at the moment, the yarn breakage detector 92 detects the operation condition of the glass fiber bundles 94 in real time, and judges whether the situation of stagnation or breakage of the glass fiber bundles 94 occurs. If the situation occurs, the control device receives the signal of the broken yarn detector, controls the spraying robot 2 to stop spraying work, and avoids the situation that a large amount of resin materials are wasted due to the fact that resin is only sprayed, and the bathtub is disabled due to imperfect fiber laying. Meanwhile, the control device controls the buzzer to work, so that a worker is informed of timely processing faults in a sound mode, whether the glass fiber coil needs to be supplemented or whether the glass fiber bundle is wound inside the automatic spray gun to clamp the glass fiber cutter wheel is checked, the problem is solved, and the special design can play a role in monitoring the fiber spraying effect. The control device also controls the chain conveyor 12, the chain conveyor 13, and the fiber spraying table 123 to stop operating, and temporarily stops conveying the bathtub until the trouble is cleared. The buzzer can be arranged on the glass fiber support 91, and of course, an alarm lamp can be arranged on the glass fiber support 91 to inform staff in an audible and visual alarm mode to solve the problem in time.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the guide member 93 includes a fixed mount 931 and a guide ring 932 provided to the fixed mount 931; the guide ring 932 is mounted on the fixing frame 931 through bolts; the fixing frame 931 is welded or bolted to the fiberglass bracket 91. In this embodiment, the fixing frame 931 is a metal block with a groove, a through hole is formed in the fixing frame, a screw 934 is fixed at one end of the guide ring 932, and the guide ring 932 is fixed on the fixing frame 931 or the guide ring 932 is screwed into the fixing frame 931 through the screw 934 by a nut-screw connection mode. The guide ring 932 is provided with a guide hole 933 adapted for the passage of glass fibers (glass fiber bundles). A plurality of guide rings 932 are fixed to the fixing frame 931 according to actual demands.
Preferably, the guide ring 932 is made of plastic. When the glass fiber bundles 94 are pulled, the glass fiber bundles 94 are not only rubbed with the holes of the broken yarn detector 92, but also rubbed with the guide holes 933 of the guide ring 932, the guide ring 932 made of plastic is adopted, and the glass fiber bundles 94 are not easy to break in the friction process with the guide ring 932 after being subjected to round corner treatment, so that faults caused by breakage of the glass fiber bundles are reduced.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the glass fiber support 91 includes a chassis 911, a support vertical rod 912 fixed to the chassis 911 by welding or bolts, a cross rod 914 fixed to the top of the support vertical rod 912 by welding or bolts, and a support diagonal rod 913, and both ends of the support diagonal rod 913 are respectively connected to the support vertical rod 912 and the cross rod 914 by welding. The fixing frames 931 are respectively and fixedly connected to the cross bar 914 and the supporting vertical bar 912 by welding or bolting, and the broken yarn detector 92 is fixed on the supporting diagonal bar 913 and is positioned between the two fixing frames 931. In this embodiment, one guide member 93 is fixed to the support vertical bar 912, and three guide members 93 are fixed to the cross bar 914; in addition, the fixing frame 931 of the guide member 93, which is disposed obliquely, is provided at the connection between the support rod 912 and the cross rod 914, so that the glass fiber bundles 94 can move smoothly without being entangled and being caught by surrounding devices.
The yarn breakage detector 92 is a capacitive yarn breakage detector. In this embodiment, the eyelet of the broken yarn detector 92 is lower than the guide hole 933 of the guide member 93 on the cross bar 914, and in normal operation, the glass fiber bundle 94 is not only rubbed against the edge of the guide hole 933 of the guide member 93, but also uniformly rubbed against the edge of the eyelet of the broken yarn detector 92 at a tension and a speed, so that the condition of the eyelet jumping does not occur, the broken yarn detector can be ensured to detect normally, and false alarm is avoided. In this embodiment, the yarn breakage detector 92 is a model 1B-FN1 yarn breakage detector.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the artificial intelligence fiber spraying system further comprises a steam generator 7 and a resin stirrer 6 connected with the spraying robot 2, wherein the resin stirrer provides resin for an automatic spray gun 21 of the spraying robot 2. The resin stirrer 6 is provided with a stirring chamber 61 for storing resin and a steam chamber 62 which is located at the outer periphery of the stirring chamber 61 and facilitates heat transfer between steam and resin; the water inlet of the steam generator 7 is connected to a water supply pipe, and the steam outlet pipe of the steam generator 7 is connected to the steam inlet 67 to communicate with the steam chamber 62. The steam chamber 62 is provided with a steam discharge opening 68. The stirring chamber 61 is provided with a stirring rod 63 for stirring the resin and a driving mechanism 64 for driving the stirring rod 63 to operate, and the stirring chamber 61 is provided with a resin feed port 65 and a resin discharge port 66. In this embodiment, the drive mechanism 64 is a motor that is coupled to the shaft of the stirring rod 63. The resin discharge port 66 is connected to the automatic spray gun 21 of the spraying robot 2 by piping. The steam generator 7 is an electrically heated steam generator. The steam generator 7 and the resin stirrer 6 are electrically connected to a control device, and the control device controls the operation.
In winter, the resin temperature is low and the steam generator 7 is started. In this embodiment, the steam generator 7 heats the water supplied from the water supply pipe to high temperature steam, and then the steam is supplied to the steam chamber 62 through the steam inlet 67, and the steam in the steam chamber 62 transfers heat to the resin in the stirring chamber 61 by indirect heat exchange, so that the temperature of the resin rises, the frozen resin is melted, and stirring is facilitated. The steam is then discharged to the outside through the steam discharge port 68. The stirring chamber 61 and the steam chamber 62 are separated by a metal layer with good heat conduction performance, so that a large amount of heat energy carried by steam is transferred to resin through the metal layer, the utilization rate of the heat energy is improved, and the energy loss is reduced. In addition, a temperature sensor can be arranged in the stirring chamber 61 for detecting the temperature of the resin, and a control device is arranged for controlling the steam generator to work according to the temperature data collected by the temperature sensor, so that the temperature of the resin is maintained at about 50 ℃ in the heating process, the rapid stirring is convenient, and the problem that the resin can not be stirred or is difficult to stir when frozen under the low temperature condition is well solved. And the water supply pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve, the temperature sensor and the electromagnetic valve are electrically connected to the control device, the control device detects the temperature of the resin in the stirring chamber in real time through the temperature sensor, and then whether the steam generator is started to work or not is controlled, whether the electromagnetic valve is opened or not is controlled, water is conveyed into the steam generator, and real-time detection and automatic management are realized.
Specifically, the stirring chamber 61 is cylindrical, and the steam chamber 62 is circular cylindrical; a steam discharge port 68 is provided at the top of the steam chamber 62; the steam outlet is connected to the bottom of the steam chamber 62 by a pipe; the resin discharge port 66 is provided at the bottom of the stirring chamber 61. The steam supplied from the steam generator 7 enters the steam chamber 62 from a steam inlet 67 located at the bottom of the steam chamber 62, then transfers heat to the resin, and finally is discharged from a steam discharge port 68 located at the top of the steam chamber 62, the steam flows from bottom to top, and the internal heat of the resin is transferred from bottom to top.
Further, the resin feed port 65 is funnel-shaped, and the resin feed port 65 is provided with a flip cover 69 for closing the resin feed port 65 and being rotatable. The flip cover 69 is hinged to the resin feed port 65 to prevent more dust from entering the stir chamber 61.
The control device is electrically connected to the spraying robot 2, the chain conveyor 11, the chain conveyor 12, the chain conveyor 13, the blocking cylinder 4, the travel switch 5 and the fiber spraying workbench 123 respectively. The control device controls the work of the spraying robot 2, the chain conveyor 11, the chain conveyor 12, the chain conveyor 13, the blocking cylinder 4, the travel switch 5 and the fiber spraying workbench 123 respectively.
As shown in fig. 1,2,3, 5 and 7, the auxiliary supporting frame 8 carrying the bathtub is placed on the carrier plate 3 and then sent to the fiber spraying table 123 via the chain conveyor 13 located at the rear side; on the chain conveyor 12 located in the middle, the carrier plate 3 stops advancing due to the blocking effect of the blocking cylinder 4 located on the front side of the fiber spraying table 123; and a travel switch 5 positioned at the rear side of the blocking cylinder 4 generates a trigger signal due to the contact of the carrier plate 3 and transmits the trigger signal to the control device. Because the distance between the travel switch 5 and the blocking cylinder 4 is relatively short, when the travel switch 5 is triggered, the carrier plate 3 is blocked by the blocking cylinder 4, so that the carrier plate is positioned.
After receiving the trigger signal, the control device controls the telescopic cylinder 125 to work so as to realize the lifting of the fiber spraying workbench 123; during the lifting process, the guide posts 124 of the fiber spraying workbench 123 can directly penetrate through the openings 32 of the carrier plate 3 and jack up the carrier plate 3, and the carrier plate is not blocked by the protection plate 121 when lifting. Then, the control device controls the spraying robot to automatically spray the bathtub; during spraying, the control device controls the motor 126 to work, so that the horizontal rotation of the bathtub is realized, and the omnibearing spraying of the bathtub is finished. When spraying work is carried out, the control device controls each blocking cylinder positioned at the rear side of the fiber spraying workbench 123 to block the carrier plate, so that the subsequent bathtubs are prevented from going on further and are damaged at the fiber spraying workbench.
After the spraying is finished, the motor 126 and the telescopic cylinder 125 sequentially adjust the carrier plate 3 back to the original positions under the control of the control device; next, the blocking cylinder located at the front side of the fiber spraying table 123 passes over the bathtub after the spraying is completed. Then, the control device controls each blocking cylinder at the rear side of the fiber spraying table 123 to allow the chain conveyor to convey the rear bathtubs to the fiber spraying table one by one and finish resin fiber spraying one by one, thereby realizing orderly spraying of the bathtubs.
In summary, the invention provides an artificial intelligent fiber spraying system, which has the advantages of high automation degree, strong practicability and reliability, high yield and good bathtub product quality, not only solves the problem that resin is frozen and can not be stirred or is difficult to stir under the low temperature condition, but also automatically completes fiber spraying work, and detects whether broken yarns or glass fibers stagnate or not so as to control a spraying robot to stop working.
It will be understood that equivalents and modifications will occur to those skilled in the art in light of the present invention and their spirit, and all such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined in the following claims.

Claims (9)

1. An artificial intelligent fiber spraying system comprises a spraying robot for spraying resin fibers and three chain conveyors which are connected in sequence; the spraying robot is arranged on one side of the chain conveyor in the middle; the spraying device is characterized by further comprising a carrier plate, an auxiliary supporting frame for supporting the bathtub, a control device, a steam generator, a resin stirrer, a buzzer, a broken yarn detector, a glass fiber bracket arranged on one side of the spraying robot and a plurality of guiding components for guiding glass fiber bundles;
The resin stirrer is provided with a stirring chamber for storing resin and a steam chamber which is positioned at the periphery of the stirring chamber and is convenient for the heat transfer between steam and resin; the steam outlet of the steam generator is communicated with a steam chamber, and the steam chamber is provided with a steam discharge port; the stirring chamber is internally provided with a temperature sensor, a stirring rod for stirring resin and a driving mechanism for driving the stirring rod to work, and is provided with a resin feeding port and a resin discharging port connected with the spraying robot;
the broken yarn detector and the guide components are respectively arranged on the glass fiber bracket; the glass fiber bundles sequentially pass through the guide component, the holes of the broken yarn detector and the guide component to be connected with the spraying robot;
The chain conveyor is sequentially provided with a plurality of blocking cylinders along the conveying direction, and a travel switch is arranged at the rear side of each blocking cylinder; the chain conveyor in the middle is provided with a fiber spraying workbench which can be lifted and rotated and is positioned at the rear side of the blocking cylinder, and the top surface of the fiber spraying workbench is provided with a guide column;
the support plate is correspondingly provided with an opening which is suitable for the guide post to pass through;
The auxiliary support frame comprises a support seat which is consistent with the shape of the bathtub and is used for supporting the bathtub, and a bracket which is positioned below the support seat and is arranged on the carrier plate, wherein reinforcing ribs are fixed on the inner side surface and the inner top surface of the support seat; the inner top surface of the supporting seat is fixedly provided with a reinforcing frame positioned below the reinforcing ribs; the outer top surface of the supporting seat is provided with a buffer layer; the bottom of the supporting seat is fixed with a frame, and the frame is provided with a supporting piece connected with the reinforcing frame; the frame is detachably connected with the bracket;
the control device is electrically connected with the spraying robot, the chain conveyor, the blocking cylinder, the travel switch, the fiber spraying workbench, the steam generator, the resin stirrer, the broken yarn detector, the buzzer and the temperature sensor respectively;
the reinforcing ribs are wood strips and are uniformly arranged at intervals; the reinforcing frame consists of two parallel top plates and two parallel bottom plates, and the top plates are vertically connected with the bottom plates; the top surface of the top plate is connected with the reinforcing ribs positioned on the inner top surface of the supporting seat; the frame is made of metal; the support piece comprises a support ejector rod and a vertical rod, the bottom of the vertical rod is fixed on the frame, the top of the vertical rod is fixed on the bottom of the support ejector rod, and the top of the support ejector rod is fixed on the reinforcing frame.

The artificial intelligence fiber spraying system according to claim 1, wherein the outer sides of the chain conveyor at the front side and the rear side are respectively provided with a protection plate, and the outer sides of the chain conveyor at the middle are provided with protection plates at the front side and the rear side of the fiber spraying workbench; the distance between the two protection plates is larger than or equal to the width of the carrier plate, and the top surface of the protection plate is higher than the top surface of the carrier plate;
the carrier plate is a square plate.
4. The artificial intelligence fiber spraying system according to claim 3, wherein the inner side surface of the protection plate is provided with a groove in sliding connection with the carrier plate.
5. The artificial intelligence fiber spraying system according to claim 1, wherein the resin feed inlet is provided with a turnable flip cover for closing the resin feed inlet.

The artificial intelligence fiber spraying system according to claim 1, wherein the stirring chamber is cylindrical and the steam chamber is cylindrical; the steam discharge port is arranged at the top of the steam chamber; the steam outlet is connected to the bottom of the steam chamber through a pipeline; the resin discharge port is arranged at the bottom of the stirring chamber.

The artificial intelligence fiber spraying system according to claim 1, wherein the bracket is provided with a supporting cross rod with a triangular cross section, and the frame is correspondingly provided with a connecting rod which is matched with the supporting cross rod and is erected on the supporting cross rod.
